    I was able to use my credits once (the first time) and it covered my order up to $15. Now, I cant use the $15 unless I place an order of $20 minimum. I wonder if they are collecting the $5. Last time I was able to place without a minimum. The system is all out of whack and I have to keep leaving and coming back. I dont plan on wasting my time with it anymore. Its not a help, its a headache. Also, the prices are extremely higher than normal.

    ******** customer service and disregard for customer's time. I booked there services a WEEK in advance and confirmed my address 24 hrs before the appointment. When no one showed up between the scheduled hours I called to get an update and they kept hanging up on me! Next morning I had to call again because not only did anyone not show up but I never got an explanation as to why. First they said "unspecified reasons", then the guy on the phone said they didn't have the address and when they got it, it was too late. Absolute BS! Then when I asked for a refund he tried several times to get me to reschedule, then proceeds to tell me if they cancel its a 5% fee! If I don't get my full refund I will pursue this to a higher level and will not rest until it's settled because I am beyond frustrated at this point! The disrespect!

    Extremely horrible service from the pros as well as customer service. A cleaner came to my home and did not complete the cleaning fully due to having to pick up her son as she was late to this Cleaning appointment. She asked me to look over the cleaning, I told her that the shower was still dirty, asked her to redo it, as well as the floor was swept, and there were still dust and dirt particles on the floor that she was going to leave.I removed the rugs for her to complete this sweeping & mopping and asked to place the rugs back for her to vacuum. She said she couldnt because she was already late due to a prior Cleaning and had to pick up her son from school. I reported this issue to customer service as I have in the past as I have had multiple unsatisfactory cleaning with people showing up to the apartment homes with people that are not Screened or told that they will be coming with these people. I have had pros come with three additional members as well as having children in my home with these pros. You reach out to the customer service the live chat hangs up every time the screen is idle. The phone service does not work as it hangs up immediately. They do not do follow *** to emails or do the text backs as they said. And to make matters worse, they didnt let the pro know that you have said the cleaning was unsatisfactory to where they are calling your phone when they have access to the address of your home. There is no privacy and safety concerns with this company. The live staff is completely combative and wants to act like they dont know whats going on. Whenever every conversation is emailed to you after. **** is extremely horrible as a live agent chat and rude and combative. Wants to act like you did not just speak to him when he is the main person that is on the live chat. ******* also never reached back with a text back confirmation. And their cancellation policy is horrible. Do not recommend!

    This is a fraudulent company. The so-called credits can't be used and they've taken money out of my account just for trying. It gives me the same error message every time. I've contacted customer support numerous times, first to figure out why it's not working, then to get my money back that they took that didn't have anything to do with the order. I always get the same runaround - fake apology, promise that it will be taken care of within 24 hours, then nothing happens. Sending emails to their "concierge" gets no response at all.

    Max amount of credits allowed per property and can't even use the credits given for signing up with the service because there is a $15 max on credits. The system is 100% designed to collect money and never let people use the credits they are provided. I have $70 in credits that are going to go to waste because you can't use them except on their scam of a cleaning service (which in and of itself is a scam, nobody vets those people and I've seen multiple cases of theft by their "vetted" people)

    I scheduled a cleaning with your company back in January, but unfortunately had to reschedule due to a flu outbreak in my home. Despite notifying your team that I needed to postpone, the cleaners still came and completed the service. I later found out they reported that I had confirmed the appointment, which was not ******* make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning was extremely poor. Dishes were left undone, and my floors were left with visible streaks. I reached out multiple times to express my frustration and dissatisfaction, but all I received in return was the runaround. At no point was I told that a reschedule needed to be done within 24 hoursespecially considering I wasnt even sure at the time when I would be ready for the next service.After all of that, when I finally did try to reschedule and was told the next service would be complimentary as a courtesy, I was then informed that this would no longer be honored. Ive tried to be patient and work with your team, but at this point, I feel Ive been dismissed and told to just accept the loss.I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Youre better off hiring a private cleaner who actually listens and cares about the quality of their

    They will not allow you to use your wallet credits then say they expire before your aloud to use them in your community again. I have seen only bad experiences and had bad experiences with them and their customer support who will gaslight you even if your a disabled or senior citizen who's apartment complex for whatever reason decides to work with amenify. This is fraudulent at best and predatory practices to get you to add your debit or credit card on file then charge you more than the actual listed price at any business, add fees, and then trick you to spend your money instead of the wallet credits. Even say your credits expire in a time frame but you can't use them because your community has already used their aloud credits for that timeframe and your not aloud to use them until after they expire... Ya make that make sense. It's literally a scam and they must be getting paid by the community or the *** who subsidizes them. I see no way this is upfront or legal but I'm just a disabled person getting taken advantage of and my credits stolen by amenify and their awful team of swindlers. Not one person I have found has anything positive to say about this company or their experience with them. STAY AWAY AND WARN YOUR COMMUNITY

    Booked through my apartment complex with amenify for a deep clean in which they scheduled. I tried to reach out to the cleaner the day of to get a time range as to when the cleaning was going to be because I wasnt told one, she didnt respond. Then I reached out to the company and they said theyd get back to me in ***** minutes and messaged me over 45 minutes later saying she was at my house. By then I had to leave to get my child. Then I call customer service and ask them to cancel it and refund me because their service was SO bad and he says that hes not cancelling it. Once asking to speak to a supervisor after going back and forth with him for so long he says he is the supervisor conveniently. Then I ask him to speak to someone higher than him and he says continently theres no one above him that I could talk to. As he proceeds to tell me Im wrong because I didnt provide the building name, but yet they told me they spoke to my leasing office AND told me the cleaner was already on site. Then all of the sudden when I ask for a refund then they didnt know where the address was because although the full address was listed, the building name wasnt. Which is optional when booking these services. This whole company is a scam and the fact that you cannot reach a proper customer service is ridiculous. The man argued with me and was very passive aggressive the whole time. 0/10 experience. Dont EVER book them. Im complaining to my leasing office as soon as they reopen.

    Such a shady company! I have this "service" through my apartment complex, and I ordered food for delivery from a local restaurant a couple of days ago. The delivery guy never showed up with my food. I contacted Amenify via chat and was told they were looking into it. The first response I received from them I was told I was not going to be issued a refund because the delivery company they used did not allow refunds! Somebody please explain to me why and how can Amenify keep my money for service I never received? Absolutely ridiculous! The following interactions with Amenify took place through text, with someone named "*****" telling me it was out of their control but not to worry I'll get a "one time" courtesy refund. I told them what they're doing is fraud and will be reported! I let the property manager where I live know about this as well and she was furious and will be sending information to her corporate boss about this. I got another text, this time from "*****" saying the same robotic like response how they "apologize" for the inconvenience and that a refund has been initiated. All of this should have never gotten to this point in the first place! Horrible service and not ethically professional. It's no surprise they're not BBB Accredited either. *****, ************* so beware if you decide to deal with them!
