I placed an online order for my sons Christmas gift for 474$ worth of products on 11/29. The order has still not been shipped. The tracking information provided indicates that *** has not received the package yet and the order has still not been shipped. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to there customer service by email, online chat, social media and phone and have yet to get a response. At this point I just want to be refunded as it is apparent this will not be arriving by Christmas. I placed an order on 11/30/24 with expected delivery date of 12/07/24. on 12/09/24 I sent an email to them with no response however I received an email 12/10/24 stating my package was on its way and had a new delivery date of 12/12/24. 12/12 I checked provided tracking with *** and they could not provide info as they did not have access to package yet. I sent cookies another email 12/12 also no response. 12/14 tracking number still shows it has not left facility and *** still has not gained access to the package. I contacted cookies once again with no response. I purchased these as gifts and was expecting to use these for a Christmas party. However, Im unsure that its going to happen and I was hoping they would at least email me back an update me so that I can prepare if another purchase was needed to be made before delivery. I placed an order at Cookie clothing on 11/30/24. I didn't receive a email that my order had been shipped. The shop app the commission use to track the orders saids my package had been delivered 12/3/24. I have not received my items. 11-04-24/11-05-24 I didnt pay anything but they ran my credit through the mud!The company was a used car dealership called ***************** in ************* They committed to run my credit a single time and ran it 5-7 times. Told me I was denied after a pre approval and not only that they said if I wanted a different car on the lot that I could get it without any additional hard pulls to my credit and turned around and ran it more times. They harrassed me with phone calls and did not communicate within the business while I was trying to work out a deal with a sales *** I kept getting ***eated a calls from their *********** The credit manager lied to me multiple times along with the sales guy on the floor and even when I called the general manager he continued to lie for how people. I have read absolutely horrible reviews on this place only after I tried to get a used car. Be of which cost 20k dollars and they said I needed to put 18,000$ down if I was gonna do that Id just buy the whole car. They are a shiesty business and take advantage however they can as most car dealerships but this one shouldnt even be open. Their sales guys are incompetent and it appears their credit guy and general manager are as well. I cant believe they continue to get over on people. I never officially gave them permission to run my credit other than one time with ***************** and they fraudulently ran it more times. For the inconvenience I want all the inquires removed. Ive never done a review for a business before in my life but I will do multiple bad reviews for them and try to get my message out on social media. I may even consider having a couple friends write bad reviews too since the only good ones the dealership has is the ones the employees have wrote and thats fraud in itself. A m top of this they refused to answer my questions no matter how many times I asked and just persisted I give more information without any real answers for my questions.Initial Complaint

Order# CC-****** Item WW6-C Ordered a women's small need a women's large I purchased a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas, Order came on time, however the sweatshirt was child size so I needed to exchange it for a bigger size. I sent a couple emails to get information on a return. Finally was able to send for a return. I did everything I needed to do as the return policy stated. Not a thing wrong with the item, in its original package. Never tried on or any sort of contamination.I paid $80 for this sweatshirt and additional shipping charges of $18. I then paid $18 to return for exchange.I have now received a package with the same sweatshirt I returned with absolutely no information as to why.I emailed the company back to ask why I was sent back the same sweatshirt with no explanation, they emailed me back to say that it smelt like smoke. Now I don't know what kind of smoke they are talking about as I don't have a wood stove or have any kind of tobacco in my house and the product was only taken out of the package for a minute to see that it was too small. I emailed the company back to tell them this and they never responded back to **** had to wait weeks in between each email.I still have the too small sweatshirt that is useless to me and cannot get any response from the company. My teenage son ordered a jacket and spent $125. Order CC#******. The jacket was too small. We emailed cookies to start a return as their website instructs you to do. We received no response after a week. We sent 2 more emails and sent a contact on their website to get ahold of someone. Still no response. There is no phone number I can find anywhere to get ahold of them. I have even messaged them on social media outlets with no response. Its been about a month now. The date of transaction was November 25, 2023 The amount the business was paid is $99.00 What the business committed to provide me was two Cookies Light up trays which are valued at $80 original price and at the time of purchase was reduced to 50% off for their Black Friday deal so I paid $40 for each tray with shipping cost being $19.00 for a total price of $99.00.The nature of the dispute is that the products that I received do not resemble the products that were described and shown in the pictures. The trays I was supposed to receive are able to light up and the ones I received do not. I checked the website and found that the products I got instead are valued at $30 original price which shows their is a $50 price differential between the products. There is only one product on their site that lights up so I'm unsure how such an error could be made on their behalf.I have reached out to the business numerous times via email and phone number since the first week of December to rectify their mistakes to no avail.Order #: CC#******Initial Complaint

on 11-24-23 I placed a Christmas gift order for several individuals. I paid $294.00 including an expensive shipping fee of $40.00. As of 12-21-23 the tracking number provided says my products have not shipped and only a label was created on the 9th. On 11/27/2023, considered cyber Monday, I placed order CC#****** through Cookies Clothing in the amount of $96.00 . The items ordered were a red Hoodia with white lettering, a black hat with red lettering and a black tie dye shirt with black lettering. These items were 50% off as part of the cyber Monday deal promoted. On 12/1/2023 I received tracking # **********************, however as of today 12/13/2023 the items have still not been received by the postal service, ***** I contacted the company on 12/7&12/9 and did receive a response on 12/11/2023 stating the order was still being worked on and nothing more. There never should have been a label printed falsely representing shipment if the items had not been shipped. I still want these items but only if shipment is guaranteed to be received by Christmas. If received any later its not even worth receiving. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism here and the misrepresentation of shipment being received in ample time for the holiday. I want to warn others against this company moving forward as I believe I've been scammed on several levels.Customer Answer
