      I ordered a couple of things on Vinted on or around August 17th 2024, and a couple days later Vinted sent me an email saying they've blocked or closed my account because they think I've committed fraud. I didn't commit fraud, I paid with my husband's bank card. Vinted didn't ask me about it first, didn't warn me, nothing. They just blocked and closed my account. This is ridiculous, I have permission and a right to use my husband's card for anything I want. I want my account reactivated, and I want some credits for the inconvenience this has caused me. I clicked on the link they said would take me to an appeal form, but all it did was take me to the Vinted website.

      On July 9th I made a purchase for a floral dress. I received the item on 7/20/24. On 7/21/24 I attempted to ask for a return because the dress did not fit me. The app would not let me go to the screen to request a refund and I sent a message at the time no one responded and after that they said that the time window had closed and that they could not refund me the money even though I had sent them a message saying that the app was not working for the refund and that I would like a refund or to return the item within the time. I also tried resolving this with Vinted and they have stopped responding.

      I purchased a pair of pants from seller "heleip" on Vinted the 17th of June 2024. I knew that I would be leaving town for a week and a half shortly thereafter, so I made an arrangement in advance with the Mondial Relay Point, who would be receiving the parcel. They agreed to hang onto to the parcel for me until my return. The parcel was delivered to another Mondial ***********. I tried to contact them, but I was not able to reach anyone. They are only open 11am-2pm on business days, and I was traveling for work. They sent the pants pack to the seller. The seller received the pants two weeks ago, in late June, and is now refusing to issue a refund. Vinted is saying that the seller is in the right to keep both the item and the funds I paid, despite the fact that it was sent to a different Mondial ***********. None of this is my fault, and I want my money back.

      My account was blocked with no explanation, causing me to lose money on a return that I was unable to complete. When I used their formula for client services, I repeatedly received messages that copy/pasted boilerplate responses saying their decision was definitive and that I "had already received an explanation." The "explanation" did not even autofill the response, it literally had brackets reading "[specify the member's actions]". After multiple requests, it's still impossible to connect to a human being or complete my return.

      I am a seller on a platform called Vinted. I sold a dress for $200 to a buyer on this platform. The item was shipped out 3/21/2024 and delivered 3/25/2024. As soon as Vinted claimed that the item was delivered, the buyer filed a claim which suspended the sale because she claimed it was not delivered. However, according to the **** tracking number, it was delivered. I was initially upset over the suspended order because I knew the package was delivered. However, I looked into Vinted's policy that both parties would be compensated over a "lost package." So, I thought everything would be okay because the tracking number states the item was delivered. Today (3/27/2024), Vinted cancel the sale off the buyer stating they never got it. So Vinted compensated the buyer but did not compensate me (the seller). Even though that is part of their terms of service. I am seeking the money that is rightfully owed to me because I did use a Vinted label (the one provided to me) and the tracking number says the item was delivered. Vinted does not want to pay me, and they said that their decision was final and there is nothing else that can be done.

      I purchased a pair of jeans from a seller on the site their policy is if the seller does not ship the item within five days they will cancel the order. Well the seller has not shipped an item and its been seven days going on eight. They refused to cancel the order now and are holding my money and the item hasnt been shipped. The seller has a label and thats their excuse, but the **** has stated that only a label has been created, and that the seller has not dropped the item off at any parcel for shipment, Vinted is holding my money and will not make the seller ship the item. The seller is not communicating with Vinted or me. The buyer. Therefore vented is holding my money and letting the seller hold the item also therefore Im out of my money and Im not getting the item Vinted is not holding up to their end of the policy, which guarantees on their site that they will refund your money after the five days of not having the item shipped

      Hi I post items to sell on this site. I have for awhile. Love this site. I also but items. Recently I posted an they said was counterfeit bases on a 3rd party . Looking at the logo picture. So they requested more pictures. So I did. I sent the pictures of the seems the tags. For reference it's a ***** jeans sweatshirt. And the sent me a generic email saying I didn't send these items based in the pictures. So they block my account. The item is not counterfeit and was bought at ***** I am hoping you can help me more help with contacting me because they have block me.

      I sold an item on Vinted and the buyer lied and said it wasnt as described when it was. Vinted issues the buyer a refund before the buyer returned the item and the buyer has failed to return the item and I am at a loss and cannot get any help or my money back from Vinted.

      I ordered some products from Vinted. I paid for shipping up front and I got a note from **** that I would need to pay an additional shipping charge of $25 in order to collect my items. I told Vinted I didnt get my package and I was being asked to pay $25 to claim it and they didnt refund me, even though I previously paid the shipping charge to them when I purchased the items.

      FALSE blocking due to illegal activity ? youre in the minority here .. MULTIPLE and established authentication entities have verified this LEGITIMATE item -Vestiaire (your competition) verified this AUTHENTIC BAG -bagaholics(reputable online authenticator ) verified ,-local **** shop verified (receipt provided )it seems their opinion is both unfounded and, inflammatory, harmful to my money and reputation AND in MINORITY. ***na reconsider their sloppy work? I suggest that. Their blocking of my account is unfounded and oppressive not to mention misconduct - basing their decision off a minority OPINION. No chance to prove them with proper evidence either
