      I listed an item that they claimed was a counterfeit and this resulted in my account being blocked despite me proving that my item was legitimate and real - I provided a serial numbers and the proof of purchase to no avail.This is discrimination due to the fact I know my item is legitimate and theyve permanently banned me for no reason. This isnt the first time Vinted has done this also. I want my account back. I have done nothing wrong.

      So I've been selling on the app called Vinted for about 2 years now today they decided to suspend me because they say that my My supreme sweatshirt I posted today was fake I showed them a receipt I also got it authenticated online and they said that wasn't enough and suspended my account Now this is one of my sources of income and they suspended my account for a month Is there any way that you guys could help me by the pictures that I provided I mean I'm losing money I don't know who else to talk to I tried to get in touch with their manager the people that I were talking to before the manager said they knew me and then blocked my account from even contacting them so I decided to contact you guys to see if you guys could help me If you can't I appreciate your time I don't know what else to do

      I had bought an item through vinted-which as a doll- and when the seller shipped the item what a i received was a half opened box of covid protective face ******* with a shipping label attached. I had then opened a dispute with the seller and asked why my items wasnt sent and to receive a refund, but they never addressed the issue and only responded with their address. I brought the issue to vinteds customer support service, but they didnt understand the issue and treated it like I was dissatisfied with the item and told me I had to pay to return the box as a policy to get my money back. They never admonished the seller for not sending the item and are making me pay for their fraud to even get my money back. They dont care about protecting their buyers from scams and need to update policies to not make buyers pay for other peoples scams.

      I purchased an item and it arrived damaged. I followed all of their requests for pictures and did all required. They refused to defund my mo ey or return the item saying I didnt do it in their timeframe and I did! I have messages to prove it! I just want to return the item and get my money back. It is broken!!       I have had an account with ********************** for over 2 years buying and selling items regularly. All of the sudden Vinted has required a ID VERIFICATION of my account claiming that I reached a buying/selling threshold that they set but for 1 month now they have frozen MY MONEY (in my Vinted Wallet) while they claim to be verifying my identity. I receive automated responses from them and please be patient messages all while I am allowed to buy and sell on their site however I am unable to access close to $100.00 of my profits Information provided me states that their 3rd party financial partner is working to verify my identity. My current account consists of my bank info and my credit card info used to make purchases and cash out my wallet if I choose but the almost $100 contained in my wallet is frozen and therefore untouchable by me the account holder while they verify. I have not been asked for additional documents to date however still unable to get my money Help!!

      On March 24, 2023 I had checked my email to see my Vinted account was banned for suspicious activity. I assume my account was suspended because some sort of hacker has infiltrated my account, to which Vinted had suspended it temporarily for my protection. However, I have since sent proof that I own that account, to which Vinted has not responded at all. Vinted continues to email me that the orders I have sent out have been delivered to the members that have bought them, yet have not responded to my email back proving ownership so I can access my account and actually receive the money I have earned for selling my items. It has been over 48 hours with no response what so ever. I have money on my Vinted account that I can not access, thus Vinted is keeping my money hostage essentially stealing from me and not giving me any kind of resolution to get this money or my account back. I have no idea if I will get a response ever nor if I will get my money for selling my items on this website.

      Purposeful negligence. Vinted is not a reliable business. In my last 2 transactions, the labels they provide do not work. After 1 week, they cancel the order without contacting sellers, so the seller loses the item they shipped. They DO NOT have customer support. I have only received robot responses from ****** telling me that tracking can take 4 days and to relist the item that I do not have. They are stealing by providing labels that do not track, by cancelling orders that are in process, and by shutting out questions by not having any live human to contact.Not a legitimate business.

      I have been selling clothing on Vinted for well over a year. Just a couple weeks ago, they stated that I needed to verify who I am, by uploading a pic of my ID, Driver's License, or Passport which should match my details on their app (it does). I uploaded my ********* issued Driver's License, and it was rejected. I have tried this several times, have been in contact with their customer service (via the app only mind you, they do not offer up a phone #). They are holding $91 of my funds, granted not a lot, but it is the principal, it is still mine for selling my clothes! I am very frustrated with their lack of support and no resolution. I have asked for them to release my funds to me, and I would never sell on their platform again. I also have sent them portions of the ** DOT that explains what a REAL ID is that is required by Homeland Security by ****, which also shows an example license. In this same response to them, I also included my license again!
