I was a customer of Tally, using their line of credit product. Without notice or consent, Tally increased my interest rate and then sold my credit line to *** when they apparently went out of business. My original revolving credit line was converted to a 60-month installment loan a material change to the terms of my agreement, which I never authorized. I continued making payments to Tally in August and September 2024. However, *** is now claiming they began charging me daily interest starting in August 2024, even though they did not draft any payment until October 24, 2024 and that payment was 100% interest. This appears to be predatory and deceptive. Not only was I not informed of this conversion properly, but I was also charged interest during a time when I was actively making payments to Tally not ***. I believe I am being charged interest on a balance that was either already paid down or being double-counted due to the transfer. Desired Resolution: • A full review of the loan conversion and interest charges from August–October 2024 • A refund or correction for any interest charged improperly or during overlapping payment periods • Clear documentation of the transfer, including my consent to new terms • Restoration of my original credit agreement or release from this predatory installment loan This entire process has been unclear and misleading, and I am seeking transparency and correction of the situation.

I have paid SSS $921 and they say my balance is $4,256!Should I continue to pay this balance. Feels like I've been ripped off by Tally.Sincerely,***** ******

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the handling of my loan to pay credit card payments through Tally and the abrupt transfer of my loan to ****************** Technologies (***). This transfer was made without proper notice or explanation, and upon reviewing my account, I was shocked to find that my balance had nearly doubled without justification on SST.This situation is completely unacceptable. At no point was I informed that my loan balance would increase so drastically upon transfer. The lack of transparency and communication has placed me in a financial hardship, as I am not in a position to pay the inflated amount demanded by SST.I demand an immediate and detailed explanation for this balance increase, as well as a resolution to correct what appears to be an unjustified and predatory financial burden. Furthermore, I request an urgent review of my account and potential options to rectify this issue, given my current financial situation. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I expect a timely response and a fair resolution.Sincerely,******* *******

Tally sold my account to a company called ***. This company and Tally sent similar emails that SST would be servicing my account and that the monthly fee was a fixed rate loan for a five year term. Several emails stated that the account that paid ********************** would also be auto debited to pay SST and no action would be needed to set up an autopay/autodraft. I was contacted by *** to set up my account with my bank information even though all communication said this was not needed. I assumed this was legitimate. Now, I have paid four months of this fixed monthly rate, per all emails and monthly notices of payment total needed, yet all payments have been to interest. I called the company twice and finally got an answer and the person had little to no knowledge of amortization and recommended I pay more to see my principal start to decrease. I asked my payoff amount and its more than the loan now. This is so upsetting and I feel I have little recourse. I expected a conversation and instead I had a garbled conversation with a person trying to do math out loud to explain why my principal was not impacted and why there was no statement to show what was paid to interest and principal each month. This is so upsetting because I pay my bills on time every month and see no change. Tally and SST must correct this.

Tally promised to pay my creditors every month in exchange for a single monthly payment to them. Unfortunately even though I have been paying them faithfully every month they decided all of a sudden and with virtually no warning to close their doors. They sold my loan to a non reputable company AND quit paying my cards. Now Im stuck with double payments every month and an extra totally useless loan. Any chance of a class action suit against them?

Had a open credit line while paying down my debt with tally when they shut down their company out of nowhere, leaving me and other users stranded. They sold our lines of credit to an unresponsive and unreliable company SST. They also changed the line of credit to a fixed rate in which we didnt have any say in, and have been automatically charging my account for this. I have not agreed to this automatic payment, or this change in the credit line. It is also impossible to even get to the portal to view the account balance or see whats going on. It honestly feels like a scam and i feel helpless.

I signed up with Tally with the agreement that they would help lower my interest rate my credit cards. I made payments to Tally and they paid my minimum to my credit card only to find out that they did not pay down my credit card nor got the interest rate lowered. They kept increasing the APR on their credit line and now they have closed without viable options to the consumer. *** took over they saying I now owe them. For what? They didnt uphold their end of the contract we had.

Signed up with Tally to help lower interest rates and combine debt. Paid membership fee and interest rate was climbing. Called customer service and was told that interest rates go up when the *************** increase rates, but I'm still getting a better rate. I paid extra to my account and then this year, received email stating that my account is going to a different servicer and I would be responsible for making any payments to my credit cards that I had with them. I also am making payments to the new loan servicer(SST) and I am receiving emails they want to report me to the credit bearu for late payments which I can prove my payments are a month ahead and on time. I never signed up with *** and ******* though that this should of been handled differently.
