Hi! I had a load with Tally and reached out to them months ago to ask for a payoff letter. I never heard back. I come to find out Tally has been closed. Finally I heard that they transfered the loans to another company. The emails from this company were not clear and asked for SS information and did not state the purpose until I finally did my own research to learn it was where Tally handed the loans to. I called this company ***, and asked for a payoff letter to which I never received. I also asked for recognition that I wanted to pay off months ago and to honor that rate, and they said they couldnt speak to anything Tally, but since no one is at Tally it seems they should. Please advise on if this *********** is trustworthy and if someone could please help me get a payoff letter so I can be done with these companies. Thank you.

Tally is a company that takes over debt on credit cards and gives you a much lower price per month to pay based on the fact that they are to get the interest reduced tremendously to my account allowing for the lower payments. They have now gotten out of business and skirted all of the accounts off to SST. First, Im hearing of this company, but regardless this company will charge me regular credit card percentage and, regular monthly payments that the low payments that I hired the company solely for the purpose of. I know Im not the only one and Im thinking of starting a class action suit against this company.

I opened my account with Tally in 2021. They offered me a credit line of $******* and I was paying more than asked every month. Tally got sold to a company *** which now beside the interest that they gave to me they are now doing a daily interest as well.I'm so tired - the company that was sold is not BBB accredited and the site looks very sketchy.

I enrolled in Tally to help me pay off my debt at lower interest rates with one payment a month. They closed unexpectedly and my interest rates went through the roof. I'm now facing possible bankruptcy.

I joined Tally for credit card relief. I signed up for a service they provided with a line of credit. Tally closed their business. They have breached that contact and sold my debt to *** that does not offer the same services I signed up for through Tally. I did not agree to any terms or contracts with ***. I do not believe I owe SST anything.

Tally provided very little information about their closure just days before it happened. The new serviced is charging higher interest and barely has a website or customer service team. Directions and information seemed scattered and the emails keep going to spam, resulting in many users not knowing about the change. This should be investigated.

I have been a Tally app user for over 3 years. I never missed a payment toward my Tally credit line, which then also paid my credit card bills. About a month ago, Tally stopped paying my credit card bills. They said their financing for my revolving credit loan fell through and they gave me no other option than to pay $584/month toward my Tally account while now simultaneously paying my credit card bill. Additionally, my 8% interest rate was raised to 18%. The terms of this credit line COMPLETELY flipped. If this isnt a breach of contract, I don't know what qualifies as such.
