      They took my money and close my account without telling why or what I done wrong with my account. I tried calling everyone to get my money and now I have to wait 90 days when I didnt want 90 days to sell my stuff. Its just setting in their account.

      HORRIBLE!!! I will keep this short I have been with square for about 5 years mainly because I was too scared of change again with being a new small business. The first incident I had with square was them putting a hold on my funds for over 2 weeks with no explanation of why. The second incident they decided to delete my account and had to recreate one which made me loose weeks worth of work inputting all of my inventory all over again with the prices and quantities, plus having to add all of my customers again the ones I only had on ********************** I lost all of their information. Plus messed up my taxes for the end of the year. Do NOT bother calling anyone because no one knows what is going on and will transfer you to five different people before you get the one that will tell you sorry we will contact you via email when we know what is going on with your account! SERIOUSLY. my LAST straw created and invoice for my customer and noticed the invoice would not go through. So we tried to take payment on the reader and that would not go through as well just wanted me to create new payments! So frustrating sitting in front of a customer and can not collect payment after getting transferred to 3 different people to find out they deactivated my account! Didnt notify me they were deactiving my account waited until I was needing to collect payment. Now I sit here and wait days for an email to understand why they deactivated my account because after sitting on the phone for 2 hours they could not explain to me why and has to do further investigating as I can not work or collect payments and at the mercy of this company which shows they do not care at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      Square has terrible customer support. They do not have good security to protect their clients from online fraud. They profit off off of fraudulant transactions. If someone attempts to use an credit card through a square supported site and it is fraudulant, Square charges the same 3% fee as all transactions and will not refund it to the business. They actually make a profit off of their customers from acts of fraud. You will lose money and square will make money if someone targets your business to commit credit card fraud. Use any other processing company besides square

      CUSTOMER BEWARE: DO NOT USE ********************** SAVINGS AT ALL. It seems like a great idea because they take a percentage out and put it in savings and its great... but I just went to take money out and it WOULDN'T ALLOW ME ACCESS TO MY FUNDS! INSANE. On top of it, there is no customer support around it. They just said my request is with the illusive "account team" that conveniently cannot be contacted directly. Don't do it, seriously. I have bills to pay, so this will also hit my reputation as a business owner. Absolutely horrible.

      I have no idea how this business has an A+ rating from BBB and the fact that they do raises serious questions. How many customers need to have their funds held before there is action? In my experience, the funds were sent using an incorrect routing number and declined by the receiver. I take the majority of the responsibility for this error however I do need to say that I was attempting to correct the routing number and struggled for several days until someone finally told me that I could not use my phone to do it. At any rate, the funds are in the ether at moment and were not credited back to my square account. ********************** refuses to do anything until they have a letter from the branch manager on paper with the bank letter head that includes the bank fax number. This is a strictly online bank so I am not able to produce a letter from a branch manager nor do I have access to their fax number. Does anyone even use fax numbers anymore? Anyway, I have supplied an email that verifies the transfer was declined as well as all of the banks contact information. What does a letter on letter head and a fax number have to do with tracing funds?

      Terminated my account after 3 years of using WITHOUT any clarity or confirmation of why. I dont recommend this company for any business or small business. Completely unreliable.

      Discriminated for being a poorer company and then stole my money when I used once, closed my account and stole my *********************************** out of business. All phase plumbing ** clarkston Washington *****. Check it out see the discrimination and the theft.

      Just plain horrible for small business. It would be easier to have a minority woman president in the **, than to get a helpful, non-ignorant customer service representative with **********************. It would be easier to order at Chic-Fil-A on a Sunday than to get a knowledgeable service representative with Square. You would be more likely to find the best authentic Mexican food in the middle of ******, then to find help calling the Square customer service line. If you ever need that final straw of frustration, call Square. they will not disappoint.

      Never got my $ back from a canceled order from a retailer that uses this company. Shows it canceled and the money was withdrawn from the retailers account. But never deposited back into my account. Zero customer service told me nothing they can *********.
