    After using the App for years Ive had no issues but for some reason now after getting my taxes this year, the last 6 days of running out of gas, trying to get food for my kids, my account has been frozen, my card LOCKED (NOT by ME) and given the run around so many times I cant believe it! I asked for a manager and waited 5 minutes on hold listening to the bs music I hung up, The response back! I understand how frustrating it must be, I know this situation has to be frustrating. Does anyone of the employees even speak English! Have they been taught how SPEAKING OVER a customer is escalating the problem? This company has been NOTHING but issues since putting money on the account! Im getting my money from them and putting it somewhere else! Absolutely ridiculousness of losing anyones business just let the money walk right out the door!

    The "Credit Karma Guarantee" is essentially a scam. They state that if a loan offer isn't valid, they will pay you $50. I did not receive the loan terms listed, applied for the guarantee, received approval of the guarantee, was told the card was "in route" and never received it. No messages were returned.Also, the moment you go in to check a rate to see if you can save money consolidating anything at all, they sell your information to every credit relief organization that begins mailing you constant offers (don't call, they're not going to approve you for anything but consolidation and negotiating the debt down which is a HUGE mistake that ends up costing more in the long run) and they call you no less than 6 times a day with automated messages. I missed important phone calls because I literally can't answer my phone anymore and my voicemail fills up before I can check it.They are only useful for checking your credit score so that you don't get a shock before making a major purchase, applying for a mortgage, etc. Don't click on anything else of look for other services because as ******* Ackbar would say - "It's a trap!" (darn it, missed May 4th by one day!)

    Applied for a loan that had the karma guarantee. I was denied. They sent the email about the $50 for the guarantee. I picked my gift card. They sent that in an email but I accidentally deleted it. When I contacted them to see if they'd resend it they said I wasn't eligible because I was approved for the loan. Something is definitely wrong with this situation. I'm definitely not trusting credit karma or the company I applied for the loan with again.

    I have a credit karma money spend account that I opened for my tax return thru turbo tax this past December, and after only having them for 2 months I had someone charge some fraudulent payments to my account, after disputing the charges to them, I have my money back in my account within 24 hours which has never happened with any bank Ive banked with in the past! I see a lot of negative reviews but Ive had only positive experiences with them! They seem to care about their customers and about their money! I have found a bank I am happy to stay with for a long time finally!!

    CreditKarma Is an absolute scam!! ******** should immediately disassociate itself. I had no other option to direct deposit my refund to my external account. I waited from Feb 25 2025 till now today April 16, 2025 only to find out that my refund was sitting in CK account. A random bank account I never input on my tax form. I was able to transfer my return out of CK, but they give me a $1000 limit each day!!?? Or I could have paid over $100 dollars over the next 6 days for instant transfers! I then asked to increase my daily limit of 1k and they said that there was limitations on new accounts. I asked if I could close my account and send a check to me with my account holdings and they said that it could take up to 120 days to receive the check. Also they wanted a photo ID and SS card number to verify the account!!! This is an ABSOLUTE scam!!

    This is the second time credit karma has thrown offers on a better APR interest rate. With having good credit I applied and got a higher APR I already had. Absolutely waste of time and my credit now gets dinged because of false advertising. In addition my personal information is getting thrown around. It shouldnt be allowed. I reached out to customer support and I got a big thing about not everyone will get approved for the loan. Once again I was approved for said loan which tells me they are not listening to my complaint. I was only refinancing for the lower APR. I am writing this review so others dont go through this. The first time it happened I refinanced with the same lender instead and got a better deal. I will no longer use credit karma for any financial benefit only to keep track of my credit score. I do plan to be reporting the company to the better business bureau as well. My point is it shouldnt be advertised with guaranteeing approval for said loan and thats not what your getting. Its such a scam!

    i took out a debit card with credit karma and when i went to deposit money at a recommended atm,i couldnt so whats the point of this piece of **** card.and when i call for help,you cant even get past the automated piece of **** to speak to a live agen and when you do get a live agent,you automatically regret it because they have some real dumb stupid foreign pieces of **** as agents that cant even understand or speak proper english and when you try texting customer service thru the app chat,they take so **** long to respond.over all,i absolutely definitely do not recommend anyone to take out a debit money spend account.tge worst customer srevice hands down.

    My tax check was deposited into a closed account and instead of sending back to the *** they said they were mailing it to me and it's been 6 weeks and I have never received it. They told me 7 to 10 business days. I called and was told I would get a n email to mail a new check but still haven't heard anything

    DO NOT have your tax refund sent to credit karma to get it "five days earlier". I have had so many problms trying to transfer my moeny to my actual bank account. **************** hasn't been great, I've chatted with them on four separate occasions and my money still isn't transferred. Website is extremely buggy. And whenever I finally do get it to successfully transfer, it will take about five days. So you'll actually get your money much later and they are horrible to deal with. Don't do it. I am never, EVER using them for ANYTHING again. If I could leave zero stars, I would

    NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Not one person in their entire company speaks FLUENT English! They hang up on you when they cannot help you or understand you. They hold your money hostage! SHUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY
