    To your Good Office,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a pending Bitcoin deposit that I made to my OKX wallet on February 3, 2025. The amount deposited was ****** BTC, which, as I understand, was initially below the minimum deposit requirement.However, I was informed that the minimum deposit requirement was recently lowered from ****** BTC to ******* BTC. Given this change, I followed up on my deposit, but unfortunately, I have not yet received the funds in my wallet. I understand that there may be policies in place regarding deposit amounts, but I believe that the recent adjustment to the minimum requirement should allow for my deposit to be processed. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter and ensuring that my Bitcoin is credited to my account. I also attached here the screenshot from the Blockchain that my funds was successfully deposited.     The company held money sent to me on their platform totalling 530$ in smaller transactions deamed to be below the threshold which changes by the minute as it is Bitcoin. Most recently over a 50 incoming transaction and they had the threshold up to 51 dollars at that moment. This is explained in terms of BTC *****. The transaction turned out to be ********, which was do to market fluxuation during the transaction.

    I have an account in Okcoin. When I tried to access my account i received an email informing me that my account has violated a clause of the contract so they closed my account, that was july 25th. I emailed them because I need accees my account to withdraw my money. Its been 3 weeks without having access to my account so i can not withdraw my money. It has been like 7 emails to okcoin and they have not given me access to my account so they still have my money. I understand okcoin policies and that Okcoin has the right to close my account but what ********************** can not do is to take my coins and money without letting me withdraw them.This is the message that I received all the time that I try to access my account:In accordance with the terms of service, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide services for you. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.

    I had invested money into this crypto exchange for roughly 2 years and just found that money from the account has been removed. Purchased cryptocurrency on the account is gone and no longer available. Contacted thru app and connected to a tech who called me then did a 2fa as need to transfer then it all disappeared. Unable to get response from company to find out where cryptocurrency has been moved to but then I can see the addresses. Total scam!! Beware run

    I have been going back and forth numerous times with OkCoin's support team and they are refusing to relay what my concern is. (1) I want to close my account and they are claiming that I cannot internally transfer my remaining balance as I am a US user. They said this is due to their merger with OKX. They don't have this mentioned anywhere on their site, absolutely no further information, and something is wrong, and (2) as I want to close my account, they are not providing options to do so aside from depositing more money in order to meet their minimum withdrawal amounts. OkCoin, clarify the shady US transfer terms and lift the minimum so I can transfer and liquidiate my account. Minimums do not make sense in this case and I'm not clear why you have minimums when I'm willing to pay gas fees.

    I have been trying to withdrawal the cash that's in my account 6500. also there are coins that have just gone missing, stolen from my account. I have spend 5 days contacting support and no one will help answer why they wont allow me to pull my cash out. The stolen coins are minimal like ******* dollar's of coins that were stolen from my account by **********************, i don't care about that i just want my cash out of this site, it is obviously a scam site that is free to steal money from investors without any repercussions.

    OKcoin shut down my crypto account with money all in the account. With no explanation on what the issue is or how we can fix it. instead they're holding my money for 4 months, while I have a family emergency and I need my money now

    Purchased $2000 with my verified/authorized debit card on 12/16 with this exchange. My account was verified, my purchase limits were $10,000 a day, and I passed all 2FA during the transaction. They drafted my $2000 but didnt exchange me LTC. Notified support via chat right after. Had to go back and forth for about 1 hour with an outsourced broken English employee on their chat who then told me I need to send an email to them and elaborate everything again and the team will respond in 24hrs (it was mid day)I sent an email encapsulating everything I already explained to them AGAIN that day with SCREENSHOTS and communication from my bank acknowledging that they indeed have a hold on my funds and everything (verbatim) went through on our ends just fine so there was no question they have a hold on my funds. 12/17 (a day later lol) I get an email saying the transaction failed, youll be (quote) refunded in 3-5 days which I still as on 12/21 havent received anything back. How can you refund something you said failed? Shortly after I responded with an email and come to find out they deleted my account! ****** heard any response and my money is being held by them as my bank as stated they dont see any pending release till 12/24. They are lying thieves please dont make the mistake I did.

    I purchased 2 different crypto currencies from okcoin for a total of $1493 and they deleted my account and refuse to return any of my money saying that the purchases "failed" from my bank when I have bank statements proving they took money from my bank account.
