On 22 November 2024 I transferred $4859.00 from my ******** account to my **********************, after a few attempts the funds were transferred. Since then I am still waiting for the funds to reach my Trust Wallet. It is still saying $0.0 even though my ******** account is showing the funds have left my account. I have try to contact Trust Wallet Customer support service but no response yet. Further more the phone numbers are all incorrect or invalid. On Tuesday November 19th, 2024, I was communicating with Ms. ****** ******** via ******** messenger, she. Responded to a post I made about getting help setting up QFS account to protect my crypto. I was seeking this assistance before purchasing, and she was helping me with that. As well as assisting me with purchasing crypto. On Wednesday I was able to purchase $150.00 worth, but knew it wasn't enough. Ms. ****** also encouraged me to purchase more, she wanted me to empty my savings and put it all on XRP. (a red flag that I ignored). On that Wednesday my bank kept refusing to allow my other purchases to go through. On Thursday November 20th, I went to my bank to inquire about my denied attempts to purchase crypto. My bank finally allowed 2 purchases to go through totaling $500.I never shared my private keys or recovery words with Ms. ********* On Thursday morning I checked my Trust Wallet to painfully discover that my account was wiped out clean, all of my crypto was gone! I messaged Ms. ******** via ******** messenger, accusing her of stealing my crypto. She denied having any involvement in the fraudulent activities. I need immediate assistance in tracing my stolen property. On November 6 2024 I was trying to purchase $100 of xrp crypto like I have every month for about 1 year, the method I have always taken kept saying there was an issue with my bank to contact them so I did, there wasn't an issue with my bank. I tried going through the trust wallet app to get help from thier customer service but couldn't find any help so I ******d trust wallet customer service phone number and completely got scammed for right about $1000 us dollars & whatever the going rate of xrp is currently. The issue:Trust wallet, claims they are a safe storage of crypto. They claim they prevent fraud. Yet, is allowing fraudulent and illegal operators to offer air drops and other scams. Once the owner of the wallet submits for air drop, all tokens and coins dissappear from the Trust Wallet address. There is no customer service. Social media was innodated with more scammers wanting my wallet keys. Where is the "Trust"? I have had over $300,000 stolen from my wallet from Jan 2023 to Nov 2024. I now have $400 left. I expect a refund. Or assistance seeking class action lawsuit. This company should not be allowed an exchange or storage of money for Americans. They are thieves, who promote and allow thieves to operate.Please look into this, please help me and *****s of others who have been defrauded by Trust wallet.Initial Complaint

Over the years Ive been trading on trust wallet platform and I have had more then one incident now I am sure they are just scammers. 1# First time I lost some how 260 billion baby doge coins 2# I bought a coin that went up to the sum of about 300 thousand dollars and only to later diminish to around what I bought it for 3# recently today I was swing trading on the platform I swapped 702 billion baby doge coins for usdt worth about $2400 and my usdt never came into my wallet its like the never ending story with this website or crypto wallet platform I have had enough someone needs to investigate this platform!Initial Complaint

I have made deposits and withdrawals in varying amounts into my Trust Wallet account since June, 2024 and made some successful BTC trades between that time and September, 2024. I transferred all of the *** into **** funds now totaling $7,775.00. On 9 12 2024 I submitted a $100.00 withdrawal which did not go through. The withdrawal was processed in the exact same way prior withdrawals were processed. Customer support has made up numerous excuses as to why the withdrawal was not processed, including that I had not updated to the latest version of the app (*****). After three emails exchanges, the customer support simply stopped. I researched phone support only to discover that the numbers all have been disconnected.Initial Complaint

On October 1, 2024, My trust wallet account was supposed to have been transferred to my regular bank account today. Instead of transferring it, they lied about it. They said ******* had rejected the direct deposit. I contacted the bank this same date and was told that they had no record of any deposit into my account which had been rejected. When I asked for documentation to prove the legitimacy of their claim that it had been rejected, I got two different answers. At first, he just said that it had been rejected several times. Then they said that the rejection couldnt be confirmed because they had not initiated the transaction. I have paid trust wallet approximately $1300 over the past five or six weeks, in order to get the account, put my name and paid to me through direct deposit into my bank account. Now they say that they must send me the money in cash, but they dont seem to want to tell me how much thats going to cost and they dont seem to be willing to accept the responsibility for paying the delivery fee since the rejection was their fault. I am tired of being lied to. Trust wallet is supposed to be a legitimate crypto agency, and yet they are displaying a clear indication that they do not know how to treat their customersInitial Complaint

Trust wallet has lost my money. They do not provide support or resolutions and keep canceling my request for help. There's no legislation in place for crypto wallets and wallets such as trust wallet are taking advantage of that by not being held accountable. They have basically stolen my money. Misplaced my money/ crypto and have make no attempt to reimburse or retrieve or help in any way I keep getting this message This is the content of the email I keep receiving from Trustwallet support.
