      I canceled my subscription many months ago and these crooks have continued to charge me every month since. I rarely use this credit card/ account since I sold my business which is why I didn't notice the charges. I can't log in to Dropbox and speaking to someone on the phone is impossible.The only option is to cancel the credit card. These people are crooked as can be. I will never use this service again.

      Shady, trashy, sketchy business that steals money from your biz checking account with NO authorization.They actually find people who pay for their garbage service? If they ever contact you by text, email, etc, watch your checking account because they'll be looking to steal your money

      I called to ask about an app they have connected to an *** system, and I finally got through to the sales department (of course) but everything else is automated (UNFORTUNATELY)! The person hung up on me after I told him why I called! COMPLETE and TOTAL disrespectful company! Absolute TRASH! **** poor customer service! A paying customer cannot even speak to a human being! I see why this business is NOT BBB ACCREDITED!

      I have tried to contact the company over 100 times telling them I cannot access my account or files due to their putting in two factor authorization which I never agreed. I am such a frustrated customer. There is no real person to speak to I just keep getting thrown into a loop of robotic chat boxes that can't answer my questions. I have spent hours trying to access my account. I finally found a number for business sales and of course I got a real person so they could make more money. I spoke to a Sydney from business sales who said she was escalating my case, nothing happened. Now I will have to go to my credit card company and have them block all charges. Meanwhile I have hundreds of files for my business on DropBox which I cannot access.... Buyer beware this company is awful!!!!!!!

      No customer service to speak of, utterly impossible to resolve any issues. Stealing money from me with no recourse on my end. Scam company.

      Dropbox is currently sending fraudulent information to consumers trying to use their website/app. They are claiming that you cannot access files thru their website without purchasing, for over $100., an option to expand your storage capabilities. The consumer is forced to do this in order to access whatever files you are trying to work with. But that information is untrue, misleading, and fraudulent.

      Dropbox has allowed someone by the name of **** attach their name to my non public files and I feel as if my important proprietary information has been comprised and they encourage support and do not do anything about the blatant and bold attempts at intellectual property theft by individuals.

      My Dropbox account was hacked. I did not have 2FA set up. Hacker changed password and set up 2FA to their device. If I did a password reset, it would send me an email, but when I changed it would ask for 2FA, which I could not get. Thus message is, make sure 2FA is set up on your account. Because if you don't, Dropbox is no help. The hacker sent out an email to my contacts with a virus link to Dropbox. Dropbox system then kept sending emails to my contacts reminding them to click on the link. Dropbox has no phone support number. The only way to contact support was through an online form. I contacted Dropbox 19 times over 123 hours until someone at Dropbox turn off the 2FA and I was able to reset it. I attempted to contact Dropbox every day, I attempted to call sales, they would not do anything. I contacted HR and they would not help. I contact Investor Relations and they would not respond. After many forms to support, I started to get a response around 2 am EST each day, never any other time of day and only one response. Email would say they are working on it or would ask questions about my account. I will be deleting my Dropbox account as there is no support and system is vulnerable and their system will send fraudulent emails with a virus in them reminding people to click on virus, which you have no way to stop.

      Scan artists. Had almost 10 charges on my credit card from this company. I never even heard of this place before seeing it on my credit card bill. I tried to rectify problem and found that each charge was 'connected' to a different email address (none of which were mine). Tried several ways to contact the company, there is no way to do so however UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Find that intertesting since they can just put charges onto a credit card and then never be held accountable. STAY FAR AWAY
