    On August 17, 2024 I ordered a ** Shirt (dirtyboy tee size large ) for my son on the Website FAST LIFE ********************** . The amount I paid FAST LIFE is $59.00 ( debit card ) What FAST LIFE committed to provide me is to send the merchandise. Unfortunately I have not received the ** Shirt . It states on their website it takes 3-6 weeks . So the timing is way over due. I have been more than patient. My patience ran out .I contacted FAST LIFE by email on October 5, 2024 to see when they would be sending the **Shirt . They responded to my email the following day. They informed me that the **Shirt would be sent out that month . On October 29th I sent another email . They have not responded. I started sending out an email every day for the past couple of days no response. On November 5, 2024 I called customer service no answer it just rang . Shortly after that someone text me with a question mark . I called again no one picked up I sent a text message back that I have not received my order that was placed in August . They replied and ask for the order number I text it and sent a picture and of the confirmation order form . No response. At this point I am so aggravated I dont understand how you can keep someones money and not send their merchandise. I have NEVER experienced anything like this . FAST LIFE is on instagram as well I sent a message there as well no response. I have uploaded 3 forms I hope these forms help you as I do not have anymore information. It was difficult to find an address. I could not find it on their website. Thank you
