I bought 2 websites from this company Prior to buying the 2 I paid for the same website. I was told by a company worker they put a virus that was a timed virus so I had to come back and pay on May 14 2024 $897 and the said I had to move both websites of my server and they had to have me use there server. Since then only 1 website is up and running but no access will they give me to it. I paid for me to own website. They refuse to give to me and they can't complete the 2nd website. I've asked for my money back multiple times and they just come up with excuses they've asked for my IP address they've asked for more money I had to refuse to give him those things because all of that is fraudulent things that they need they've also asked for my domain so they have control over it that I paid for separately without them being involvedBusiness Response

I am writing to clarify the services provided for the National Pipe Casing and Tubing website and the ************ website.
A server subscription was purchased to host the websites, along with implementing security algorithms, firewall setup and configuration, unlimited email setups, a separate website creation for Dream Realty, and regular maintenance for all domains and the server.
We hosted the following three domains:

As part of the agreement, websites for all three domains were developed, hosted, and made live on the server. Pre-existing malware issues on the domains were resolved successfully, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, unlimited domain-based email accounts were included, and two mailto:**************************************************** and mailto:[email protected] created and configured on the customers system.
The ***************** website (a realtor website) was developed, completed, and delivered as agreed. A demo link was shared: *******************************************************************. However, *** integration required access to credentials that were not provided by the customer. IDX access was requested and granted as an alternative, but it was not connected to the *** system. We asked the customer to coordinate with their *** provider to establish the connection so IDX could display the listings on the website. Instead, the *** provider upsold their own website development services, which the customer opted to proceed with.
For backend access to the National Pipe Casing and Tubing and ************ websites, we required a public IP address to ensure secure and restricted access to protect sensitive information. The customer declined to provide this information. If the required IP address had been provided, the customer would have been able to log in using the backend credentials.
It is important to note that no additional charges were requested beyond the agreed package. However, the customer requested an additional service for logo redesign, and the charges for this service were communicated.
All contracted services have been delivered, and any outstanding matters can be resolved upon receipt of the required information.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I hired this company to create national pipe casing and tubing which is the same as national pipe CT they're not two separate websites I only paid for two.
I paid them to create a website from scratch and I hosted the website through my HostGator that I pay separately until they put a virus that had a 6-month timer on it to have me come back to them and have them fix my website and move it over to their server per their employee who explain this to me. This is what they do. I did not know this until the last few months and I had already paid them to fix my website with all the viruses on it and the malware and they made me put it on their hosting and said that mine could no longer be used. Since then I have moved my national pipe website to my hosting along with my emails I've removed them from their hosting so I had control. They have been trying to use the fact that they have the server my emails as blackmail that I can no longer have access to my website. As far as the dream really to website they did try to create a website for my real estate company they could not do the real estate company website they do know not how to use idx back office system which allows the *** multi listing service to work through the website they do not know how to do it so therefore I have not received a working website from them and what I paid for since then I have moved my website and paid another company for the last 3 months that maintains my real estate website not them and I host that website through *********. I have sent probably 70 emails trying to get them to respond and get them to fix my websites and give me back office access to these websites that I purchased outright and I have no access to either website where I have 100% control they still have control and that's not what I purchased. Among looking at all the reviews all over the Internet including the Better Business Bureau they've done this to not just me but several other people I would like my money back so I can recoup some of my costs and I would like access to the national pipe since I already paid for that one twice now this is a scam company

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against American Design (operating as Innovating Content) for their failure to deliver services as promised and their refusal to issue a refund despite repeated requests. Below is a summary of my experience:1.Incomplete Website Development:I hired American Design to design and develop a website. However, the website has not been completed to this day. The company provided me with a link to what was supposed to be the finished product, but it remains incomplete. Additionally, the only update I received recently was merely an image of the logo, not a functional website.2.Misrepresentation:The company claimed to be based in *************, but this appears to be false, raising concerns about the transparency of their operations.3.Unjustified Additional Charges:Despite failing to complete the website, I was asked to pay additional fees for logo registration. This demand was unprofessional and unreasonable, especially given their incomplete work.4.Breach of Trust:The delays, lack of communication, and vague excuses have caused me significant financial loss and have eroded my trust in their services.I have repeatedly requested a full refund, as the services promised were never delivered. The problem is that sometime last year (so sorry, I'll have to look it up) I paid 80$~ for a logo design just to see the designs and 300~ for a website. They provided design but when I did choose a design I liked, they asked for more money to file the trademark on my behalf. I said that I'd do it myself. Then they wanted another fee for something else and it started to feel scammy. So I said no, I won't do that. I'll just file it myself. Then they didn't contact me for a long time but I felt like it was a scam. Because of that, I said that I no longer wanted to work with them because I felt like they had not been clear and that i did not appreciate this kind of shady, leaving information out vibe. I asked for a refund. Then they never got back to me. I called again, they brushed me off. And so on. I got passed around to a lot of people and every time, they ended up making it seem like I owed them more money. Then they began claiming they HAD filed the logo under my name which I might have agreed to but they never said anything about paying money. And then they said the Government copyright office had some sort of third party wanting the design and i would have to pay the American design studio another 199$ for them to file FOR ME the logo ownership. And I was flabbergasted because I never agreed to that! Anyways, so then I asked for the contact to the copyright office and they wouldn't give it to me. I did contact the US copyright department (2 people) and they both said that they do not deal with third parties and that they have no record of this, nor is there any fine for me. The logo company people were very unprofessional, did not seem to communicate between each other, and seemed to make wild claims. I really felt like I was being lied to and cajoled into paying money for something that is completely unnecessary. I just want a refund for the service that I did not receive, aka what I paid for the website. They can keep the 80$ for the logo.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to create a logo for me. Their website advised on the price which seemed fair. I received a call from one of their employees who took down what I was looking for in the design. In one day I got a logo, which seemed a little sketchy at first considering it usually takes a bit longer. Then they told me I would need to pay for registering it for a trademark, which I never intended on, but their 'legal' team advised it was necessary to proceed. I paid them $600+ dollars. For over six months I didn't hear from them, and then out of the blue I get an email stating I would need to pay additional money for attestation fees. I never received any copy of documents even proving that they filed anything on my behalf. I confronted them about the sketchiness of this scenario and told them I wanted the contact info for their attorney, which they tell me is a 'Mr.*****'. I asked for his full name and got nothing. Their 'paralegal' email domain came from another scam logo creation website 'logoorb', not a anything resembling a law office. I was scammed for over $600. This is a very sophisticated scheme and they need to be stopped.Initial Complaint

American Design studios told us that they were going to design a website and a logo for my business.They have threatened me time and time again that I have to pay more legal fees as the government is telling them to close down the website that I paid for.The are telling me their legal team will *** me if I do not purchase more through them. Stay away from this company. Read this before even considering this website. Do not host your website with them. Currently, the took my site off line for a business I run. They wanted 1400 to allow me to migrate my website to another platform. 899 dollars for ADA ********** which is not required, and 599 dollars for SSL expiring, that magically took down the website seconds u refused. If you have been effected are being effected by this company, if they are consistently calling your for new services that seems to be suspicious please reach out to me on *********************** I will be going through the process to *** them to ensure they give me back my website credentials so I can migrate it myself, damages and security of my information. ordered a logo from this company for small business and everything went fine, then they sold me on a website. the manager **** assured me that for $900 they would build us a website that would be ready to go and would have no other fees and that this would be done within 30 days! this was on June 16th when i placed the order ... It's now August 1st, and not only is the website NOT EVEN CLOSE to being done yet (would estimate it's about 50% there ...) , but they keep trying to add substantial fees, over and over, despite the earlier promise as well as my personal insistence the $900 is as far as we were willing to go! **** tries selling us a professional writer because they can't follow simple instructions from my brother about what we need on the site, then, a full month and a half after the promises and purchase, and appx. 2 weeks late already, **** and his main man *** finally decide it's time to let us know that web hosting server services are not included in the $900 price! despite **** ASSURING me EVERYTHING was included for that $900!!! Myself and my 2 partners finally had enough, and citing the fact the website was still only half done a month and a half later, and the hidden fees they keep pulling out of nowhere, we were done! we don't want the site, give us our money back! **** actually had the temerity to tell us we should've done more research and we dont have a "valid" reason for wanting a refund ...!!! website half done and already 2 weeks late and "forgetting to mention" you have to buy a RIDICULOUSLY overpriced server service on the back end aren't valid reasons for wanting a refund? then what is exactly?
