    This company is running a total scam. They have terrible customer service. They will not refund despite cancellation. Many hoops to jump through to even request cancellation or a refund. Thank goodness for **************** who refunded several charges I did not authorize.

    This app is not worth the money they charge! Save your money! There are lots of free websites that are MUCH more useful!

    I've tried this diet and it doesn't work. I signed up from a 4 month period. I was surprised at the end of the period that it automatically renewed. They did not give any advance warning of this and just hid it in the small fone print when signing on with them. Company who are above board send you a prior notice of upcoming subscription charges.They inturn said this must be cancel prior to your renewal date that is not listed anywhere it can be easily found on their site. Because it doesn't work and because they refuse to refund this subscription I cannot recommend them for a company that helps with dieting.

    I bought the app thinking it would be great, I tried it for two days. It wouldnt register any of my barcodes that I tried to scan with it. I have had better apps. So I emailed them thatI wanted to cancel the subscription and get a full refund, and in reply a lady tells me that, I just have to log it in myself if it doesnt work and should give me a 50% refund. That is not what I asked for. Im very unhappy. I emailed back that I just want my refund and I have had no reply. This company is not out to serve the customer.

    Horrible customer service and the auto charges will not be refunded. I would give negative star for the theft of $66.00. Horrible flavorless recipes and you will have to enter the information receptively.

    Complete scam. Horrible customer service. They advertise as if you're getting a personal meal plan, but in actuality, you're getting access to an app with recipes. You don't know that ahead of time because they don't share a lot of info until you pay. After many back and forth emails they finally refunded me only 50% of my purchase price.

    Paid for one year sunscription and canceled for the next year. Was charged for the next year anyways. Was told no refund. When I said I would take it up with paypal they said they would give me half back. They do not answer their phone and would not respond to emails via the paypal app. And circumvented this method of communication. I am disputing with paypal and have been assured they will get my money back for me. This company is a total scam and should be shut down.
