    I signed up for the $75 month promotion. They've been charging me $100 a month. They sent me a kit to monitor blood pressure etc with no instructions on how to use it. Doctors I wanted were booked months out. Then twice, the doctor I was to zoom with was cancelled do to technological problems. Meanwhile I'm being charged monthly. I asked to cancel and full refund and they sent an e-mail welcoming me as a new member! Several people I know have cancelled. I want my money back!!

    My credit card has been charged monthly $149.00 for over 2 years, yet I am not a member. I have called several times and my bookkeeper and I have spoken to several customer service people who claim to investigate yet no one has ever returned a call and the charges continue to go on. My bookkeeper has written directly to the location in Century City and our mail has not been returned nor has their office responded. No one can tell me who the member is as my social security number and birthday are not in their system, but my card continues to be charged. We continue to contact and dispute the fee with my bank. We have been told our only recourse is to contact the San ******** police department as the corporate office is in San ********. I do not not how much money I have lost to this company as this charge was ongoing prior to my bookkeeper employee with me.

    My entire goal for signing up with Forward was to establish better care for myself. Ive had bad experiences with ******** offices previously but I still was willing to give forward a chance due to their sales rep selling the dream. I entered the situation with an optimistic mindset. I was transparent & vulnerable with my doctor simply to find out Forward was a big time waste of time. The cost of regular DR visits & meds is expensive enough as is, and I was looking to reduce the cost of maintaining my health but that was the exact opposite of what happened. My ******** had detailed conversations on multiple phone calls/text threads with them. We asked every question we could everything was confirmed by their sales rep. ***** signing up for their services I had my 1st appt with one of their MDs who wasnt able to prescribe the meds we had already been assured multiple times they could! Their care team is horrendous and replies as if they are a robot who cant comprehend what you are saying. They never reply with a solution, all they do is say were sorry for the misinformation and say that they let their customer service team know about the ongoing issues and the customer service department appears to be non existent so your stuck with their care team who DOESNT CARE. They did nothing but waste my families time and get our hopes up. They continually pushed my concerns and requests to the side without any regard to fixing their endless mistakes. Highly unprofessional company who grossly lacks integrity. Just another company with shady operating practices, looking to take advantage of those in need and treat you like another statistic. Stay FAR away from them, unless you are looking to waste money and never get any true support. ***** my experiences with them and research; Im not surprised they have such a bad reputation, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

    Hi, I can't say enough good things about Forward. I was able to whiz through a bunch of tests that I wanted done. There referrals for bone density testing and subsequently adding calcium has been spot on. *********************** and the support team have provided instant responses as I've had questions come up. I was falling asleep at about 2 pm each day and *********************** prescribed a medication for me and I'm alert, sleeping soundly, probably for the 1st time in the last 10 years. What would have taken me a year to get into primary care docs has happened much faster. I feel more satisfied with continual text ability.
