      I am 14 I have a cash app and PayPal account and recently PayPal tried to charge me $148.42. witch I didn't have enough money for. I did look at my PayPal and no charges were made so either PayPal tried charging me the money or someone got my card and requested money to be transferred to they're PayPal.

      On June 9th 2023 I was fraudulently charged ******. I did not authorize this charge, I did not purchase anything to be charged and I'm requesting a FULL REFUND. I've attempted to call your company numerous times and have left multiple messages and I'm getting no response. The only resolution is a FULL REFUND of the ****** I was charged.

      Dear Sir/Madam,We are writing to complain about Asknets breach of Resale Agreement and no response to any of our request regarding unpaid payment.In November 2020: we at Didigarty Software selected Asknet as our European and international reseller and signed the Resale Agreement with Asknet.In January 2021: we formally started the business and the shop/cart went live.In April 2022, Asknet unilaterally asked to close the store/cart URL immediately and thereafter withheld two months sales fee without any notification both verbally and in writing. The company deliberately ignored all messages sent from Digiarty Software and gave no response at all. Until June 2022, upon insistent request from Digiarty ********* Asknet provided the Terminate Letter signed by their CEO. Upon the Terminate Letter, the withheld funds will be released to Digiarty within 180 days after termination of the Agreement. That is to say, the funds should have been released in October 2022. However, until today (October 20th), Asknet continued not responding to any inquiries regarding the unpaid payment. Its quite suspicious.Please help us to get Asknet to respond and release the whole unpaid payment as stipulated in the Resale Agreement and Terminate Letter.       On September 9, 2022 I had a charged $137.79 by Asknet Cyberlink. I dont know what this charge is for. I looked back and I was also charged the same amount on the same date in 2021. I have not agreed to any yearly recurring charges and my husband and I would like this charge refunded and the recurring yearly charges to stop please. I tried calling the phone number listed on my bank statement debit, but it is not a working number.       I am rejecting this response because: in my original complaint I asked for a refund and cancellation. The response I received back was to respond to this email if I wanted to confirm that I want a refund and cancellation. There is no way to confirm this except to reject the response and keep it open until I know that is in fact what is happening. So yes, please refund the money and cancel the subscription. I will accept the response when I know that this message was received and the refund and cancellation are being handled. Please let me know that the refund and cancellation are in progress.       There is a debit card transaction on my checking account to ASKNET *IOBITSOFT that I did not make. The charge was made on 3/21/22 for $87.15. I tried to dispute the transaction with my bank, but was told to contact the **************. My Son made a purchase from Iobit, but that was a one time purchase over two years ago. This is why I cannot pursue fraud and have to contact the **************. I have tried calling the two numbers given but only get busy signal on one and disconnected on the other.
