    I actually was terrified at first to use this company because of all the bad reviews I seen on BBB, but I decided to take the chance and I must say I had a very pleasant experience, I purchased a ** G4 77 inch, and a ** SG10TY Soundbar both came brand new unopened undamaged and faster than the date that the shipping company provided me. I had a great experience and will definitely use Greentoe again in the future I saved at least $1500.00 using Greentoe than I would have if I ordered through ******* or other major retailers.

    Bad Experience. They don't have a way to cancel an order and force you to reship a product with a 20% restocking fee.

    Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! I have tried twice to have a non damaged item delivered. It appears ** is trying to dump their damaged items through this vendor! The item is indeed new, but the two they tried to deliver were dented in the bottom corner. Stay away from this website, pay the extra money and buy from merchant direct!!

    I'm very sorry for the hassle. I do want to clarify that Greentoe is a marketplace. We connected you with a highly regarded and authorized retailer and that retailer treated you just like they would any other customer. Unfortunately items do get damaged during shipment but this is not in our control. The very same thing could happen if you went direct to a retailer. We do apologize that this happened to you but items getting damaged during shipment is unfortunately something that happens from time to time and is not in our control. We do make sure you get a brand new item from an authorized retailer, and that's what we did.

    My Offer was accepted immediately and GT claims item will ship within 2 days. Item never shipped, GT has a phone number but never answers the phone. They have an email and they don't respond. Item just says "processing ". I emailed them to give me the retailer so I can cancel and they don't reply. I emailed GT to cancel and they don't reply. AVOID GREENTOE.

    I'm sorry for the trouble but our records indicate that we sent you an email informing you that your payment information wasn't going through and we needed additional information and/or a different payment method. We sent that email within 24 hours of your offer being accepted. You never replied to that email. You then sent a separate email to us on 9/13 and we replied within 20 minutes of that email.You then responded and asked for the order to be canceled, which we did right away. You were never charged. Again, we are sorry for the hasle but we did contact you in a timely manner and responded to your email right away.

    I read the reviews beforehand. Knowing that the majority would be negative since most folks don't bother when they're not disgruntled, I saw what I expected. Taking that as well as other reviews into consideration, I opted to go with Greentoe. The $600 savings was too tempting and I saw enough positive reviews elsewhere to have faith. Yes they use freight shipping to generate some of that savings but in the end their service worked as advertised for me. My 83" ** OLED is stunning and I've registered the warranty with the seller. I will advocate GT to folks I know.

    I oredred a kitchen Aid Refrigerator and frankly was a bit nervous since this was the first time I've used this service. It took 3 weeks for the ref to arrive. It was brandnew and I am totally satisfied. All was good and I saved a $1,000.

    Thank God we have BBB so we can identifie the bad and untrustworthy businesses that are misleading people who are trying to save a little bit of money.

    I ordered a **** 83" OLED TV with Greentoe at a price which was about $1200 less than retailers like Best Buy with sale price. I was very skeptical about as to whether they are legit, or the unit is used or returnee. However, they exceeded my expectations. When I ordered on Sunday, the site said the item will ship within 1-2 business days. It was shipped on Monday and got a message that it will be delivered August 7th. I had few questions so I contacted their customer support through email. Their response was super fast and answered my questions within 30 minutes. My TV was actually delivered yesterday August, 2nd, 5 days earlier than scheduled and it is brand new and in excellent shape. I surely recommend GreenToe

    The site lets you tell them what is the *** you will pay and let suppliers bid on your offer. In reality the suppliers approve your bid, and then take the money from paypal with no real intention of sending you the item. After a bunch of ******* and complaints they give you back the money, but in reality you just gave them a 4-6 weeks loan of over $1000 with no real return and a lot of time wasted!

    It took 2 weeks to even get a delivery date after I bought the appliance. Greentoe did nothing to help until I complained repeatedly by email, then they facilitated a delivery date...only to use a vendor who delivered the item late and damaged. All this to save maybe $40 vs. a big-box store (who would have delivered it in a few days).
