In February 1st, **** I checked my bank account and saw that ****************** had charged me $129.99. Surprised, as I had not used this service since March of 2023 I checked my email to see if there was any information regarding this charge. There was no email. I checked my PayPal account to see if there was any information regarding this purchase. There was no information. I went to the nugs.net website to get in contact with them because this $129.99 has created serious financial issues as this is the first of the month and placed a request for an email to be sent to me as there is no other option for method of contact. I believe that if this company has the power to randomly charge you money - WITHOUT RECEIPT OR EXPLANATION - they can at least have a customer service phone number. This predatory and irresponsible business must be addressed.Initial Complaint

This company is a disaster to deal with. They routinely charge a year subscription on the one month free trial. The worst part is the individual who runs this business and handles the customer service. He is rude, abrupt, disrespectful and has a serious attitude problem. This is part of the reason this business gets an F from the BBB. While he was shouting at me (yes, you read that correctly) he immediately returned my money because he knew full well that he had stolen it from me. I recommend that anyone should proceed with caution before you give your credit card information to this company. The purpose of this review is to warn potential customers. To be clear, I have no association with any business or competing organization to this company. Their current 'F" grade is the correct rating.Initial Complaint

On July 14, 2023, I tried to purchase the three-night stream of the last three ************** shows. I kept getting error messages when I attempted to purchase the $89.99 package. I tried on the nugs app, as well as the nugs website. I never received access to the stream... only to check my bank statement and realize I had been charged multiple times! I reached out to nugs to request a refund and they advised that I needed to reach out to ******* I reached out to ****** who advised that my refund was up to nugs as nugs had already accepted the payment. When I reached back out to nugs they denied my refund. I tried to dispute the charges with my banks and they advised that **** had denied my claim yet again. I am highly disappointed how nugs has handled this situation. As a new *********************** fan, I was bummed I had been missing out on the beauty that they accomplish all these years, only to be let down even more by nugs on a weekend that should've been filled with their beautiful music. I did end up purchasing the 3 streams separately for $34.99 each and received those in my "library" (after the live streams were over, might I add). I am not disputing those three charges, even though I feel like I should. I just want a refund for the multiple charges of $89.99.Initial Complaint

In May of 2021, I purchased a video from Nugs.net. After that, on a monthly basis, Nugs.net began billing my credit card on a monthly basis as if I had signed up for a video subscription with them. I did not sign up for a subscription and am requesting a refund for the 21 months of charges that have occurred. Logging into their website with my account, there is no indication that I am signed up for a subscription. They never sent an e-mail confirming signup for a subscription. They never sent even one bill for the monthly charges that were hitting my credit card, even though I had successfully received a bill from them in the past for an individual video from them. I wrote to Nugs.net 2 days ago requesting a refund of $272.79, and have not yet received a response from them.Initial Complaint

On 7/16, I purchased a 'live stream ticket' to Dead &Company's ************* concert.I received a confirmation email saying my 'seat was reserved'.As evidenced by tens of thousands of complaints--they failed to deliver the show.live.I paid for a live concert and it was impossible to watch it, and i tried for 2 hours to make it work before giving up. Nugs.net is a live music streaming service. On Sunday, 7/16/23, I ordered the livestream of the Dead and Company concert in CA. They charged $34.99 for this service. Their website couldn't handle the traffic, and most people missed most or all of the show. I have reached out via email, phone, and ******** and I can't get through to anybody. On July 16th I paid nugs.net to stream a live concert that was taking place later that evening. It was the last concert of the band's last tour. I was unable to stream the show as were many others. There was too much traffic on the server and it crashed. Nugs.net did air "teasers" of the concert on ******** just the fist song of each of the two sets. They had the ability to provide users with the live experience on another platform, but decided not to stream the entire show, knowing that their server had crashed. I emailed nugs.net on 7/17 to inquire about a refund and they have not replied. I responded to a ******* conversation about how upset other users were about nugs.net failing to deliver the concert, and nugs.net blocked me and other users who complained. Nugs.net has not issued an apology, explanation, or a statement about any compensation for their error. We paid to watch a live show, and they took the money but did not deliver the service we bought. I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

Purchased a livestream of a concert, their site crashed entirely before the concert and the concert was not viewable on 7/16. They have not acknowledged the issue, or communicated in any way to anyone affected. Tons of others have been affected as well. The cost of the livestream was $38 which is high for a concert video. They have charged me and all attempts at communication have been ignored. I feel scammed. I am issuing a chargeback through my credit card given their lack of response or responsibility for the issues. They are not a good business, they have not offered refunds or acknowledged the issues.
