    I bought a $600 piece of exercise equipment and purchased shipping insurance and extended warranty protection through Extend. When it arrived in less than acceptable condition I was told to contact them by the company I bought the equipment from. I filed a claim. After not hearing from them I contacted them the following week. I was sent a **** email saying my claim was denied and was closed. No reason... No explanation. Purchasing this worthless insurance as you are going through a check out online is a waste of money.

    I can't believe I need to give them any star. This is the worst extended warranty I have ever purchased. I purchased a rug and added the extend warranty and when I had a stain they sent someone out to clean it who was not professional and made the rug worse then it was. They will only give you a partial amount of the rug to use on a future purchase and even took out repair costs when the repair made it worse. I have to agree with all the other comments below and don't buy this warranty. It is a scam. Extremely unprofessional and inaccurate costs.

    I have to say, originally, I loved the product. I bout the RENPHO C3 Back in DEC 22' to prepare for a surgery of Feb 23. The gun was massager was used less than 5 hours total. I did purchase an extended 2 year warranty. I pulled it out this past December and the thing doesn't work even with a full charge. I contacted Customer Support, hoping that even though I am less than a month out from the extended warranty expiring, that I could get it fixed. I am told they do not handle their extended warranties a 3rd party does. So I contact EXTEND, they tell me I should have been given a contract number when I bought the extended warranty which I was never sent by RENPHO or EXTEND. In fact, EXTEND will even tell you that they do not contract with RENPHO for extended warranties! Someone is lying! I have a feeling its EXTEND, because even my receipt shows EXTEND Protection plan 2 years! The point is, great product when it works. The fact I used it so little and it sat for a bit and now it doesn't work is disheartening. **************** is useless on RENPHO and **********************! Do yourself a favor and just do not buy the extended warranty because its a joke. The product itself, good till it doesn't!

    Extend seems to automatically deny claims without human review, less than a minute after uploading a picture the claim was denied, even though I uploaded the picture at 6:45pm central time, it immediately turned to 'Claim Denied' with no comments or review.

    This service is a scam. I tried to file a claim for a lost/stolen item, and they flatly denied coverage. Scammers! Dont purchase their products!

    I bought wheels and tires from fitment industries. When they came in they had chips on two of the wheels. They told me to submit a claim on my extend warranty. I waited since I didn't want to be without my car. Today I curbed my wheel and decided to file a claim thinking this is why I paid the extra money. After submitting my claim and photos. I was denied my claim. I wish I would have known that would not be covered. What a scam!!!

The Extend Product Protection plan he purchased specifically covers damage caused by road hazards such as unusual objects and/or unexpected road conditions (e.g. potholes, rocks, nails, etc.).We are here to help ****************** if he has any further questions or needs additional assistance.

    I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Extend ****'s customer service. Over the course of my interaction, I was put on hold more than six times before my issue was finally resolved.The initial call began with a long wait time, which set the tone for the rest of the interaction. Each subsequent transfer to a different department or representative resulted in more time on hold, and each new person I spoke with seemed to have no knowledge of my previous conversations. This lack of communication and coordination within their team is unacceptable.It was evident that there was no urgency or priority given to resolving my issue. I felt like I was being passed around without anyone taking responsibility for finding a solution. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.Extend **** needs to seriously reconsider their customer service approach. Long wait times, repeated holds, and a lack of communication between representatives create a terrible customer experience. I hope they take these issues seriously and work to improve their service. As of now, I cannot recommend Extend **** to anyone looking for reliable and efficient customer support.

    ********************** submitted a claim on 6/10/24 that was approved on 6/11/24.  The reimbursement for his replacement product was immediately sent to his email on file.  ********************** had difficulties accessing the email containing his reimbursement and was in contact with Extend until resolution on 6/14.  We understand his frustration and hope that ********************** is now satisfied with the outcome.

    Do not get the Extend protection plan for ******************* gloves. Save your $8.49. This company doesn't honor the 1 year protection plan. You HAVE to select accidental or the ** claim representative will deny you for sure. Stay away from the plan. The gloves are great but this company they use is fake! I wish I could select 0 Stars!
