    I was wrongfully charged $97 and it caused me to overdraft ! This is truth unfair and I would like to be compensated back!

    They charged me 97 dollars and I never signed up for a membership. I tried contacting support and it was almost impossible to even cancel a membership that I never even signed up for. They caused me to be behind on bills because I do live check to check. ******** customer service and definitely fraud. I doubt I ever get a refund to my account for the ***** they debited with no consent. Please don't even click on their site because they will somehow take from you without you even knowing and when you try to resolve it, it becomes a nightmare!!!

    I downloaded the Bright Money app to see what it was about and didnt really find it useful. Several days later they debited a ***** subscription fee from my account that I didnt authorize. It overdrew my account and now Ive been waiting for a refund they claim they would give me. I want my money back and I have no problem filling out more complaints through other avenues if they dont actually fix this problem. They even claimed they would refund the overdraft fee but still nothing

    This money was taken from my checking account without my consent or authorization.. I have called them several times and they sent me an email with link to send my state ID with a self picture plus my account and routing numbers so the money can be returned.They haf told me previously that it would be returned in 5 business days so after that time passed by it was not returned and I called them I was told that the money was returned to them so i needed to submit my ID and everything else they asked for. So as off now I am waiting for the funds to go back into my account and I haven't recieved a returned email to at least acknowledge what I sent them so I am praying that I will see the funds return back to my account this week coming up .And if its not returned then I would have to take action.

    My complaints against Bright Money are numerous. First off they advertise that you can get an 8k credit card if you complete the credit building program. I did that only to find out that they dont have a product like that anymore. Secondly I withdrew all money that was in my accounts and canceled. I got my savings back but not the credit builder. When I withdrew the credit builder it said money will be there March 22. And here it is March 27. No money. Bright Money has caused me a lot of grief. And when I complain to customer service its the same AI bot with the same answer. Its like even their AI bots have quit on this company.

    In addition, we have processed a membership fee refund totaling $186 (comprising $89 and $97). This amount will be credited to Jeremys checking account on April 7, 2025.

    This is so beyond misleading, theyre toying with me about getting me the money they quickly debited out of my account, and then taking forever to refund me the 97 for their ridicolous membership. They also said it would take til April 4th to withdraw my funds. No money service should ever take that long.

    I have been trying to get a refund of $50 that I never signed up for and they have been giving the run around for almost a month now. They have given my 5 different dates and times that it will be credited back to my bank account and here we are March 26th, 2025 @ 7:18am and still no $50 in my bank account! Please help me

    I signed up to use try there service. During the process of signing up, nowhere was it undated there would be a charge of $97 annual fee. Suddenly I see the fee in my bank account. I cancelled the service as soon as I saw the fee hit my account. There has been no refund.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The refund has been confirmed in my account. It is sad, though, that I have to file a complaint to get this business to do the right thing. And even sadder that, after reviewing how many people have had similar experiences, that this business continues to operate this way.

    Bright lending has continuously taken small amounts, (.06, .07, .05) for several months. I have spoken with them to correct this issue including canceling a subscription i never subscribed to. They refuse to acknowledge my complaints or concerns about the situation. I feel as if I'm being stolen from and will be seeking legal actions if it is not corrected.
