I open a pomelo card to send money to the Phillippines. My account was hacked. The 770 usd was sent to the person i dont know. I did not even received the card yet in the mail, And the transaction just happen today.Business response

**************, according to your Better Business Bureau complaint, you stated that you recently
opened an account with ********************** ******************* and are reporting fraudulent activity on the
account. You stated a total of $770 USD was sent through money transfer and was an
unauthorized transaction. In an effort to address your concerns, Pomelo *******************
investigated the activity on your account.
The investigation determined that you are a victim of an account takeover. You are not
responsible for the unauthorized transfer of $770 USD. Your account balance will be updated
accordingly. Our team will reach out to you directly regarding gaining access to your account.Initial Complaint

I want to see where I authorized you to do two hard hits on my credit?????I want these removed off my credit score.I will file a complaint with the FCC.I was just inquiring about sending money to the *********** then I get these two hits on my credit.Remove them ASAP.*************************** ************ *************************************Business response

I am rejecting this response because:They are not explaining how they pulled my credit report with only my last four.
They are scamming people and scamming seniors.
They need to be stopped.
