    Company is impossible to get a hold of. I just want to cancel a policy from an employer from over 2 years ago.

    Deeply unpleasant experience, please read other reviews for an idea of how silly this gets (including the tried and true nobody knows anything, and they refer you back to the first people that refereed you to the second people, etc.). Either the poor customer service is a cunning strategy to prevent you from ever making any connection with anybody who might actually know what is going on and might be able to help you, or it reveals systemic incompetence on a scale that is staggering. Save yourself and your family heartache and anger and skip directly to:Opening a case with your states ********** of ********* Contacting your areas Congressmen (to monitor your claim).Make your voice heard on social media, review sites, etc.Also engage a lawyer to formalize your communications so when nothing gets accomplished over months you have a nice tidy record to forward to the ********** of *********.Zero stars, preying on those in grief and most in need of the safety net and product they claim to issue.

    The website is designed to withhold the most useful information from the policy holder. I cannot tell if my policy payment is due or overdue. It also doesn't allow you to see the last time a payment was made. This is critical information for the policy holder. When you hit the "contact us" button online, you are directed to writing an email response. No phone information is provided.

    STAY AWAY! Customer support was extremely hard to reach and it's just a complete waste of time and energy to deal with them. Super unpleasant experience with Transamerica 401k plan. There's no way to roll over 401k digitally in 2021 and finally starting from 2022 there's an option to do this online. When I finally successfully logged in to my account, I realized my money was already forced out without my consent, which they claimed they could rightfully do without my consent.
