I ordered from Atlas Monroe on 8/8. I received a message from the company that the order was guaranteed to ship on 8/10 and I would receive a email when shipped. I have not received an email and the system does not show shipped. I emailed the store and no response. I called twice, first time no answer, 2nd time someone answers with a very agitated unprofessional voice and says please hold. Left me on hold for 5 minutes and never picked the phone back up. I would like my ordered cancelled and refunded but I cant get in touch with the store.Initial Complaint

paid $179.97 on 7/11/2023 for an order that was supposed to ship before or by 7/27/2023. today 8/2/2023 is the day it still hasn't been sent. they ignore all of my emails. when I call their headquarter number, sometimes it rings, and sometimes the line is disconnected. it's like the number is only a front and once someone indeed calls, they disconnect it. i even have an email calling them out about this. they also ignore my comments on social media. they only replied via email when I stated I intended to report them. i believe they may be doing something illegal because to only reply when I say they need to get investigated is indeed suspicious and giving guilty. they're receiving and seeing the emails but pick and choose when to respond. i sincerely believe they need to be investigated and looked into. my order has a shipping label that was created on 7/26.2023, and the carrier *** reports that the package is 3lbs. this detail also parallels some complaints on BBB for atlasmonroe because my order contains too many items to just weigh 3lbs. Some people complain about missing items, and I believe they intended to send my order with majority of it missing since 3lbs is too low. When they finally responded, they didnt even acknowledge my claim about the low weight. if they don't want to send me my order (and completely--not with missing or damaged items), then they can just refund me. why are they taking people's money with no intentions of completing orders?Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Atlas Monroe as part of their Memorial Weekend sale promotion on 5/28/23. After multiple email inquiries, I finally received a response on 6/9/23 stating they had sent a mass email on 6/7 letting everyone know that due to flight delays they hadn't shipped yet and their email only went to 78% of customers awaiting shipment and others, including myself, failed to receive notice. My order was finally delivered on 6/16 but was only a partial fulfillment of my order. The most expensive item in my order, the Atlas Monroe Sandwich box was not received. I've written several emails to request the status of the remainder of my order, without response. I've also attempted to contact their telephone number, which is busy and not message capable. I feel without recourse to receive my product or a refund. My preference is to receive the items which I ordered and was looking forward to consuming.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders with this company almost 2 weeks ago and I never received the products that I ordered. I never got an email about my order except for the order confirmation along with the order numbers. I email the company for information on what's happening with my order they never responded. I called about my order someone answered but said the person I need to speak with was out of the office and he said he'll have them call me back no one ever called me. When I tried to call again no one would answer. I send another email saying I wanted my money back I have not heard anything back. I purchased food from Atlas Monroe on 5/6/23. This purchase was supposed to be mailed out on or before 5/18/23. A label was created on 5/23/23 but, It was not mailed until 5/25/23. The delivery date is supposed to be 5/27/23 by 9pm. This date falls on a Saturday so this means it will not be delivered due to the *********** closing early. Monday 5/29/23 is Memorial Day so this means food that is supposed to be refrigerated or frozen will set in a container from 5/25-5/30 and it will not be suitable to eat. I have tried for over a week to reach out to Atlas Monroe through calling, texting, email and ******** Messenger no response!! I would like a full refund due to the fact that I purchased a perishable item that I will not be able to eat.Initial Complaint

Atlas Monroe used video footage of me in an ad without my consent. I DID NOT approve this brand to use my content. They stole footage of me from a video I had on my ******* channel. They then used that footage (and that of other creators I know) in an ad for their company without informing me or offering any compensation upfront. I happened to come across the ad ON MY OWN and contacted them about it. At the time I was being nice (because I genuinely liked, and was rooting for, the company) and I let it go saying they could send me product for the ad (as it was) which had already run. That was with the assumption they'd stop running this unauthorized ad going forward. They sent the product and I thought it was done. However, multiple people (myself included) continued to see the ad run for MONTHS after this! I contacted them and said they were going to have to pay me some compensation and we needed to get proper terms down on paper. We had one phone call and it didn't go as they'd planned. That is, they'd hoped to just send me more product. We messaged a few times after the call and I offered an amount I considered reasonable (especially based on them stealing my image for an ad to increase their sales) and they were completely rude as if they had no blame because they'd sent me a box of food! I even offered a proposal for them to compensate me over a term of some months as not to pay all up front and then they completely ghosted me! No response from them at all. Initially I really liked this company but after this sad and unethical approach that they've taken I would never work with them, would never recommend them, and would never use their products again.Initial Complaint

I ordered $124 worth of products from this company on the 6th of February. It was supposed to be shipped by the 16th of February. On the 14th of February I got a notification that the order had been "fulfilled" and proceeded to order another $175.58 worth of food, that is supposed to be shipped by the 23rd of February. The first order, however, has not been shipped - *** doesn't even have the package and it's the 21st of February. I've sent 3-4 emails to the company since last Thursday and they have not responded once. This is wildly unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't even want to do this, I've spent almost $300 on this stuff this month alone, and over $200 last month, but I feel like I have no other alternative. I ordered 98$ worth of vegan food, was told when it shipped it would be overnighted (company atlas Monroe is in CA). When the label was made and I tracked it it was a 2 day label. The label was made on 12/27. There was a redirect message and the food wont be delivered until 1/3/23. The company says their food will be ok for 5 days. This time frame is longer than 5 days. They will not refund me or ****** after the holidays.
