1 starThis company is a f*ing joke! They ripped me off on 3 purchases last year. No refund no no purchase no nothing. As of lately they have literally charged me final charges n reported delivered when not only to make me wait for my purchase for an extra day or two. No reply on support but they clearly read messages because if you ask in a message to cancel they cancel! **********************. Don't waste your energy. Don't waste your time! An absolute f*cking goof company. ***** and they NEVER make it right when they continually f*ck up!!Review fromArnold M

1 starHorrible, unreliable company. I started selling on Shopify and signed with Deliverr a 3PL company to store and fulfill my products when sold. Some time later it said that Deliverr was bought by Flexport. At some point I was notified that orders made on my website were cancelled and not fulfilled. When I looked into it, I found out that Flexport was consolidating warehouses. That was around August 9 2023. When I asked when it would be completed I was told 'TBA'.I explained it was unacceptable and they told me to self fulfill. I explained that they were being paid to fulfill and that I sent them all my inventory. They did ship some products, but my main product still shows 'sold out' on my website despite Flexport claiming they completed the task on 4th September 2023.They have caused and continue to cause me losses since I have over 96 items in their warehouse which I can not sell since it appears as 'unavailable - transferring facilities'.Based on my experience I would say Flexport is unreliable and actually dangerous for any business trying to succeed. It is so difficult to build a successful business and when your own paid infrastructure is not supporting you it is a losing battle. As far as I can see thay also charged me full fees, but I need to verify that. I have no timeframe when my products will be available and I will look into the cost of shipping them elsewhere.Review fromBenjamin M

1 starMy experience with this company was absolutely horrendous. Using them has become a source of deep regret for me, stemming from multiple reasons. Three of my shipments were severely delayed, well beyond the promised timeframe. To exacerbate matters, one of my shipments got lost in transit. The majority of the items I sell are delicate, yet Deliverr displayed a shockingly inadequate ability to handle my packages; a significant portion arrived either shattered or crammed into poly bags, in direct contradiction to the prior request for Fragile protection. The charges they imposed for handling these packages were exorbitant, without a single one being appropriately boxed.Late deliveries became a recurring problem, causing considerable frustration for my customers. This predicament resulted in the loss of my esteemed top-rated status on **** and pushed my Amazon account below their accepted standard. Deliverr not only marred, but effectively demolished my business. Consequently, I am resolute in my decision to never engage with them again in the future.Review fromRay N

This is the worst fulfillment company ever! They make it impossible to cancel services and get back your inventory. I have been trying over 2 weeks to cancel all services with them. Not only I'm unable to get a live agent to assist me with the cancelation process, they are preventing me to order back my inventory. Meanwhile they are continuing to charge me at a higher rate every 2 weeks. Interestly, the contact phone number that they given to the BBB doesn't work. What does that tell you? Stay away from this company.Flexport, Inc.

1 starabsolutely terrible. We've been using them for a few years and they have progressively gotten worse and worse. Features barely work and their fees have gotten higher and higher for less service. Do yourself a favor and find another fulfillment company before you have all your inventory in there and are trapped! You cant even get a hold of someone on the phone.Review fromDebra M

1 starI started out 3 years ago as the 3PL that was recommended by ************** Amazon, and several other marketplaces. So I signed up and it was downhill from there. The tags for the different marketplaces never stayed connected or worked they were the first to have tags but they had too many bugs. The cost to ship a middle-size standard package under 4 pounds was reasonable...when they shipped on time which was always a surprise if it would be on time.THEY SENT BAD TRACKING TO ******* so many times that ******* kick me off because they thought I was a drop shipper! I was terminated from ******* because of Deliverr's invalid tracking that was automatically sent by Deliverr. Products are lost inbound, lost in inventory, late shipping, and invalid tracking info, you have to dig up invoices in order to get reimbursed for orders they lost instead of the last sale amount. They do not ship on weekends or have any support available, no phone support, only chat or email, warehouse they contract with close all the time and you are left with them trying to move your inventory to another warehouse and having to wait for them to do a facility transfer and your products are not available to sell. Sending invalid tracking can and will ruin you on ******* and Amazon, they don't have to hear about how Deliverr is sending the info through their API system and you are unaware...they will just boot you off the marketplace. Check our Reddit by looking up ******* kicks off members for invalid tracking...you will see many ex-Deliverr users that were also kicked off ******* for that reason. I had too much inventory to leave Deliverr until I went through and sold most of the stock before just saying the heck with it and eating the disposal fee and lost product cost to wash my hands of Deliverr. I know it is hard to find a 3PL and ShipBob is not much better and more expensive with the nickel and dimes you to death. Shopify just purchase Deliverr so maybe in they can fit Deliverr. NOT!Review fromWilliam W

1 starTo believe this company is worth 2 billion dollars according to Shopify is insanely concerning. The only thing certain about Deliverr is that your customer's orders will be delayed at some point along the way. From their ******************** plans to their courier network, delay, delay, delay. Pay for 2-day shipping, and expect 2-week shipping. And if it is delivered, expect your customer's items to be half destroyed, due to the negligence and lack of care in delivery. Think that's a nightmare? The backend doesn't reflect accurate numbers, and I quote from a Deliverr employee "Don't worry about the dashboard numbers, they're not right". If you stock out, and Deliverr cancels the order, want to re-request the order be fulfilled on Shopify? Nope, have place order manually, then update tracking numbers manually. Need customer support? Expect a copy and paste from their FAQ. I rarely write negative reviews, but in this instance, I'm in genuine disbelief at how bad Deliverr has been so far. I really, really hope it improves because I can see it as being a very good service, as conceptually it has great features such as the fixed shipping pricing. However, in its current state, stay away. If anyone from up top from Deliverr would like to contact me, that would be great, but I would say it's very unlikely because they don't seem to care. I feel bad for giving a review like this, and have been reluctant to post it, but it is deserving.Review fromDonna K.

1 starAfter 1 year of being content using Deliverr to ship our products, they have turned out to be FRAUDULENT THIEVES. They sent us an email saying that our estimated long-term storage (over 365 days) fees will be $26,000114 per month (PER MONTH!!!). We only have **** UNITS in their warehouse. The units are tiny silicone rings. They weigh less than an ounce. So now I have a ticket open (#******) to ask them to dispose of all of our inventory asap!! Deliverr, if you read this, please Open ticket number ****** and dispose of all of our inventory ASAP so we stop getting billed outrageous amounts of money. Please redact the last invoice!!! I will be contacting my companys lawyer tommorow. *****
