I have been using HenryMeds since October of 2024. I recently saw my provider on 4/10 who sent a prescription to empower pharmacy. After a week of not seeing any status change in my patient portal I reached out to HenryMeds to find out the status of my medication fill. I was told that orders are delayed and not given any specific timeline for when my order would be filled but they offered to move my billing date and gave me a 50 dollar credit. After another week of not seeing any status change, I reached out once again to see if my medication was being filled and whether there was an ETA. Was given the same run around about delays and not given any indication on when my script would be filled but was told that it was basically my fault for not knowing it takes them 10 business days for fills, but in this case delays make it impossible to predict when they would fill the medication. I then asked for contact information for the prescriber who wrote the prescription to see if she could cancel, the order sent to Henrys and resend the order to my local pharmacy, to which a supervisor at Henrys responded the following: Regarding your local pharmacy request, I would not recommend moving in that direction especially with Phentermine, as most local pharmacies will typically not be able to fill a controlled substance prescription. You, as the patient will be responsible for any additional charges incurred by filling their medication at the local pharmacy; as it is not included in their monthly Henry Meds subscription. We will have no oversight over the process once a prescription is faxed to the local pharmacy and would not be able to assist with the prescription further or have any control over costs (i.e. prior authorizations for insurance). It is verifiable false that local pharmacies do not fill prescriptions for controlled substances, and I never requested they fax the order to a local pharmacy. I signed up to get semiglutide medicine monthly from Henry Meds. I could not get refills until I had video appointments with their doctors. I was advised by my local ** to stop talking this medicine. Because of this I never called them back for a refill, but was still charged $297 on April 4, 2025. When I called to complain they told me I was charged this amount whether I received any medicine or not and they would not refund my money.Business Response

This medication provider charges monthly for their "service". This is a very odd process that really shouldn't exist because doesn't really make sense. I'm not ok with a medical group charging me hundreds of dollars a month for nothing....I had an appointment on 4/19 got meds go to good until May. But even in ****** without additional products or services (no additional meds and no new appointments) I am still charged $449.Business Response

Good evening I was a Henry Meds customer. My last appointment was 10/12/2024. I frooze my account. I never had further correspondence, appointments, or medication delivery. In March 2025 they started charging my account. I accurred charges March 1, 2025 and Apri1 1 2025..because I didn't respond to an email. They didn't have my permission to do this.Had I not been paying attention, this would have continued indefinitely. This to be me is fraudulent, dishonest behavior.I have had no treatment apportionments, or contact since 10/1024. I am concerned about the ***************** of compounded GLP-1 products from Henry Meds. I was taking the brand for 6 mo. with good results prior to Henry Meds. Since January 2025, I was concerned about the efficacy of the med, as it was not working for me. I began gaining weight (I still exercised & ate the same). I spoke to several customer service ***** all who assured me the dosing was correct. After continued weight gain after Jan, through early March 2025, I elected to cancel my membership as the drug was not effective, and I had an over abundance of product (4 vials through 2 shipments, but was still on vial #1 from January). I was only told in early April a **** should last for 4 doses (4 weeks). Alarmingly, this meant I had dosed 75 units from the same vial for 13 weeks! I should not have been administering the first vial past 4 weeks. This is a huge red ******** know it is this product through Henry Meds that is the problem. I also titrated the dose up from 50 to 75 units since being with Henry Meds. I am concerned for my health if I were to continue taking the product, knowing I was taking product I should not have been taking past the expiration date, & that the product is unsafe and ineffective. Perhaps it was a faulty lot number (the 2 vials in my first shipment from January 2025 are the same lot number). I have no trust that the 3 vials unopened will be effective & safe. I have been told they cannot refund me for the unopened (DEFECTIVE) product, and there seems to be zero concern to look into the safety of that product. I asked if they could send the unopened vials to the pharmacy to test, & received no response. Im dissatisfied with the clear dismissal and lack of concern, and lack of attending to the customer needs. After last speaking to a *** on April 6, 2025, I was told he was escalating me to the compliance team. As of today (April 15th) nobody has reached out from compliance. I ordered the semiglutide and received the first month. I did not request any further orders and cancelled the subscription on April. 7th. I received no confirmation via email. I went back into my portal on April 11th and cancelled again and still no confirmation. April 14 2025 My refill is due April 15, and after reaching out to HenryMeds to check the status of my refill was told that my medication was being processed but there was a delay at the pharmacy. Last month it took almost 14 days to get my refill because the pharmacy had a delay. This company is delaying patient therapy by not processing prescriptions in a timely manner but charge 150 dollars a month for a generic medication for the convenience of being able to visit a doctor via telehealth. I would just like to have my refill without being out of medication for 2 weeks.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any resolution from HenryMeds. I was contacted by a supervisor last week who informed me that the pharmacy delays would be rectified by the end of last week. When I contacted them yesterday after seeing no change in my patient portal, I was told that **************** was barely processing orders from the beginning of April which means that I am probably looking at another 2-3 weeks before they get to my refill. I then asked for the contact information for my prescriber, so I can request the medication be sent to my local pharmacy. At first I was told that because Phenterimine was a controlled medication, most pharmacies do not fill it, which I know is verifiably false. Then I was told its impossible to fill locally because its a compounded medication. I asked repeatedly for contact information for my provider so I can speak with her directly to find a solution and was told I would have to make an appt to speak with her. When I tried to schedule an appt, the Henry meds website would not let me, saying it was not time for my refill. By the time I get my prescription I will be a month behind so Henrys will be charging for me a product they never provided. This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous.

I signed up for Phentermine treatment from Henry Meds on 2/28. I had my consultation and received my first shipment on 3/13. I was told that my plan included 2 refills that would be automatically processed 10 days before the current dose expired. I was charged for the second month on 3/28. I after getting under 10 doses remaining I began reaching out to Henry Meds inquiring about the status of my refill. I was assured on 3/31, 4/7, 4/11, and 4/13 that it would be shipping soon, but they couldnt give me any information about the cause of the delay. I began using Henry Meds ("Henry") in or about July 2024. There were account issues almost immediately where my account was charged monthly without medication shipping, but after I noted the issue and followed up, this issue was addressed. I had no further issues until January 2025 when I noticed I had again not received a shipment. On February 17, 2025, I contacted Henry to ask why I had not received shipment since December 7, 2024.That same day, a representative of Henry responded, stating that my account had been "paused" because of a bulk order that I had placed after Henry represented that it would no longer be able to sell the medication so that was my opportunity to "stock up." The representative responded: "If you wish to ******* the subscription, please confirm you agree on a $449 charge applied." I responded: "Yes, assuming I receive my prescription." The representative confirmed that would be the case, stating: "This payment will go toward your refill." This conversation occurred on February 17, 2025, and that same day my credit card was charged $449.00. I was asked to complete an intake form, which I did (even though I had already completed this form in January, but Henry took no action.) After not receiving a shipment notification, I again contacted Henry who has failed to either refund the charge or ship the medication. I have asked repeatedly for contact information for the legal department as while Henry operates in *********, it failed to register under this name or its actual business name with the Minnesota Secretary of State. I have been told by Henry repeatedly that someone will be responding to me, but no one has. As of the date of this submission, April 9, 2025, I have neither received a refund nor the medication, even though I expressly stated that I would only agree to the charge if "I receive my prescription." I will need to commence an action in small claims court if I do not promptly get either a refund or the prescription.Business Response
