    This is a scam company. They will take your money before you even have an appointment to talk to provider and if you try to cancel the appointment, theyve already taken your money and will not give it back. I got scammed out of $349. read the reviews on Better Business Bureau. They are rated F for *********** I have to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge with medicine I never received.

    Henry Meds operates on deceptive and unethical billing practices. Stealing money from patients and providing no product in return. They will charge you monthly subscription fee even if they are not providing you any medication, it's as if they think they're *******. Upon reaching out with concern over charges I was told to read section XXIII of their Terms of Services - which by the way you really have to dig for. Nowhere in the numerous communications I had with Henry Meds is there an obvious link to these terms, nowhere is this discussed upon signing up, no where in reminders to "track your weight" or "schedule your next appoint to continue receiving medication" is there ANY reference to, "we will continue to charge you regardless if we are shipping you medication or not, until you go into your portal and cancel your subscription". SHAMEFUL. Karma is b*&^%

    This is a scam company. Do not become a customer. They will enforce unauthorized charges. They have terrible customer services. Will steal your money

    I do not recommend Henry Meds. I started with them in November 2024 and initially received 8 weeks of medication at $349 per month. However, they continued charging me $349 per month for November, December, January, and February despite providing no medication or services in January and February ($698 total). I have not received any medication since November 11, 2024, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. To avoid further unauthorized charges, I canceled my subscription before another $349 was withdrawn from my account on March 4th. I completed the required follow-up intake in February but received no updates regarding my missing order. When I requested a refund for the months, I paid without receiving medication or any services, I was denied and they gave no offers of resolution, instead was told I needed to reactivate my account and pay an additional $349 for a follow-up and refill. Henry Meds is charging a subscription without delivering the agreed-upon services, which I believe is unethical and deceptive.

    Beware! They are barely doing thing legal! They sign you up for a 3 month automatic subscription plan and they auto mail your meds. This all sounds wonderful except they never actually mail them out. when you contact them to see what is going on they pass you around to 10 different people and insure you they are sending your medication out. I signed up on October 6th didn't get my medication until the end of October. for November I never received medication I called in December to ask what was going on and finally got my medication December 10th and the prescription was wrong and received the remaining amount on December 16th. in the meantime I have now been charged for November and December but only received 2 months of medication. I contacted support on December 4th with how unhappy I was with their service and was told I would receive a $100 credit toward my next months bill ****** I didn't know they had already charged for December, I had assumed when they said my next month they meant December since technically this was my Novembers medications I was incorrect) They applied the credit toward a ******* charge and I was on a 3 month plan so I had decided to no longer continue after the December charge. End of December came and I never received that medication so I contacted them again and they assured me they would send this one out too. I then asked they refund *******'s charge since they had charged me for 4 months and I had only received 3 months of medication they said they could not do that until I received the medication. (not sure how that was relevant since I had already paid for it in December) I received the medication and contacted them for the refund and for them to cancel my account I was told through email it would be taken care of and the compliance department would be contacting me and that the $100 credit that went toward ******* could not be applied toward the December payment. I never received any correspondence from anyone going forward.

    WATCH OUT! When you are interviewed they tell you introductory is price is $197 and after that $297. Prescriptions are set up to be released either every 2 months or 3 months. I told them I left the previous company I was getting the meds from because they were between 500-600$ per script. BUT WHAT THIS COMPANY DOES is bill you every month for $297 regardless of how often you get the script. They do not tell you that. My script ended up costing $900. I was led to believe that each script was the $297. A question on their site (when you have basic questions) is why am I being billed when I am not receiving product. So apparantedly many people being mislead that they feel they need to put that on the site to avoid phone calls. STAY AWAY from them. When I reached out - they were no help and told me I would not be refunded and basically that I owed an additional month of $297.00. Also, how is it fair that someone that gets it every two months is paying the same as the person that only receives it every 3 months. This also seems prejudicial.
