    Do not go into membership with Mochi. They are having major supply issues and are taking peoples money and they are aware they cant get the pharmacies to supply. They will not refund you money. Just run away! They seem so great at the beginning stages but its all fake. The providers know of the issues and keep taking new patients. Its a very corrupt and dangerous business practices. They are preying on an entire group of people!

    I paid for my medication almost a month ago and have not received it, or any information about where its being my sent, tracking info etc. There was constant communication up until they got my money (almost $300) and then radio silence. I have messaged, emailed, called, INSTAGRAM DMd, and have not received a response. While I want to just cancel, Ive requested a refund several times due to them ghosting me and not providing the medication they charged for. This company is scamming people.

    Family members had success with Mochi and finally convinced me to join. I picked the wrong time. First appt was 4/2/25. I was charged for the Rx on 4/5/25. Never received it. Another charge went through on 5/5/25 even though the Rx needed additional information that I couldnt provide because I had never received the first Rx. No one responded to my previous messages and they arent even showing in my account. Finally spent over an hour on hold to get through to someone. My first Rx is stuck in limbo at one pharmacy. I understand theyre having issues with pharmacies and *****, but I asked about this when I first joined and they said no problem, business as usual. My sister has received two refills since my first appt on 4/2/25 and as of today, 4/10/25, I still have received nothing. I was finally ready to do this over a month ago and now Im over it. Its a joke, just like I thought it was and why I never tried it to begin with. Im very upset that I wasted my money on nothing. Well see if the refund actually goes through.

    I have had success on losing weight. Never had a problem until March 2025. The switching of the pharmacies. They had charged me 2 times. One payment on one credit card then 5 days later they charged me on another credit card. I have reached out to them numerous times. NOTHING.I want either my $199 back or I want a month at no cost. Im so disappointed. I would tell all my patients about Mochi. I wont be doing that any time soon.

    I scheduled an appointment with Mochi Health after consulting with a physician. Following the appointment, I received a message requesting prescription verification. Upon completing the verification process, I was prompted to make a payment and an additional payment for the upcoming month. Notably, I had not received the first month's medication which was paid for when i signed up with them. I attempted to contact them via message, but received no response. Subsequent phone calls resulted in extended hold times without any assistance. I sent multiple follow-up messages, which were also ignored. It is concerning that Mochi Health's responsiveness has decreased significantly since initially engaging with their services. I have utilized their services in the past without experiencing such issues, but the current situation is disappointing. Considering the payment of $278 has been made, I expect either the delivery of the medication or a refund. Requesting additional payment prior to fulfilling the initial order is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Mochi Health due to their subpar service.

    Can I leave negative stars? Mochi shipped me a mostly empty vial of medication that does NOT look like my usual rx from *****************. They will not respond to to messages, no one answers their phone, and they have charged my card. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. It is getting dangerous with medication errors, and they will take your money! I highly doubt I will get any resolution to this, I just want to save others from this mess.

    I have been with mochi health since November and had no issues then 2 months ago I received no medication but the company was able to take the money out of my bank account I am looking for two months worth of medicine or two months of medication fee and the monthly fee return to me I have to dispute it with my bank please beware of companies that do not respond to emails and now instead of answering any of my questions they just unenrolled me from now I am unable to see the progress of any emails or chat that I have sent to them.

    I've been with Mochi since January of 2025. My provider and nutritionist through Mochi have been wonderful. And up until March, the service was wonderful. However, when they lost their main pharmacy and had to switch pharmacies, there was a definite decline in service and my medicine was almost late. However, it arrived just in time and they gave me a credit towards my monthly membership and refunded me for a month of medicine. This month, the medicine came on time within 5 days of me requesting it. They went through a rough patch but seem to be back on track with a new pharmacy.

    What mochi does: (1) Charges credit cards. (2) Schedules 6:00 a.m. medical appointments. What Mochi does not do: (1) Answer e-mails. (2) Take phone calls. (3) Respond to chats. (4) Ship meds. I have had to protest with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

    first 2 months of mochi went well. now i cant get a message back via chat and it takes over 2 hours to reach the live *** on the phone. i submitted my refill for glp1 on april 29th- mochi charged me but every single day since the app says more info is needed to send the prescription to the pharmacy. first i was told that my payment was pending and that the prescription will be sent once cleared. the money was already deducted from my account and posted. but now the second *** said that their system error keeps resending the prescription refill request back to the dr ********* i submit the info. so now my prescription will be late for my next dose as it has not been sent to the pharmacy as it should be. why are we paying a membership fee if no one answers through chat? i sent a message 6 days ago and never heard back. over 2 hours of waiting on hold to speak with someone is absurd, especially if you are charging a membership fee. i will be canceling and going elsewhere.
