Purchased hearing aids (order #****) on May 19/23 for $270 cdn. One of the two hearing aids did not work.Received replacement hearing aids (order #****) on Aug. 23/23. Again one of the two hearing aids did not work.I requested reimbursement instead of a second replacement set of hearing aids. They did not provide me either replacement hearing aids or reimbursement of $270 cdn. No further emails received fom them.Initial Complaint

Ordered hearing aids from Hearinggift.com on Nov. 17th. Decided I didn't want them because of bad reports I received. Tried to get return label to send them back. They said "We do not have your order in our system". I sent them the order # and they still said it was not theirs. I paid $199.97 plus shipping for them and I want to send them back and get my money. How can you help me?
