      I ordered a couch in March and email stated it was received at loading dock in May, status as ready to be scheduled for delivery. I called, and was told they couldnt locate the couch and would put a search in, and to call back tomorrow. I called back, was told the same thing. This happened at least 4 or 5 times. After 3 weeks of calling with no results, I was told the couch was not found and they would re order a new one, available in early July. I heard nothing until today, and called to check status. They said new couch order was never placed, and I would have to wait until September, 6 months after my initial order. This is unbelievable. No sympathy, just an empty apology with a vague promise of recompense. This is unacceptable since I am still out a couch and could have already had one of I had placed it thru a more deserving business. I had them cancel the order, after 4 months of holding up my payment for zero product and 100% excuses.

      Pottery Barn customer service is HORRIBLE. My order for 4 lounge chairs placed in *** was delayed until July despite having a confirmed scheduled appointment TWICE which did not happen - nobody reached out to re-schedule or explain/apologize. When the order finally arrived, only 3 chairs were delivered. After several phone calls I was told the missing chair was 'damaged' but was promised a replacement; after 2 weeks without any news or anybody calling I had to spend hours on the phone again to get someone to figure out what happened - the 4th chair was actually no longer available and had been discontinued so I was clearly lied to. Reaching someone who could help on the phone was a nightmare and I was placed on hold for over an hour and a half to speak to a manager because nobody wanted to admit the order had been screwed up. The "manager" admitted I was given incorrect information but was completely indifferent and unhelpful, she offered no other option other than a refund for the missing chair so now I am stuck with 3 lounge chairs with no possibility of getting a 4th one. Absolutely unacceptable, I am never buying a thing from this company again.

      "Worst ***************** I spent $600 on 4 *********************** Outdoor Lantern Contract Grade Lanterns, but the paint is bubbled off and the rings are *****. They won't even exchange them."

      We were told the product would be delivered to us in 3 weeks, now there is a further 2-3 weeks delay. The store manager told us it will arrive on time and we specifically told him we will only buy if it comes in in 3 weeks at the latest, he said comfortably. Now we call customer service trying to find out and no one responds! The wait times are ridiculous and even when they pick up they hang up!

      I should have looked at the BBB reviews before purchasing $5000 worth of furniture from what I thought was a quality company. Delivery was a nightmare. It took 2 months to receive my sofas. They came with some black marks on the back side you would never see so I was offered to receive $300 back for each sofa or I could chose to have new ones sent out-and wait another 2 months for the furniture to come. Of course since I wasn't going to see the marks I kept it. Fast forward 10 months later-what I felt would be quality pieces that lasted for years look dingy and worn. We are very clean people-I followed all care instructions-vacummed mulitiple times a week. Called customer service to see if I could get either new covers or refunded for the poor quality and was told there is nothing they can do because I kept the furniture with the marks from delivery-which is nothing at all to do with the poor quality and way they look now-those marks are on the back side. The worn and poor quality is the main cushions where you sit.Very disappointed-I searched for a year for the perfect sofas and thought I had done my research. Never again will I spend money with this company. The escalation team was horrible and she only kept saying I'm sorry-completely unsympathetic and scripted. Zero care or concern for the customer.

      Hello, I would leave a feedback about Pottery Barn delivery pricing. Pottery Barn is charging delivery fee based on the *** Code and on the item price. I tried to purchase a coffee table for $1079 and delivery cost is $379. Thats almost 40% of the item price! Based on the website if the same coffee table would cost ?? 999 the delivery cost to my zip code would be only $209.Pottery Barn purposely manipulate prices to make sure that the delivery cost will fall under extremely high pricing. I dont live in the rural area and the item is not oversized, just a regular size coffee table. This delivery cost is out of control. They claim that their delivery is a white glove service but I ordered a sofa and a couple of tables from them in the past and it was a regular furniture deliveryjust extremely overpriced.I tried to contact their customer service and check if they would work with me on the delivery pricing since my item price was right on the border of qualifying for the lower delivery fee, but unfortunately they are not willing to work with the client.Very disappointing experience!

      Do NOT order food from WS.Horrible experience ordering our anniversary meal from them. A total mess. They won't be in business much longer after they were sued by the * and all of their negative reviews. What a shame.

      TERRIBLE customer service. We registered for our wedding here and have had such a difficult time receiving good customer service. Orders have been incorrect and discount for after the wedding as promised as not been applied. Very disappointed in the experience we've had. We will not continue to be a frequent customer of these businesses.

      Hello,I have a nicked piece of furniture from literally doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO IT and they refuse to fix it. Garbage furrniture and garbage "customer service."

      I ordered a personalized item from the Williams Sonoma website May 19. I was not notified it was a third party vendor, nor that it was backlogged. During checkout it said it would ship by June 21. I got a notice it was backlogged to June *****. A month later, I get another notice, and they are saying it's backlogged until September. By the way they charged me at the time of the order. So they have had my money for a month. I just called customer service, they cannot verify if or when it will ship and it's taken a hold of five minutes to get customer service and another ***** minutes online to put in a REQUEST to cancel? This is fraud. The customer service rep is very nice but allocating blame to the vendor. Did the vendor advertized and post this on the ** website? Did they process my payment? No. This rests firmly with a previously reliable company. I will not order online from ** in the future. I feel scammed.
