            I have been on auto pay with lumosity.com for a number of years, five at least. The person I purchased the subscription for can no longer see and I wish to cancel services. However, I attempted this last year with no result and again this year. The contact information provided by my PayPal is the email I have contacted and also a phone number that is only an answering machine. I would like a refund and cancelation of auto renewal.

            Found a fraudulent charge on my account from this company for $239.96. Never heard of them. Never ordered anything from them. Went to their site, in the contact section. No phone number provided. You have to fill out a form to request a refund. This is clearly a phishing operation where they are collecting people's private information through that form, to target them further, with more scams and phishing. I would ever fill out their form. Working with my card to get my money back.
