They reached out to me via email knowing it was time for me to renew my green card. This company is a scam!!!! They represent themselves as if they are affiliates with immigration services, they are not. I paid $285 for them to send me a completed form from inputs entered into a questionnaire. I was under the impression that I was completing my application. I would never have paid so much money for someone to complete such a simple form for me. The same form I have completed on my own at each renewal.Initial Complaint

08/17/2024, I received an email from immigration direct the way that the email is Composed they represent themselves as if they are USCIS ( US Immigration) They write that they will use the information from your Prayah. I 90 form to auto fill your renewal form for a US green card.THEY CHARGE A FEE AND TELL YOU TO WAIT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR BIOMETRICS WHICH THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED IN WRITING AS THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION ON SUCH PROCEEDINGS KNOWING FULL WELL THAT IMMIGRATION WILL NOT HEAR FROM YOU. They HOLD NO EXPECTATION OF ACTION AS THEY DO NOT FILE YOUR PAPERWORK DIRECTLY. THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE US GOVERNMENT, THOUGH THEY IMPOSTER THEMSELVES TO BE. TI THE EXTENT THAT WHEN I ASKED THEIR ROBO CHAT HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THEIR WEBSITE THEY GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO DELETE MY USCIS ACCOUNT !! SHAMELESSLY AND CONTINUE TO SUGGEST THAT THEY ARE A GOVERNMENT SITE. UNLESS YOU SEARCH DEEPLY INTO THEIR WEBSITE TO FIND THE TRUTH.After youve seen the disclaimers on the drop down menu, it becomes glaringly obvious that they are running a scam business. Offering to send you a printed auto filled I90 form for you to send to USCIS once it arrives. They charge $285.00 for the service. They had the gall to charge me twice to add insult to injury! When one follows the initial prompts where they contact directly, loosely posing as USCIS, there are no disclaimers clearly showing who they are and what service they are actually providing. Given the language deliberately deceptive verbiage, it is not surprising to see compliant after compliant on line. Yes, I AM EMBARRASSED! I am.Initial Complaint

I received several notices from Immigration Direct indicating that my mother's Permanent Resident card was scheduled to expire and that I needed to take action prior to its expiration. Here is the content of the email. How someone other than INS had access to this information concerns me. "Hi *********,Your Green **** is expiring or expired - time to get it renewed! As per the law, you must carry a valid unexpired Green **** with you at all times. We don't want you to be in danger of breaking the law, so we've made it easier than ever to renew your Green ****.We've copied over your answers from your previous application in our system. Don't miss out on this special feature and get your Green **** renewal started today!"They addressed it to me but the information in the documents was for my mother. She is 94 and I had provided my email address on the prior renewal. I am a US citizen.I completed the form online, submitted $285 and thought that was the end of the process for me. Instead I received a hardcopy of the I-90 form from Immigration Direct that I needed to sign and put it in the mail to USCIS with $450 dollars. I did not do that.I went online to the proper USCIS site and submitted the form online for $415.I think this is a predatory practice. The emails were misleading. They should be stopped.I have also filed a SCAM report with the BBB.Thank you,Initial Complaint

In time to renew Green **** email came in. In the email there was correct name and correct expiration date. Name of the site was **-immigrant.com. Should have researched it better, but i'm an older person and believed it. As i started filling online application. My information started coming up on their site. After that i had no doubt that the site is governmental. Part of application was to provide pictures of green card and social security number. After it was completed i've paid $285.00 fee and notification popped up that filled application will be mailed to nearest post office. That's when i got suspicious and started researching it. Luckly i've paid via paypal and was able to claim the money back. Obviously i never received anything. My information is in hands of scammers given to them by me. Site shouldn't exist. Must be shut down.Initial Complaint

This company (Immigration Direct II *********** CA) does not deliver any services. On October 18, 2023, I clicked on an email advertising discounts on the fee for renewing my ******** Permanent Resident card thinking I was paying the ******** government directly. I received a "confirmation" email saying that a payment of $165 *** had been received for the Form IMM 5444E Preparation Package. This should already have been suspicious but I was distracted. However, once I looked at my credit card statement two weeks later, I saw that the original charge had been taken in US$121 not ******** dollars and the *** amount was now $169.99. It immediately became obvious that I had fallen for a scam as the ******** Government obviously doesn't claim fees in US currency. To date no service has been delivered for paying this fee which is $119.99 *** in excess of what the actual government fee is ($50 ***).Initial Complaint

I looked online on how to renew my green card, which is expiring soon. I was directed to the Immigration direct.com website. I must have given my work email address and started receiving emails from them. I did not think anything of them, except that they were from the US government (my mistake). In the past few days, they pressured me, reminding me that I needed to renew my green card immediately, as it expired within a few days. I started to fill out the form. I did not submit my credit card info to pay because I knew the green card renewal was above $500. Immigration Direct charged 280 USD, so I stopped and looked for more info. I discovered on BBB that it was a scam. What worries me is that they had ALL my information on their website, including my social security number. I am filing a complaint against this misleading spam company.Initial Complaint

I was also scammed by these folks. I had googled and looked up to renew my aunts green card and it directed me to their website on my laptop. Til this date, it still directs me to them but for some reason, it doesnt on my cell phone *************** So they must have purchased something from search engines to direct people to them.I was renewing my aunts green card, thinking I was renewing through the ***** website, but I didnt. I paid $285 for their service thinking that this was the cost of the renewal. I still didnt think of anything when they said they had to mailed me docs for my aunt to sign. When the docs came is when I realized I was scammed! It was the exact same info I filled out and they just printed the application and telling me to mail it to ***** with payment for $540. Everything I completed on their website is the same thing I wouldve had to do on the ***** website, but it wouldve been submitted to them instantly!Who would need their service if you couldve just submitted everything online directly with UCSIS! Now all these people have our personal information and credit card info. I tried reaching out to them, but no live person was reached and would bounce me in circles. As a result, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and put a lock on the card as well! Please be ware of these people and please refund me!
