    that's one of the worst companies I have ever seen, i agree with all the reviews they always say you can cancel and money back guaranteed but that's fake.

    Received a text message from this company (Fivestars) a few days ago.Was too busy to deal with it due to holidays. Just now took a look. Didnt recognize it. Didntclick on it. Jotted down the phone number it came from. Deleted it. Did a search and no phone number was found. Did search for FS and found a plethora of complaints on BBB from people receiving unsolicited texts from this - apparently - fraudulent company. FRAUDULENT due to unsuspecting customers signing ** in good faith with them and then being defrauded by them time and time again. This has been going on for years. How do companies do this and continue to get away with it? More importantly, what kind of person chooses to create a company that perpetuates agony for so many people, and is able to live with themselves?! If I were a lawyer I would bring a class action lawsuit against them. I came across one from ********** for unsolicited messages from 2017. But no info on what resulted in it. WTH?!

    This company's Sales Reps are DECEITFUL. They tell you that it is month to month and you can cancel at any time. Their sales rep showed up, without an appointment, and convinced me that since this was a month-to-month no obligation system, "Why shouldn't we try it." He set up our account and did our paperwork in the back room. I never knew we were in a 1 year contract. This system did not Honor the promises of "it drives traffic to your store" and "we will always be able to help and assist," They only care about your money.After going back and forth with customer service - I cancelled with them and they are continuing to bill me since we are in a contract, that I never knew about - NOR RECEIVED.They are insisting to send me to collections. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DECEITFUL SALES REPS.

    We own a smoke shop, a representative of five star who sold ** the system told us that we could cancel at any time if we did not like the service, this was implicitly stated, we are extremely limited from the service because of the type of business we have which was not explained. We tried it. It did not work when we found out about the limitations we asked to cancel, and was told we had to wait a year to cancel so now we are stuck paying $150 a month for a system we cannot use. Very deceptive company.

    Awful! Reps lie to get businesses to sign up! Promises of add on products and being told it was a month to month agreement later to find out it is a 12 month contract! Charging $200/+ a month for a service an organization no longer needs!

    Don't do it, they are a rip-off. The sales pitch and what you actually get are way different and they sign you to a minimum of a year because of this fact. they know no one will stay with their service that long.

    Absolutely terrible system. When we got the system, we were told that it integrated with our Clover POS. Nothing but problems, and when I brought it to their attention I was told that they were having issues with ****** and then tried to sell me a POS. Even though I said that I wanted to cancel my account because it doesn't work with our software, they are continuing to charge my card. The system literally doesn't work with our POS...they have acknowledged the problems, yet I am still being charged. If a salesperson approaches you about this software, run for your life. If the software did what they say it would do, it would be fantastic, but it is full of bugs. It angered my customers more than it helped.

    Theft, pure and simple. #1 Don't lie to businesses to get them to sign up. #2 Don't charge businesses without authorization for false reasons!We tried signing up with them. Their system has bugs in it, so be warned. One example (of many): Doesn't reverse points if customer returns items they got points for originally. Their sales rep said we wouldn't be charged if we didn't implement and start using it with our customers. We were lucky we found all the bugs when we tested it internally, and then called to cancel it. They still charged us $300. Then we get this bill months later for a $300 "lost equipment" fee, even though we 100% returned all the equipment (which we didn't even use in the first place.
