    This is the closest company information I could find as the website ******************** information is hidden. You cannot find a contact number or address only an email address that they do not respond to. My daughter desired one Ice Spice Chia pet for Christmas. I went onto their website to purchase this item. I tried placing my order and received an error message stating there was an "error placing your order please try again later". I gave up without ever seeing a confirmation on the website that my order attempt was successful. Later on after I check my bank account I saw I had been charged four times. I reached out through email and informed the company of the duplicate charges. I told them that I only wanted 1 Ice Spice Chia pet. This all transpired on Dec 18 2023. To date (Dec 29 2023) I still have not heard anything back from this company. This have led me to believe this is a scam.

    It is impossible to get in touch with this company. When I click "Contact us" it gives a phone number. When I call the number, it says it is disconnected. I want to ask a question about The ******* and cannot contact them.
