Brief history: In August of 2021 I purchased Earnable, a way overpriced course that *********************. In September of 2021 I had a problem with the course and contacted support. Support just wrote verbatim what was included in the course material that is what specifically I was struggling with. I was expecting to be helped the way a coach would help someone having an issue, and not have just the same words emailed to me.Due to a string of layoffs during COVID there were a couple times when I was laid off and I was unable to pay the $230 a month payments for the 12 months of $230 a month for Earnable and Mental Mastery. This over 12 months would come out to be $2760. I'm unsure if that's what the course costs itself or if it's because it's broken up into payments. The last time I had trouble paying it the *** staff implied to me that they would not allow me to have a payment extension beyond August 1st 2022, implying that I would lose everything I paid for ($1500+ at this point). This was in July.I put my foot down and said that this wasn't going to work. I was very upset that I'd paid $1500 and they were treating me this way. And would not help me solve my problem. Finally I propositioned to them if they can solve my problem then I will just continue paying out the course.I got a really nasty email from someone named ******** who claims to be Ramit's integrator and lead the day to day operations. She said I was being refunded for both courses and I would lose access to said courses. She also copied a bogus *************** address as a method of trying to scare me, I suppose. I found it was fake when I replied all.I found out today that not only was I removed from the courses I was refunded for but my account was deleted and I had several other courses I had purchased throughout the years: Automate Your Finances, Earn 1K On The Side. These are courses I fully paid for. If this isn't rectified I will tell my experience to every site/press I can find.

    Business response

We're very sorry that **** is unhappy with his experience with IWT. I do apologize for his clear frustration and unhappiness but I'm afraid that we are not willing to reinstate his account.

We're attaching his correspondence history. It shows a pattern of insults, obscenity, and escalating abusive behavior towards our team. There are times that it's best that a customer and a company part ways - we feel this is one of those times.

We have refunded all payments we've received from the client and credited his remaining balance. We simply do not want him as a customer any longer. We feel this is fair and equitable.

We do apologize to ****, we hate to hear anyone is struggling financially or having a bad experience with our brand. I wish there was a better solution but it seems best for all parties that we allow **** to find a company that better aligns with his needs.

Please let us know if there is more we can do to help resolve the concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:

This is typical of a company who hides behind nice words and euphemisms.

    1. You have not refunded me for Automate Your Finances which I purchased and cost me around $100 or so.
    2. You have not refunded me for Earn 1K which I purchased years ago.

So you have not refunded me for everything.

You just started a war lady. I am going to make it MY LIFE to post about my experience with IWT everywhere that I can. I will be reporting you for fraud and theft to every agency I can. And I will be going to every consumer outlet I can and tell my story.

You are not sorry for anything. Those are empty words. You started a war. And I will stop at nothing until the day I die to expose the fraud that is I Will Empty Your Pockets And If You Complain I Will Unfollow And Ban You.

WAR. LIFE. You people are going down.

    Sincerely,

    *************************

I have changed my mind. I consider this matter closed.

It's not worth my mental bandwidth to spend another second trying to communicate with an egotistical person on a power trip.

    Consider this matter closed.

You know the problem here is that I am acting as a savior. I keep telling you to do the right thing and to do the thing that will result in the problem being solved and will avoid me being angry and seeking out restitution in the myriad of ways consumers can do so online.

But why should I even bother.. You people (yes, YOU PEOPLE .. people who do this what you're doing what you did when you emailed me) foolishly see it as threats. When I am telling you HOW TO MAKE ME SATISFIED AND AVOID PROBLEMS.

Well you know what? No more.

Do what you will. I will offer you no help no more.

I want to point out some very simple things here.. I already wrote my response and I cannot amend it.

Twice now I have given you a simple way to resolve this. Super. Freaking. Simple. Painless. Effortless. Ridiculously easy.

    K?

    1. I said if you can solve my original issue with Earnable, I will consider this closed.

What did you do? You went all SJW activist soapbox wacko on me. But you also said you were refunding me which made me super happy.. You said I would lose access to Earnable and Mental Mastery (implied) permanently..

You did not say I would lose access to stuff I ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL.

And then 2. In the BBB complaint I said that if my account is reinstated with the Automate Your Finances course I purchased, that I would consider this matter closed.

AND AGAIN .. Ego monster rears its ugly head.

You just HAVE to win against me. You just HAVE to defeat the evil what.. what am I ? Some of the folks I dealt with were guys so .. I don't think misogynist quite covers it.. but I know there's some word there somewhere.

    Ego ego ego ego ego.

Horrible customer service. Horrible mindset. Horrible way of dealing with customers.

You should go learn from Amazon they know how to deal with customers who are upset about the service that was provided. And they do everything to fix it, even if the customer gets a little crazy upset.

But don't bother with it now. You failed. You **** at customer service, and I will make sure everyone knows about it.

And be careful in publishing private emails online, because you've chosen twice now to ignore the simple resolution and spit on my face, and be condescending about it. And nothing makes me more ****** off.

I will give you a little hint, despite anything I've said... 99% of people don't want to fight or be at odds with other people. Regardless of what I said it's pretty clear that you have made glaring oversights and failed to recognize super simple ways to solve the problem.

Don't worry ********. I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER OF IWT AGAIN ...

but taking away courses I paid for is ********. and I will not abide it without the consequences of seeking remediation from every possible angle I can.
