1 starAs a loyal Jotform customer, I was thrilled to apply for a position at a company I admired. Despite proactive efforts to connect with the hiring team, I received no response, leaving a negative impression.Reaching out to leadership resulted in a dismissive and condescending reply, criticizing my initiative to connect saying "The person you need to speak with is literally on every one of our job postings.It's not a great look if you have to ask for information that's staring you right in the face." This hurtful response was contrary to the supportive environment I expected from Jotform.This experience has significantly tarnished my view of Jotform, a company I once respected. Everyone deserves respect and consideration, even if not the right fit for a role. I hope Jotform improves their hiring process, as simple acknowledgment or constructive feedback can maintain positive relationships with potential candidates.Due to this experience, I will no longer use Jotform's services. A MOBS BEHAVIOR, NO DUAL PROCESS!On January 6, 2024, I received a email from Jotform, they charged my credit card for $59.00 - the yearly payment is due. There was a promotion along with the email. The promotion offered 50% off for yearly payment, I took advantage of it, I clicked the service for Bronze which shows $240 for ***** fee, half of the fee should be $120. I clicked to order. The data went fast, it became $480 and it stopped. I was wondering what is going on. I could not cancel it as there was no way to do any cancellation and retrieve any data.I checked my credit card payment on March7, I discovered that $59 and $408 were charged on January 8. I contacted my credit card company and reported the above problems, their response was to do the investigation. On March 9? My platform at Jotform was suspended. I am shocked. I did not know what happened. Then I received a email from a Jotform staff member who indicated that they had suspended my Jotform Account because of the dispute transaction, I have to contact my bank to resolve or lift the dispute. I responded with similar explanation. Subsequently I received several email contacts from Jotform staffs explaining the transaction why the charge is different because they allow only one year end promotion, not for the second year etc. There was no indication that the promotion is only for the initial customers. I could not get through to talk to my credit card agency. I emailed to Jotform my attempts and pointed out that it is also their responsibility to resolve the dispute with my credict card agency. Their response is that the disputed transaction is not refundable by law and the dispute may take months, I terminate my account due to the hassales. Do they keep my file? Scary!There is no dual process, Jotform unilaterally suspends my platform, I lost some business. Jotform is very unethical and unprofessional. Stay away from it, don't do business with it!BEJotForm, Inc.

This user upgraded their Free subscription to a Bronze yearly subscription on January 6th, 2023. They were able to take advantage of an end-of-the-year (2023) one-time discount. At that time, it was disclosed to them that their subscription would automatically renew one year later, unless they canceled before then. Since they didnt cancel, it renewed, at the full non-discounted price. The customer then upgraded their Bronze yearly subscription to a Silver yearly subscription on January 7th, 2024, and paid an additional amount.
It appears that the person did not read the terms, and thus did not realize that their subscription would be renewed at its full price at the end of their subscription period. If they withdraw/cancel their payment dispute so that the most recent payment(s) are processed, we will be happy to reactivate their account.

1 starAvoid at all costs! Been begging for our data for weeks, no response from support; still locked out of our account since Jun, ********** am attempting to use their system for basic client forms and onboarding. We are an accounting firm that has a need for a jotform-like solution. I shared my login with a support team to download a form and have since been locked out of the system. Try contacting support, but no response; I reached out to sales to see if I could pay for a more convenient solution, but their business case from free to enterprise requires a $500+ jump in price. My data has been disappearing on my submissions since the beginning of January 2023. Technical support is aware of this glitch in their system and they still have not fixed the problem, and are giving me the runaround. It's real suspicious that after 9 years of using this service and paying a discounted rate for being grandfathered in, I am now having these unresolved issues when my renewal is coming up. They would rather I cancel my subscription than fix the problem.JotForm, Inc.

Great concept - HORRIBLE execution. Innovative at the cost of reliability and function. Great new features, except the original ones don't work properly. Customer service is excruciating and you will have to repeat yourself as they do not read your initial inquiry completely. Waited 8 WEEKS for a response on an issue that made the site unusable for my company. Finally, the "solution" from their "developer" is that I needed to create EVERYTHING all over again. Ridiculous. It's a coding error. Information placed in PDF template designer is not rendered properly. FIX THAT. That is a SOLUTION - and ideally, what a Dev Team is for. At the very least - update your "help" materials so the issue can be avoided in future. No phone number to call or escalation chain to speak of. No accountability for incorrect information or bad service. No willingness to work with the customer on creating a solution. No customer empathy or training in customer relations either. "We're sorry you're having this problem" Is the standard reply. Infuriating and unhelpful. Implies the problem is USER error - it's NOT. Every problem I have had is a backend concern that they are painfully slow to fix - if they even bother to do so at all. JotForm, I'm sorry YOU are having this problem. It wastes customer time, money, and resources while the system is down - and you're taking your time looking for a "solution" that doesn't actually solve anything. Oh - and NO refund. Not even a partial one. Their answer? "Sorry you relied on us in the first place."If it's important - don't trust JotForm. Your problem is not an urgent concern. Maybe they fix it, maybe they won't. Either way, you're stuck or you can leave. They just don't care. For quick forms - it's great. Anything more complicated, go elsewhere. I'm sorry I steered my company in their direction - it's ground our project to a halt with no end in sight. I'm STILL waiting for an effective actionable reply.JotForm, Inc.

Our developer team has resolved two out of three "bug" complaints this party had, and the party had informed us as to the third issue that "The problem has already come and gone." **************** with this business is as close to no existent as it could possibly be. No phone number, you have to submit a question to there Frequently asked question board. I have been locked out of my account more times than I can count. Today I cannot use my account because my account has been downgraded because of a payment issue. The payment was made several days ago but they cannot seem to find it. I sent the receipt of payment along with my first request and have been asked for the same information 6 times now. It has now been a few hours and still cannot use to products I have already paid for and am losing revenue at a rapid pace because of there non existent customer service. I would have left this company a year ago if I did not have tons of information stored in there system, which would take lord knows how long to transfer to another system. It seems that every other month there is some sort of problem. I have lost thousands of dollars because of their mistakes and have not been offered as little as a credit of any kind for all my hardships. Steer clear of this company they do not care if you are losing money because of them because once your in your are trapped.JotForm, Inc.

The issues the customer has complained about resulted from the customer reaching the limit of allowable submissions on the account, not purging submissions as suggested (so the account can once again be within the allowable limit), and upgrading the wrong (a separate) account. Jotform told us that we were on a legacy plan and that "as long as you dont change your subscription, youll enjoy that price for the rest of your life." Then they renewed our subscription with a 58% increase. Their support has been unhelpful. I've asked for the issue to be addressed and escalated but all I get is an apology for the 'inconvenience'. To my mind this is a breach of trading laws, so we'll be talking to our legal team. I wish there was a way to leave a no star rating.JotForm, Inc.

I created an account a few days ago and created my first form. The form was a survey for my restaurant. It lasted a few hours and then when people tried to access it, they got an error message. Now when I try to login it says 'suspended' after I enter my password. I tried to submit a question on the website, but you have to login to do this - how does that work for people who cannot login?????Please advise me why my account was suspended? And, how do I get my account unsuspended?Please give me the email and telephone number of who I should call to resolve this issue.JotForm, Inc.
