I was suspended from next-door for the fourth time. I was told this time it was because of a comment that basically was stating that the moderators and the leads on this application are bullying and being rude and direct messages to many of us. I didnt name any names and I didnt say anything specific other than its problematic. Instead of dealing with the problem, there is no way to address moderators and leads that are very negative, threatened behind the scenes and have very divisive tactics. This application allows neighbors to moderate neighbors and if they dont agree with you, they will also suspend you. I am tired of this application playing with people trying to make complaints about the very same people that are suspending us. Because they dont like what we say or that were trying to address the issue of their behavior. They suspend us. I am going to do everything in my power to deal with these people and their power trips. Its ruined the application along with all of the stupid advertising.Business response

We don't see an account based on the neighbor's email address, however, discussing moderation in the newsfeed is a violation of the guidelines.
Also, moderators can't suspended neighbors. Only Nextdoor support can.

Next-door allows panhandlers to ******* and harass users online. It is illegal to panhandle, and it is also illegal to promote careers that require schooling, such as home barbering, by claiming to have crossed the border without a license to practice cosmetology. This poses a health and safety risk. In *******, it is illegal to run a business without proper documentation. If you report it, they don't take action, but if you use the word God or *****, or share a bible quotation or a picture of *****, they will remove it and give you a warning. However, they allow people to engage in unlawful activities, and when reported they tell you nothing was wrong,But mention God and it will be reported and blocked, If you comment anything to someone even something as simple as have faith god is with you they will give you a warning.Business response

NextDoor has repeatedly with Predjudice, routinely censored opposing views , opinions, posts that are Conservative and opposite of the Progressive Liberal bullying on full display on almost all posts which I dare say originate 99.9% of the time from Progressive liberal female Commentors. Each and everytime I've stated opposite opinion, or contrary to popular Extremist Liberal posts? I've had my comments Scrubbederase, deleted, then suspended account, *****, *****, now 30 days with No recourse but to accept thier 1 Sided decision. This needs to stop. Moderators are obviously Liberally Slanted, have used Progressive liberal Emotional objection to any and all Comments I've posted, even allowing other Progressive liberal grown women to bully myself on thier forum, refusing to use the same standards against other comemtors engaging in Bullying behavior. It says that nextdoor is a social networking site that allows for us to express our opinions and post things for others to know about. I did that. I was told by nextdoor alot of my posts were removed on a public forum posting public articles bc they offended some people. I was told to edit them when I couldn't edit someone else's article, and telling me to edit my opinion on a public forum when it was respectable is a violation of free speech. ****** post articles as well on this site yet I was told I wasn't allowed or had to watch what I was posting bc it offended many when I was seeing it helping others and that they were popular. Thanking me for my posts in email. This is a violation not only of free speech but of freedom of the press. Freedom of speech exists bc someone will always be offended and the freedom allows me the right to express my opinion. When I told them I wanted all articles removed from nextdoor besides mine from here and previous they got nasty and said I'm going to say this slow. Which is condescending. I want the reviewer removed and I want a public acknowledgement or something.Business response

The platform has banned me from it due to violating the terms. However the platform maintains my account as open and active. The platform will not allow me to log into my account to change my notifications to delete or anything it simply says this account has been deactivated which is not true because I continue to receive 20 to 30 email notifications from the platform to my connected email. I have requested they stop sending me notifications and to delete my account as I am not able to delete my account because they have locked me out of it. My profile picture my personal information is all on there and it is still available for the public to view via the platform however I'm not able to access it to adjust it delete it or make it private this is a violation of my privacy please help me take corrective action against this platform thank youBusiness response

I created a business account for Happy Home Concierge LLC connected to my personal account - ********************* - about 2.5 months ago. About 3 weeks ago, I sent Nextdoor a message requesting feedback but received no response. I have not been able to access my business account, and it is no longer connected to my personal account. I want the account reconnect to my personal account or I would like it deleted.I have received no feedback on the ads from Nextdoor and should not have been charged for 2nd installment of $62 when I cannot even access the account and suspect it may have been hijacked and someone is using my ad money.Business response

We have looked into the neighbor's account and the suspension is valid. If you would like to delete your account, we hold it for a year because of the multiple suspensions before deleting.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: This account/app is putting the safety of myself and my family at risk.My information is not being removed. I had 1 suspension over a year ago.
The men are extreme and aggressive.

In June of this year, I went on Nextdoors website, to look for a someone to install a Ring Doorbell Pro. (Nextdoor website provides names of people, businesses that due handymen, etc, for the community). I see that many people on their site do not provide their real name which is against Nextdoor policy. For example, there is one woman she goes by the name of ***** which is fake name. However, for security reasons, I go by the name of ******************** However, *** complained about this but Nextdoor does not remove her and she continues to let use her fake name. So now in June I desperately was looking for recommendations to have a Ring doorbell installed. I found a company called AK Mechanical and 4 Seasons Home Improvement on ************* (Both the same company) run by two men. They both scammed me of $150.00. They refused me to return my money. They installed the doorbell improperly, wires are exposed outside the doorbell and other mistakes as well. So the bottom line is the doorbell is not working and inoperable. These two men are scammers and do not want to return my money. So now I have to find another installer. *** repeatedly informed Nextdoor of this and asked them to PLEASE reactivate my account. They are making it very difficult for me to reactivate my account so I could find someone else. However, Nextdoor lets *** C use her fake name and pick on me. I need to get back on the site to have this doorbell installed ASAP. I have already paid over $200 for the doorbelll plus $150 for Installation. Pls inform Nextdoor.com this is an emergency. Also, they cannot pick and choose who they want to ban from the site. The rules shouid apply to others including **********Business response

I was banned by next door for correcting a random mental health patient that his made up fantasy world was not reality and stated FACTS. I was reported for being rude permanently suspended for refusing to coddle this mentally ill individual. I will not apologize for facts and I will not coddle idiocy. I will not let some delusional person make things up. It is not against the law to speak truth and I will not apologize for doing so. I want my account back because it does NOT violate their ******** guidelines and if they refuse I will file a discrimination complaint !!!
