    Posts are being made that violate the Texas cottage food laws and when you report them, you get post back from your helpdesk that Im the onebeing reported for reporting the post and they will allow them up. You also have local moderators in our area now telling people that are being reported who the moderator is reporting them. so you allow people to post things that are against state law, and your moderator ***** that I reported to told me Im the one in and I should quit reporting. I would like someone whos actually in the corporate office of next-door to contact me about this problem before I go the next step in contactthe state government in ***** to let them know that yall are allowing people to post things that are against the law.

    This neighbor is a reviewer and as a reviewer Nextdoor holds them to a higher standard when it comes to moderation. Reviewers need to moderate with the advisement of the Nextdoor Guidelines. If the neighbor disagrees with the guidelines, they can request to not be a reviewer.

    I am a Lawyer in **********, affiliated with a national group of attorneys, judges, and former prosecutors working on legal cases against the *************************. Next-Door allegedly bans discussions regarding "National Politics," yet it allows ***** supporters and ***** ***** supporters to discuss "National Politics" all day long and mostly unbridled. Whenever an anti-***** post is made, it typically gets deleted IMMEDIATELY, or the Moderators jump in *** **** with their bullying and intimidation tactics, while supporting the ***** / MAGA crowd! When you protest the egregious treatment and unfair application of the rules against any anti-TRUMPERS, you get insulted, publicly slandered, and your account gets suspended. This egregious conduct appears to permeate the company's entire culture and they give consumers no way to address and pursue serious situations. There are even cases where certain rogue Moderators are "subjects of interest" in retaliation cases by Moderators and complaining consumers.

    On February 20th Nextdoor support gave my personal phone number out to a trucking company in ************* **. In 2021 my account was suspended for sexual content that I did not post. This company has refused to delete my personal phone number. I was bullied for not agreeing with the community guidelines on sexual content on the Nextdoor platform. I have contacted Nextdoor support several times but they lied and said they emailed me and did not. Nextdoor support keeps emailing an email that doesnt exist. Nextdoor platform is also racist towards the gay community and suspends accounts for no reason.

    On January 20th 2025 ******** customer support gave out my phone number to a trucking company in ************* **. I was upset because this company is not allowed to give out my phone number without my permission. I have contacted ******** customer support through ******* but they have not responded. ************************** doesnt exist anymore. They need to stop emailing an email that doesnt exist and delete my phone number

    My account was "disabled" for "not using my real name" which is strange as my real name is ****** ****-******** or ****** **. **** is my Maiden name. Furthermore, I have a long standing business linked to my Next-door Profile and Next-door app, *******************. Additionally, I was the Original Next-door Founding Member and Lead since 2013. Plus my picture is tied to the account. I literally worked for ******** as a Contractor from in ********************* ********* and Visited ************* whete Next-door is headquartered.This appeal is seeking to overturn what appears to be targeted ************ ************* such, it is truly insulting to say I'm not using my real name. As a Former Elected Local Official in ****************** from *********, I used MY NAME ****** ****-********. ****** RW is a shortened version of my name. A simple ****** Search could verify exactly who I am and plus my picture has been on the account since the year 2014.This "suspension" for allegedly "failure to use a real name" is literally a complete fallacy and an insult. I would like my account immediately restored as I equally have a business account on Nextdoor and that business account has over a number of HIGHLY POSITIVE Reviews stating about our business (which is BBB A+ Accredited) is operated inside of the same area.Also, in light of all of this, I demand a formal apology in Writing As Well from the Director Neighborhood and Member Experience (or other associated title) with Next-door or its CEO, directly.

    They suspended my account again for multiple accounts which I do not have i emailed mailed them which they will not respond two of their their employees threaten me online they have been treating me awful and I feel like they the have have violated my rights twice

    No transaction, but a sanction against my account. I was suspended wrongfully and erroneously. My original appeal is below."I understand the importance of being respectful. While I did swear, it wasnt aimed at anyone and wasnt meant to offend. It was just an expression of frustration. Ill be more careful with my words moving forward. I ask you to please reconsider."Id also like to hold ************* in contempt of the constitution and all its amendments including our right to free speech and expression including swear words that are non threatening and non racist, bigoted, or otherwise not protected under free speech rights. I demand the immediate reinstatement of my account and an apology for the inconvenience caused.

    I need help with getting my name removed from an account on Nextdoor. It's listed as ***************** *** ********-***** ************. I was a producer for the agency on ************, which is showing on the map listed on this account. I left this agency in 2021, and I no longer sell insurance. The strange thing is that the email address listed on this Nextdoor account is the address for me when I was going through the process of becoming an agent and opening my own office ( I just realized that today). So, it's showing a map of the agency I worked for as a producer, and an email address from when I was becoming an agent, which are two different roles. I'm confused about this whole thing and concerned. I don't remember ever creating this account. I stumbled upon this account last year when I ******* my name and it popped up. I had never heard of Nextdoor before this. I contacted Nextdoor in August 2024, with no response to me. I provided my address, phone number, and email address, which is listed on this complaint. I tried contacting them today, but there website would not allow me to submit my contact request. So, that is why I'm contacting you for help. Thank You

    I am rejecting this response because: I have already tried several times to contact this company over the last year and have been unable to speak to anyone. In my opinion, their website is not user-friendly. I would like to know why they didn't reach out to me a year ago, when I brought it to their attention that I was not aware of ever creating this account and no longer in this business. I simply want my name removed from their website. If they need to contact me, that's fine, but I am not going through the hassle of trying to contact them anymore. I've tried for almost a year now.

    There is an extremely libelous post on nextdoor.com. I have asked for it to be removed and the nextdoor mods just sit on it and ignore it and have not removed it in six weeks. The libelous post is located here: ************************************************************************ I have explained in the detailed letter, attached to this complaint, why the post is libelous, defamatory, and not true. I have also proved that "**** *******," the alleged author of the post does not even exist. ****************************************************** In conclusion, the libelous post needs to be removed. And the mod, ******* *******, needs to be removed as a nextdoor mod (The explanation for "why" is within the detailed PDF letter I have attached to this complaint.)

    I am rejecting this response because:  I am not sure what is meant by "This neighbor has been working with Nextdoor Support on this situation today."  Nextdoor has now indefinitely suspended my Myrtle Beach account for no legitimate reason claiming that I am not allowed to have two accounts when, in fact, I own two houses in two states.  The REAL ISSUE of ******* ******* being one of ************ nextdoor.com mods and then loading up the ************ nextdoor mods with his gang of friends HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.  I have been blackballed, slandered, libeled, and defamed on Nextdoor.com by ******* ******* and his friends.  I understand that a platform is usually not held liable for libelous posts.  But when those libelous posts are stemming from its own mods, that might be a different story and a much more egregious issue.

    After the Better Business Bureau successfully contacted NextDoor.com headquarters, a libelous post about me that was posted on Nextdoor.com ************ for six weeks (even though i flagged it for removal and it stayed up for six weeks without any review for six weeks) was finally removed on July 16, 2025, thanks to the BBB intervening. AND THEN the vendetta: NextDoor.com, whose mods in ************ consist of a gang of inappropriate people, then denied me access to my NextDoor.com account, falsely claiming that I am not allowed to have two accounts, even though I own two homes in two different states. Yep, they then shut down my account -- indefinitely! How 'bout that for being "neighborly?" I have no problems with my Nextdoor.com account in ***********, *******, of which I have posted thousands of posts. But in ************, the mods are a tight knit gang who have ganged up on me for no legitimate reason. I am a handicapped woman just trying to make ends meet at age 75, minding my own business and violating no rules or laws. PLEASE READ THE FULL, FULL STORY IN THE TWO PDF ATTACHMENTS. IT IS SHOCKING. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND REINFORCES THE WELL-KNOWN STEREOTYPE THAT NEXTDOOR IS ALLEGEDLY FILLED WITH UN-NEIGHBORLY PEOPLE.
