    I lost access to my account, which was attached to an old school email. I wrote customer support to get them to update the email on the account to my current one. It took them a month to reply. They asked me to prove it was my account, which I did. After a week of waiting, I wrote them again. Support then changed SOME OTHER PERSON's account email to mine. Just some random person. I contacted support again to tell them the mistake and they clearly didn't understand what had happened. They just offered to delete the random person's account. I responded no and asked them to undo the previous action, and to fulfill my original request. Silence. A week later, I wrote again. Silence. I've just written again. Silence. It has now been about 2 months since I've been able to log in to my account, which is STILL BEING CHARGED for all of my subscriptions that I can't access any content from. This is absolutely ridiculous and a completely unprofessional, catestrophic failure of customer support.

    Patreon continues to charge me $3 every single month for a subscription/membership that I closed way back in April 2023 with the website I purchased services from and I have contacted that website and cancelled my subscription with them. Do not EVER use this company because they will continue to charge your card even when you have no active memberships anywhere.

    I canceled my account last month, the whole account. Even received a confirmation email and I was just charged $99, and logged in and found my account still active. I checked the health website and it says I have to request refunds from individual patrons. I canceled my account, my entire ********************** relationship. You should not have still had my card information. My account should not be active, I want a refund you just overdrafted my account. There's no way to get in contact with you, so I've entered a dispute with my bank. This is exactly why I canceled the service, I would cancel a Patreon membership, and I would still get billed. For some reason it's like your website does not save changes to accounts accurately. I'm writing this because I can't get in touch with support, I just tried to cancel my account again, only to find that my account is literally still active. I don't want your service, I want you to not have access to my card. This is not acceptable.

    I have been experiencing with Patreon services. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The details of my complaint are as follows:On July 1, I noticed that my subscriptions on Patreon were not processed for payment as expected. Although my account indicated that I was subscribed to certain creators, I did not have access to the content and was not charged as usual at the beginning of the month.I attempted to determine the cause of this issue by contacting Patreon's customer support, but I received no response or assistance. There was no prior communication from Patreon regarding any changes to their billing services that could explain the disruption in payment processing.Upon checking my payment status, I noticed that the charges for Patreon subscriptions were showing as "pending" without any clear reason for the delay. I verified my PayPal account and found no issues or restrictions that could explain the pending payment. It is worth noting that other Patreon charges have been processed through my PayPal account since July 1 without any problems.It's disappointing that Patreon failed to communicate this matter in advance, especially considering their awareness of the situation, as evidenced by a ******* post I saw from a user during the last week of June.I believe that Patreon's lack of responsiveness, failure to process payments correctly, and absence of timely communication have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I am now considering canceling all my subscriptions and seeking alternative ways to support the creators I value.I kindly request Patreon address this matter to rectify the issues promptly. I would appreciate any efforts to ensure that Patreon improves its payment system, communicates changes effectively, and provides reliable customer support.This is just ONE of many issues that Patreon I've encountered... they always have issues platform.

    I subscribed to several Patreon accounts but had my card declined for the last month's subscription. I was experiencing a sudden financial crisis so I decided not to fix the billing issue with my card. It showed that I was locked out of the subscriptions because the payment didn't process. I took that as the sub being canceled because that's what happened in the past when payment was declined. However, they waited over a month later and started charging my card again for subscriptions I hadn't had access to in over a month. That's not how it works, you can't just restart a subscription at your choosing. Their team has not responded to me and I've also sent messages to the creators with no reply. They are a trash of a company and I've started a chargeback with my credit card company. I've also contacted the *** and I am leaving a review with ****. I've tried being patient but this is ridiculous at this point. I will never use your services again. BUYERS BEWARE. the ticket number I was issued is #*******

    They are horrific to communicate with. No Live Chat, NO Phone calls allowed and when they finally answer your EMail complaint they blow you off. My daughter opened a Patreon account under her Social Security for her non profit in ******. She was the only US Citizen. There was a hostile takeover and she was locked out of said account and passwords were changed so she has no access. Patreon refuses to talk w her unless she can sign into her old account, and the organization is Collecting money under her Social Security. We have sent 15 or more e mails and they refuse to help at all.

    I stopped receiving content from a Patreon for several months for which Patreon kept charging me. I am clearly not subscribed anymore because when I go on their page, it says "Unlock this post by becoming a patron". After showing every proof, they will not do anything about it. They're saying because my internet is not good enough. Also, the creators are probably not receiving the money, Patreon is keeping it.

    There currently is no open support ticket with the user under the email provided. In cases where a user is being charged but cannot locate the membership, we ask for payment details so that we can track the payment and the associated account. If the user has recently sent in a support ticket, please note the email address that you have used for your BBB complaint in the ticket as well. Please note that we need all of the requested information in order to locate the account.

    Patreon over bills for my monthly memberships whenever they please. They have no telephone contact number and emailing is a painfully slow excruciating process that takes weeks to get to a resolution. I would imagine most people dont have the time for such a difficult process. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a company. Its very sad because there are several artists I want to learn from that only use Patreon. ??

    Looking at the account under the email provided, they had three active memberships as of January 1st. They were billed $5.21 for one membership and $8.12 for two memberships. Sometimes billing will be split based on the creator's billing method. The memberships were not canceled until after the billing date (1/8/23 1:32pm PST) so all three were processed on the 1st. If the patron is seeing charges more than $5.12 and $8.12 for ******** please reach out to the support team again so that they can look into the charge and locate the associated account.

    The customer service contacted me and said they resolved my issue just to chare me again today. I wanted to cancel my account because i had no control over my account and could not unsubscribe. They had no bank information linked to my account so that i could make the changes; yet, they charged my account and are still doing so.

    Terrible company! Do not subscribe to anything on this platform! I subscribed to Global CE5 ********************/ *************************** is the "Creator" who kicked me out without giving me any money back. Not just myself but also numerous Patreon memebers who had paid annually thinking they'd save money and get their money back if they canceled -Wrong they gave me the run around and kept saying to email the creator. So I did and never heard anything back. The guy is a total scammer & not who he says he is but that is besides the point. Patreon should know better. And I should have did my research based on the terrible reviews here and on trust pilot!
