      On 7/20/24 I purchased some Win4 tickets on jackpot.com for the evening draw. Three of the tickets were winners. I was originally contacted by a **************** Rep on 07/21/24 by email who stated that someone would contact me by 07/22/24 to make arrangements to collect the tickets at their ************* office location. No one has contacted me to date. I have sent numerous emails (everyday) enquiring and no one has responded although the website states they will respond in 24 hours. This is so unacceptable. As previously discussed through emails I would to collect the three tickets at the *** office so that I may mail them in to the ****************** to claim the monies won. Thank you.

      I played the ** Pick 3 on July 1 ***** winning the evening draw for $2000 dollars. Contacted them by email on July 2 and today is July 8 and no response or no deposit of my winnings into my account from my winnings from jackpot.com.

      As discussed with you on Friday July 26 on the phone, your ticket was above the local redemption limit, so we are unable to deposit the winnings directly into your Jackpot.com account. Instead, we needed to send you the physical ticket to you for you redeem with the state lottery association.We had previously sent several emails to you regarding this process, included below, but after speaking you advised that you had not received them due to needing to update your email address on file. We updated your email address at this time and collected the shipping address for your ticket. Your ticket was shipped out via *** that day and a tracking number was provided to you. The tracking number confirms that this package was delivered to you on Monday July 29, 2024.

      I am, an New Member with Jackpot.com. I was playing their lottery online and became very much disappointed... Also, DUE to already Homeless living in an Studio/ Motel. I played my Pick 3 Numbers and Some of these Pick 3 transactions had Multi-Draw. I won $90 for (2) Like numbers plus fireball. My numbers were 2-8-5 &The winning numbers were 2-0-5. (In which, I provided in Document). I played those same numbers 2-8-5 the next day & used MULTI DRAW & 1-0-5 was the winning numbers for an draw that was within time frame to win & did not. Also, on 04/29/2024. I played Pick 3/Evening & with Fireball/ MULTI DRAW again with my new number set 7-7-1 & with PLAY TYPE (ANY) and Winning Numbers for that EVENING Pick 3 were 7-7-4 with Fireball 7 which would change out the 4 for my Large winning. Contacted, Jackpot.com and explained this issue the same &PROVIDED ********************* reponse, was I have to MATCH all 3 numbers and unfortunately the numbers are not 7-7-4 or 7-7-7. The play type does not MATTER. They ONLY ALLOW/ IN ORDER. Which I have documentaion for conversation as well. I INCLUDED THE TICKET, where I WON $90 & IT WAS NOT 3 Like / Numbers. I ONLY hit WITH 2& 5 They claim to Honor Texas as one of their affiliates to play game accordingly. I have Trusted, in this Company and this not great Integrity. I NEED THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING! COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY

      We apologize if there is still any confusion regarding your tickets for Pick 3. Your ticket for the April 26th Evening draw won a prize of $90 and those funds were deposited into your Jackpot.com account.  Your requested a withdrawal of those funds on April 27th, 2024 and that request has been approved.An ACH deposit typically takes 2-3 business days once approved but may vary depending on your financial institution.
      As previously communicated, your tickets for April 29th and April 30th did not win any prizes. The official winning numbers for those draws do match any tickets that you had purchased through Jackpot.com. Regarding the April 30th draw, in order to win a prize of 2 Like and 1 Different you must match all three numbers and not just the two like numbers. The Fireball number replaces one of the drawn numbers, it does not replace one of your chosen numbers.

      I purchased power ball lottery tickets from this online company. Using quick picks the numbers should be randomly generated. I paid for multiple tickets and received the same numbers for each ticket. This is clearly a technical error or malpractice. When reaching out to customer support, I received no help or updates. The company stopped responding to my concerns shortly thereafter.

      On 12/24/2023 I purchased a Powerball multi draw ticket from Jackpot.com. I purchased for 5 continuous draws. On 12/24/2023 I received 2 copies of a lottery ticket for the 12/25/2023 drawing for 1 draw. For the 12/27/2023 drawing, I received nothing. I paid $50 for a multi draw ticket and only got one draw. I feel I was ripped off for the other $40. Please refund my $40 or issue the tickets for the next 4 draws.

      To Whom it May Concern,

      Jackpot.com allows customers to purchase lottery tickets from authorized retailers from their Jackpot.com account if they are located in an authorized state. We have reviewed our customer database and find no record of this customer either by name, phone number, or email address in our records. A customer must have a valid ********************** account before making any purchase in order to validate the customers age and identity per local regulations. Since this customer does not have a ********************** account that we can locate we cannot accept a deposit of funds.

      There has been no communication from this ****************** into our Customer Support team. We have reached out to the customer directly at ****************************************************** to try to resolve the situation, determine if her account is under different information, or if she may be referring to the incorrect company.

      I have a withdrawal of $500 pending since 9-25-2023. I was told that the money would be deposited into my PayPal account within 3-5 days. Been waiting almost a month now. I was told that my issue has went to their finance department. Ive sent several emails and they stopped responding to them.

      To Whom it may ******************************************* made a withdrawal request from her Jackpot.com account for $500 to be sent to her PayPal account. Under our Terms of Service and those of PayPal for businesses that operate in the lottery space we cannot send funds to a PayPal account that has not been used previously as a deposit method. This information was sent to the customer who then proceeded to make a deposit to validate her PayPal account. The requested withdrawal has been completed and funds sent to her PayPal. The transaction record for this payment is attached.

      On August 8 2023 I purchase a Megamillions ticket turns out i won $200 on that ticket. The following day I requested to withdraw the $200 to my bank account thier website states it should rake anywhere from 3 to t bussiness days to have money deposited to my bank account. 5 days came and went and nothing was deposited. I contacted customer service was told to wait a few more days. Waited a few more days and nothing contacted customer service this time I was told some one from thier finance department would contact me. Waited a few days again and nothing. Contactes customer service again and one again was told some one would contact me and again nothing. I have send and email just about everyday for the past week and nothing no response 1 month later and no deposit in my account.

A deposit from your PayPal was needed before we could send these funds.       I purchased $50 worth of online lottery tickets on 7/19/2023 and $40 again on 7/28/2023. I have yet to receive my tickets and I have emailed them a dozen times and still do not have proof that tickets were ever purchased. I feel like I got scammed out of $90. I have emailed support so many times asking for proof of purchase, they are now just ignoring all of my emails to support.

As previously mentioned, these were purchased for you from an authorized retailer, and uploaded to your Jackpot.com account. We have previously sent you the scanned copies of these tickets and today I am enclosing a copy of your transactional history so you can match them up as you have requested the ability to verify these are your tickets.
      You may locate your orders and tickets at anytime by logging into your Jackpot.com app on your mobile device and clicking the Orders button on the bottom menu. From there you can scroll to the month your order was placed to see the details of your purchase, and if you click on an individual order,you will see an option to view your ticket.
