      This business is exactly like one of those pyramid schemes where every time i denied buying a product or increased the discounted price so it looks like Im saving money. I do not intend to use this product and when contacting customer service they said they have a no refund policy which is another red flag. I feel there are so many of these companies lately throughout the pandemic because people are so vulnerable to do something about their mental health and it isnt right to take advantage. Also Ive received a few pdf documents in my email about tracking your goals and it didnt seem good quality as some sections are already filled in.

      I reached out to this business after purchasing a subscription. It was not up to my expectations based on what they promised to deliver so I reached out and tried to reach a resolution. At first they did not reply to me over PayPal for some days so ai escalated it to a claim. PayPal overruled my claim eventually but in the days leading up to that, I reached out to them again and they responded. They offered a 30% refund, I negotiated for 50% and they agreed. They told me to contact PayPal about closing my claim case and I did as they asked, I confirmed with PayPal that the claim case was closed. But after giving confirmation they did not make good on their end of the agreement. I reached out again consistently to get an update. To my surprise, they agreed to give a full refund that would be issued within 5 to 7 business days to the account I used to pay for their service. I has been 9 business days since then and I still have not received a refund to my bank account. You may reach me at my email, ************************* between the hours of 9PM to 6AM EST for an expedient reply. If you leave me an email outside of those hours, I will do my best to reply ASAP. Attached is a transcript of my email interaction with Virtue Map to back my story. I humbly ask for your immediate assistance in getting the full refund of $39.99 that they themselves promised to provide.

      I purchased a subscription for an anti-procrastination plan on 1/8/2022. I immediately was bombarded with several irrelevant e-mails, but no plan. I e-mailed customer service requesting that the multiple e-mails stop. They responded by telling me to unsubscribe from the service. I did that, and am still receiving e-mails. I also requested a full refund, and they have repeatedly refused and stated that they can only offer a $6 refund (they charged me $20.15). This business continues to advertise on social media, despite several of us commenting on their posts that this is a scam. Some of those comments have also been deleted. Ive reported to Instagram but they are still on there.

      The business - not my bank - charged me a total of $20.15 in addition to spamming me with e-mails. Bank fees are listed as bank fees. The transactions were listed as charged by this business. The only refund I received was for $6, plus plenty of gaslighting (as can be seen in their response).

      On Nov. 16, 2021 I paid $26.99 a personalized 3-month anti-procrastination plan from a company called Virtue Map. (https://virtuemap.com/) While I wasnt sure about this service, or if it was even legit, I was reassured by the 100% Satisfaction Risk-Free Guarantee which was advertised on the checkout page of their website - https://virtuemap.com/checkout1/ and paid using PayPal.I received my first, non-custom, completely generic email on Nov. 16, 2021.On Nov. 22, just one week after I started receiving the emails that are a part of this service, I emailed the Virtue Map team at ******************************** requesting to cancel my Virtue Map plan, confident I would get my money back, because of the 100% Satisfaction Risk-Free Guarantee that is posted on their website, which influenced my decision to make this purchase. Now, nearly four weeks after my email to the Virtue Map team to cancel my plan, I am still receiving the daily emails I subscribed to, but have since requested be cancelled, from Virtue Map.I have exchanged a total of 10 emails with ******* from the Virtue Map team, who has only offered to refund half of the price I paid because their guarantee applies only to the monthly subscription, not the three month plan. Ive requested and they cannot provide me with the following information: 1.The definition that the 3-month program is not a subscription.2.Where it states the 3-month program cannot be cancelled.3.Where it mentions your 100% Satisfaction Risk Free Guarantee (those are words from your website) only applies to your monthly service, but not the 3-month program.Again, Ive been emailing the Virtue Map team since Nov. 22, 2021 without any resolution nor explanation. Id just really like 100% of the $26.99 I paid back. Please help!

      Virtue Map offers a personalized plan for helping procrastination which it claims it can help you with. After completing the quiz on their website they send an email to "claim your plan." The operation claims to have reputable sponsors from Forbes, Business Insider, and New *********** In reality there are two fake websites. One is called "NYtimesdaily.com" and the other "Forbesglobalnetwork.com". They send you an email to "claim the plan" that looks like a phishing email. Their actual address is at some warehouse. I accidentally purchased their product and emailed immediately saying it was a mistake and I'd like to cancel (haven't accessed any of the products yet), they took days to get back to me and started sending materials and then said the plan was non-refundable because it's a digital product. I have always been able to receive refunds from businesses when I tried to cancel immediately (digital product or not), especially if I haven't even received any of the information/sendouts yet. They are refusing to refund considering I have barely gotten any materials from them so far, which just looks fishy. As you are purchasing something they keep on pushing their other products on you, which looks like complete scam. overall it's completely false advertising, no non-refundable terms are described anywhere prior or post the purchase; they are using fraudulent websites and fake instagram accounts to fake positive and "credible" reviews on their website and lure customers in. They are also running Instagram advertisements with the same logos of fraudulent websites that look like Forbes or NYT. when you reach out about cancelling, they try to persuade you that you are saving money by purchasing their plan. Then they say that instead of getting a refund you can just unsubscribe from their emails so you don't receive the sendouts but they get to keep your money.

      On October 26, I filled out a questionnaire on the companys website and purchased what was advertised as a personal three-month plan to stop procrastination with a money-back guarantee. The guarantee was important to me in the decision to purchase, as was the fact that it was supposedly personalized. So far, I have received no personalized plan just a generic, daily email with some tips in it. This was not the service I signed up for. Moreover, I keep getting daily emails asking me to purchase a personalized plan despite thats what I supposedly already paid $40 for. I also added add-on information, I cluing an anti-stress pack. Again, this was delivered but not as advertised it had none of the customized or cutting edge information it touted. I emailed customer service to seek a refund within 48 hours. They simply said they do not give refunds despite the guarantee. I have never worked with an online business this deceptive. I would like a refund and them to be forced to chance their deceptive advertising and billing practices.
