- All Sales are Final. If a product is found to be defective, you may return the item back to The Green Cross for refund, store credit or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase and include all of the original packaging. If you are returning cannabis-based products (including but not limited to flower, concentrates, edibles, etc.), the majority of the original purchase amount must be returned in order to qualify for a return or exchange.
We are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for PAX brand vaporizers, Storz & Bickel brand vaporizers, PuffCo brand devices and all their branded accessories. The manufacturer can be contacted directly for any concerns regarding your purchase.
The Green Cross reserves the right to deny a return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
