    There app is no longer available on the app store. I purchased there equipment for hundreds of dollars and it's worthless without the app.

    QARDIO appears to be out of business. If you search on Linkedin for any of the Corporate staff, every one has left the company. Including the founder *******************************, the CEO *********************** "left" in August of this year.

    Never buy anything from this company! It's been a month since I bought a scale from them, and they stole payment on the day I ordered. I have reached out through their app, by email and by phone, no response. Not to mention their support link on their web page takes you to a non existent web page, all their phone numbers are disconnected, and they do not return emails. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of placing an order with. BUYER BEWARE!

    Do not purchase.Ordered a scale over a month ago. Never received the product. Have reached out 3x thus far with no response.

    Non-existent customer service. Purchased a blood pressure monitor on-line (through *********** Product did not work. Submitted request for help 9 days ago, and only received an automated reply. Message said to reply to the email to make additional comments. When I did so, the email was bounced back that there was no such email address. This item was recommended by my doctor. I intend to let him know about this incident so he will likely not recommend it any more. I dont see how this business can be rated an A+ considering the complaints I see here as well as the numerous complaints on the companys ******** page. Sure makes me question the validity of BBBs rating system. Footnote: I would have made this a zero star rating if your system would have allowed it.

    Horrible ***************** Base x is now a giant paperweight and no longer works. Support tickets go unanswered. Others have had said the same thing.
