      I sent out 18 items from ****** brands ranging from Too Faced, The Balm, Tarte, Urban Decay, and Colourpop. All of what I sent were gently used to only swatched palettes. I sold to them before and they were great about it. I previously sent them 15 items of Tarte, TF and Colourpop items and received about $44 which I thought was pretty reasonable. So I decided to sell to them again but with more items and also sample packets which is supposed to help rack up the offer price. They had the audacity to pay me $28 for everything that I sent and a bigger audacity to charge me $40 to receive all my items back. I dont know how other people can send in more items than me but only pay $14 to get their stuff back and then I have to pay $40. Who is in charge of setting up the return label price? Because that doesnt seem right at all. And on top of that; I havent even heard from them or received a tracking code. I also bought two items from them within that time I sent them my package to sell. And I have yet to even receive those two items that I paid for as well. Those two items were charged to my bank account right away and I have yet to receive a refund for them or even an answer from them as to when they will ship it. That order cost me $35.50 and I had to pay $40 to receive my items back. I have yet to receive either of those. It has been over 14 days and still no word from them. What is going on? Have I been scammed by Glambot? Will I get my packages sent to me? And will I receive a refund for that ridiculous return label price that I had to pay? Because I should, I have never heard of paying $40 for a return label. I will avoid this company in the future. Their customer service lacks.

      I had sent Glambot a large box of items on July 14th, 2024 for sale on the Glambot website and shipped using the prepaid label that Glambot had sent me. According to their terms, Glambot is supposed to send me an offer for my items within 5 business days. It has now been over two weeks and I have not received a single communication from Glambot. They have clearly stolen my items for sale on their website with no intention of compensating me as per their terms of agreement.

      I mailed a package to Glambot on 04/29/24 with the items to sell to them. Their website claims they send an offer within 5 business days of receiving the package. I have sent items to them 2 or 3 times prior, so I didn't feel like this was a scam. Per the **** tracking, they received the package 05/02/24. After not hearing from them for a couple weeks, I contacted them via their website "Contact Us" page. I didn't hear anything, so I contacted them again. I got an auto-generated email saying I had to create a login in order to submit a request. I was given the Request ID #******. That was sent on 06/05/24, and I have yet to receive a response.At this point, I feel like they have stolen my items, and I either want them back or compensation for them.

      I sent a package full of make up to sell to glambot at the beginning of August and **** tracking code states that the package was delivered to the address on 8/5/2023. I never received any indication that it has been received by the business or any offers. I have emailed the business multiple times asking about the status of my package with no replies.

      I have sent multiple emails about my package that was delivered on September 16th, 2022 that contained hundreds of dollars worth of makeup/beauty items. I have asked for so many updates yet there is never a response. They keep saying to email the email address provided but no one ever responds. Stay away from this company. They do not honor what their company goes by.

      This company says they will give money for new or gently used makeup items. I sent 15 plus items to them to sell. Most were new and the rest gently used. They sent me an offer that I rejected since what I sent was well over the value they were offering. I have sent four messages to them and they are not responding back. They sent me an offer on June 1st. I immediately rejected the offer and paid by PayPal $40 for them to return all my items back. I have pictures of every makeup item I sent them. I have the paypal transaction that proves I paid for my items to ship back to me. They are not responding. I want my all my items back.

      The **** Tracking For ***************************************** shows DELIVERED ON JUNE 12, 2023.  It appears to me that she filed her complaint with BBB after the delivered on date declared by ****, an Agency of the U.S. Government.

      So I sent 40 ***************** products to glambot a website that buys gently used make up. 16 of them being the good apple foundation which in store are $25. On glambot website they sell for $22. None had been used not even once and they sent me an offer for $15. The lock it foundations I sent 4 they sell for $12 on their website. I sent two brow pomades they sell for $10 each on their website. On the website as well they state products and what they pay for each I didnt even get a dollar per item. And none were valued at less than **** per their website. If I deny their offer they will charge me $30 to ship 5 lbs of make up back to me. I think they are ripping people off and maximizing on a oh send this in well give u an offer if you dont like it u can pay $30 and get it back they didnt even list how many items I sent or anything.

      I sent a box with at least $300-$400 worth of makeup to sell and the offer that was provided was $39I immediately denied the offer and paid the $40 shipping to have the package sent back to me. Its been over a month and I still dont have my items back. Ive emailed the company several times without ever receiving a response.

      I sent Glambot a sell order that contained over hundreds of dollars worth of my makeup products. I sent this package to them back in September, it is now December. I have sent many emails in regards to an update on my sell package and have not heard back. I know that the package was delivered because the tracking information was proof that it did. If they are not going to give me a sell offer, please return my items back at no charge. It is ridiculous to email their support team multiple times with zero response. Yet they mange to send out spam emails every week. Send me back my items or update my sell offer!

      I am rejecting this response because: I have sent over the information they have asked for through the email they provided. I have not had any responses from them. I sent them the tracking number that was provided to me via the label that Glambot provided for me to sell my items.

      I received an order from Glambot on 11/18, one of my items was missing from the order so I emailed their support/customer service team the exact same day to assist me with this matter, they advise that they respond in 3-5 business days, I resubmitted my email for a response and have not received any correspondence from them regarding the missing item
