    I have a charge from this company and *** never heard of them and I definitely didnt sign up for their subscription and I dont know how they got my credit card information.

    Hello there! We're sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with Creativebug. In our records, we see that you signed up for a 60-day free trial on 08/05/24 using the JOANN60 code which is sent in ***** promotional communications. You were charged for the first month on 10/04 and contacted customer support on the 6th. We canceled the subscription on 10/08/24 and there will be no further charges. If you truly feel this is fraud, we recommend reporting it to your bank. That is the correct procedure so that the bank can protect you and get you a new card. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

    I got a free trial and have been charged ever since. I never even used the service as I found the content to be of no value. I have tried to cancel and dispute the charges and received that the number was disconnected. I believe the subscription service to be unrespectible and a disgrace to *****. I am very disappointed with ***** as I love that store.

It looks like you began your 60 day trial on 04/27/22 and logged in that year to view videos, but you did not log in again until 02/28/24 when you cancelled your subscription.     I reached out in August to cancel my subscription and they told me I did not have a paid account. Then I was charged for five months in a row. In January I realized I have been charged in September, October, November, December, and January. Even though they did not assist me to locate the account, they refused to issue a refund. The customer service is terrible.

    I cancelled my subscription 2 days after I signed up for the free trial and they still charged me for a month and won't give me my money back. It's so sad that they have to steal money from people. They should just be honest and give the money back.

There was no charge that was attempted until the 61st day on 10/24/23. That payment failed, but it later went through on 11/09/23. It looks like you never logged in or contacted us to cancel your subscription until you were charged on 11/09/23. At this point, your account has been cancelled, but please feel free to contact us at ********************************** if you need further assistance.

    The content was ok. I went round and round trying to cancel my subscription and wasted time. The phone number for customer service is worthless. I suggest DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

    The classes are merely promotions to buy the teachers paints mediums etc. I cancelled my class after 1 month only to be charged after that. They claim I had two accounts due to a typo that they knew was a typo after speaking with me. Compared themselves to ******* saying I owed them even though I cancelled them and never used them again.
