    I was billed on Friday, found the email on Sunday, tried to cancel on Monday and was told all sales are final. Wow, as a business owner I was shocked to find out that I had no negotiating $1000 from a direct withdrawal. My employees cant even use Udemy because the courses are ran by non-english speakers. Trash software, trash service, dont buy just call the cops instead.

    Udemy charged me $255 for an whole year I dont even want to use this platfrom but i just took an free trail and they are not refunding back my amount

    They deliberately removed all direct support for learners, redirecting everyone to useless articles and forcing everyone to communicate with a rudimentary chat bot. There is no direct line to support. Aside from that, they forced multi-factor authentication (MFA), without notice and without giving learners the ability to opt in. Their MFA has none of the options usually available to MFA (alternate emails, text, authenticator app, etc), which can and at least for me resulted in getting completely locked out of my account.

    Was looking at a price the night before, slept on it woke up the next day... price is gone.Per their AI chat assistant... it was dynamic pricing lol..Negative stars for these crooks if I could.Also tried to actually call in and get a number for support... impossible. There is no way to reach a real person with this ********** that the type of provider you want in charge of your education units? No, negative stars if I could.

    Prior to today, I have been a pretty big fan of udemy.com. I have over 360 courses that I'm still plowing through. I like the content and I like the way the courses are handled. Today I was logged out arbitrarily, but when I tried to log back in Udemy was setup with MFA. This required me to enter my login (email address) and PW and then they send a 6-digit code to my email. The code never got sent. Checked spam, etc. Tried multiple times. Code never got sent. I opened a ticket through their chatbot, but did not hear anything back. There is no way to reach them by phone. No email address. No human chat. ***. I could not login and my only recourse was this very automated chatbox that turned out to be extremely unhelpful. I found a work around, by getting onto the mobile app (I was still logged on there) and disabling MFA. Once that took effect, I could get back onto the website. The breakdown of *** is not really my complaint. The lack of customer support is the problem. This issue should have been easy for me to reach someone on and even easier for them to resolve. Udemy support is almost non existent and that is relatively huge issue.

    STAY AWAY FROM SCAMDEMY!!! The company engages in ridiculous predatory behavior. They charged me 255$ for the yearly subscription when I was trying to sign up for the free trial. They don't refund the money as well even on immediately contacting them. I didn't even touch any of the resources and I'm not even sure that I will return to this platform ever again. Coursera is much much better. Udemy seems to be mainly interested in scamming people rather than teaching them. Give me my comey back Udemy!

    I purchased a course from Udemy for $119.00 and 2 days later the reduced the price of the course to $13.99, and denied me a refund or a partial refund. This is just a scam and now I am down $119.00 for a course I could learn from a beginner's book on Amazon for $10.00. Do not give these people your money! They have a D- rating for a reason! Scammers.

    do not buy any courses from this company!i'm a long-time customer with several purchased courses, and am no longer able to access this account because my email address is no longer in service. i was still able to log in, but then they required me to enable MFA in order to change my email, but MFA only sends the code to my old email? i tried reaching out to their support but they have no form of contact beyond a chat bot, who claims to have created my ticket but i have never received any email confirming my ticket has been opened. their life-time access claim is complete bogus.

    This company needs to be shut down. I purchase a course and now I cant access the course. This is theft of my money. I sent a few emails and there is no number where you can talk to someone to find my course. They sent virtual assistance, and I followed all the steps and still cant find the course. What is going on with this company? This is absolutely absurd.

    Courses arent what they advertise. They absolutely ****. Lots of technical issues. The pricing isnt as advertised either. The subscription is billed annually, not monthly. Even though I had 7 days to cancel (I did) they still charge you. Subscriptions bought in certain countries are allowed to get a refund, but they are not required by law to issue you a refund. The customer service *****. Just save your money and go elsewhere. Thats $240 wasted on a glitchy wannabe instructor, telling you info you already know.
