    We are extremely disappointed with our experience with ****'s. Despite being promised a vouchers of total $800 during registration I have not received any. It has been more than a year with endless emails and follow **** Intially they responded that they are working on it but later stopped responding too. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. (case # ********) . I really wish i never contacted them or enrolled my kid. They have cheated us. To make matters worse, ****'s customer service is completely unresponsive. The chat support is ineffective, as no one responds to my inquiries. Phone calls go unanswered, and I have sent numerous complaints through the complaint resolution page without any resolution. I copied their CEO and grievance desk members but no use. I want my credit and also refund for remaining classes.

    We ordered a kit for our kid from their child company osmo.We own 2 other kits and loved them but they were gifts purchased from amazon. We had a $20 coupon and their website was on sale so I was able to grab the next school year kit for less than 50% the retail price. A label was created the next day. And then nothing. No movement or anything. Two weeks later I reached out and tried to figure out what was going on. They ignored it. Reached out from another email threatening a chargeback. Got a response real quick about how my package was packed and sitting in the warehouse. When I asked why it had not been given to **** they said that their software that scans it as it is in transit was down. When I asked why I was given a **** tracking number then if they used their own tracking system they ignored it and told me to order on amazon for more than double the price I paid, and it would come with less. I fought back and asked why they don't hand it to **** if it is just sitting in their warehouse and got a whole new reason as to why they couldn't. I asked multiple times why I wasn't informed of a delay and never got an answer. I asked if the truth was that they simply didn't have my product on hand but had created a label in hopes that I wouldn't notice. They ignored it, just said that they would keep me updated on when it shipped. They didn't even say no. Which leads me to believe that this is the truth.Contacting them back and forth took over a week and nothing changed. My order still sits in limbo and I am going in to file a chargeback today. So bummed to loose a resource we loved. Our kid loved doing it each day and learned a lot from it. So it ***** to loose it. But we can't afford to pay the amazon price and cannot afford to just sit and hope maybe one day it will ship. ******** comments lead me to believe that it won't. There are tons of other customers complaining about the same thing.

    We purchased classes for 144 credits for 1872$. We have only 49 credits remaining & requested for a refund of the remaining credits. As per the policy which they have sent us when we joined in a BJYUs stamped papers with *** address printed letter head stating anytime we ask for a refund they will immediately process it with no questions asked for any valid remaining credits (absolutely a fake statement everywhere posted). Now after requesting for a refund, the SURAJ ******* who I spoke mentioned I would get an amount of 630$ approx and email confirmation from finance depart in less than 72 hours. But it was more than 96 hours I had to sent several emails & chatted to several people from the dashboard to get a response back from them . Then comes the final surprise they mentioned I will get 200$ ONLY approx. Since then I have sent several emails back to email sent to me and sent WhatsApp message on *** concierge number ( only message can be sent and no calls can be made to that no) & sent email from the link listed on BBB page& sent message on ******** No response or calls from anyone yet for the full refund I asked. Very pathetic customer service from the get go & HIDDEN POLICIES & NO PROPER POLICY given or explained to parents and according to the customer care policy keeps changing every now and then. None of customers care dont know anything and each one will say completely a different story. Whenever we had an issue, the trauma what we has parents went through with BYJUs is unexplainable . They have no business hours, they will even call me @ night 9 PM. But after I requested refund no messages no calls. They are a complete SCAM . USA parents dont fall for this trap & dont even think to join. What they say and promise when you join is totally false statement, & all they offer and tell you is to make you fall into the trap. All I ask from BJYUS is to refund my full amount for the remaining credits ASAP and send an email confirmation.

    So If I can give less than 1 start I will do.. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. This is a complete scam.So as ******** mentioned that they are very pushy when it comes to sell their products. But when it comes to credit back to your card they take forever.What I don't understand is if I am dealing with FIRM IN US they credit back within a day or so. Here we are waiting for 10 days and yet there is no respond. They same sales people ***** and ***** and whoever kept calling me all of the sudden went. BLANK. They won't even respond to my messages. Well I am the **** to do business with people who called on WHATSUP first of all. Second I learned never do business with INDIAN BASE COMPANY.. I though they were improving and moving in the right direction but companies like this puts a shame on whole country. SAME OLD MENTALITY OF STEALING. What I don't understand is how come an ************** takes 10 days to do refund, btw the refund is till not done on my credit card.And BTW this is refund before even the classes has started. I paid on Friday and Saturday morning I asked for the refund. So it's not like service was ever used. SO don't fall for this company's scam.

    Byjuss is out to get your money!Byjuss is not ethically run operations. The teachers are ok. However, the company is just out to get your money. When you book courses they are very pushy and offer gifts cards etc. and use it as a way to show the classes end up being cheaper. They also offer a money back guarantee. Both these are false statements. The gift cards are taken back if we discontinue course so you effective pay rate is substantially high and not what they calculated for you. Plus as another reviewer said the gift cards are not given unless you follow up aggressively. The second point about the money back is also as a result untrue coz you would be thinking you are paying at say 10 usd per class, when we want to cancel they will calculate it as 18 or 24 usd per class used. Also they do not share proper rules and policies and invent them as you go to make credits expire. So again as a result you are paying more than you were made to think you are paying. Other concerns, Their technical platform is substandard and many times classes have to be stopped midway. There is no way to talk to a live person in that case.In summary the teachers are just about ok but you are really paying US rates ( not discounted as they are making you believe) and you have to go through a lot of pain due to poor technical platform and poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend! Save yourself the pain.

    Looks like I am one of many customers who are questioning the validity and legitimacy of this company. Please beware before working with them!!! Months after stopping use of their services, I started receiving text reminders for the classes I never signed up for. I really tried to work directly with the company and to give them a chance to resolve but it is clear that neither do they care nor do they take any steps to safeguard personal information. I wont be surprised if the data they collect (including payment and personally identifiable information) has been breached. I agree with all the other reviews about their incredibly unethical marketing practices and business operations.

    The refund policy is a scam.The classes were okay as long as we continued. But when we asked for a cancellation of the remaining 55 classes they are not issuing a refund. I was promised a full refund of all the unused class credits. The refund policy is a scam. Be aware of it if they are trying to convince you to book more classes. Return my money!

    I enrolled my son in the online coding program in the year 2020 and paid fees in full amount $2880. In the month of March 2022, I decided to withdraw my son from the program and requested the refund as it was the agreement that we could stop any time during the program and we will get the refund. It has been close to two months. I have made several calls and emailed but I am still waiting to get the refund. The refund amount is one thousand two hundred and forty dollars. I am frustrated and exhausted making calls, emailing and requesting for refund. This has taken toll on my health. I am stressed out. It has been mentally and emotionally exhausting. I have bills to pay and take care of my family. I am tired of calling BYJUs future school support service. I get the same response from every customer representative. I just need MY money back. I am not asking for company's money but my hard earned money. I request BYJU's future school to provide me with my refund.
