    I followed their online guidelines to request free sweeps coins. I sent in a total of 200 envelopes each request worth $5 in sweeps coins. I put each request on a 4x6 plain piece of paper and in a #** envelope with my return address and sweepstakes credit underneath my address. i stamped the envelope and placed one card in each envelope and had it mailed in the area of my address on file. i sent it to the required address per their rules and had a new postal code for each card and included my name, email address, mailing address and the statement per the rules on each card. i hand wrote everything as per the rules and it was legible. i received an email from them stating they were not going to honor ANY of my envelopes and failed to tell me why. this online gaming company has given me problems from the start with verification of my account to approving redemptions. it cost me about $200 in supplies to make these requests and for them to void all of them without an explanation is unacceptable. i followed all of their rules. i want my $**00 in sweeps coins that they owe me for my 200 envelopes of requests, otherwise if not i think they should have to refund all of the money i spent on their site since they fraudulently claim to honor those requests and then deny them when i followed all of their posted rules.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    they stated that the name on my envelopes did not match my government ID I am attaching a copy of the government ID I provided to them to verify my account. The name on this government ID exactly matches my envelopes. The only difference is, I did not include my middle name on the envelope nowhere did it state I had to include my middle name to be allowed for submission. They did not provide a correct reason for rejecting my envelopes, or my thousand dollars worth of sweeps coins claims they need to reassess if they have a different name on my account then they need to fix it because when I saw that they had my name misspelled on my credit card I asked them in an email to fix it. I told him it did not match and I told him that their verification was wrong and it was not my fault. If they didnt correct it this was before I sent my envelopes in .

    I am rejecting this response because:  the business gave a fraudulent reason as to why the envelopes were rejected.  They stated my name on the envelopes did not match my government ID on file, which is a lie.  I asked for them to show me proof that my envelopes had a different name of them and they quit responding.  I then forwarded them another copy of my government ID and asked them to check the envelopes again, no response.  I then communicated with them that a friend of mine received the exact same response from them about their envelopes a week after I did and when they complained they stated they made an error and honored their envelopes.  I feel like the reason they are refusing to honor mine is because I sent in 200 envelopes which would be the equivalent of $1000 in sweeps coins that they do not want to pay.  The have failed to provide proof that I made a mistake on ALL 200 of my envelopes and have not responded further to any of my requests for proof that an error was made.  On social media several other customers have stated the same thing has been happening to them as well and they will also be making complaints.

    Hi my name is *********************************** I was playing chumba casino online. I signed up in April. I did the verification on June 22. And they sent an email saying I was verified . You have to do the verification with documents or your state identification or passport and by taking a picture of yourself online. . And it was all good. . They still let me pay to play. And gave me a dollar a day to play. . I was just waiting on my checking account to be verified. I did that a few days later. Put in all the information and documents needed for my checking account. And that should have only tooken 5 business days to verify. . So I could redeem my winnings. I had not won the jackpot yet. I had won $400 at the time. . And then I picked the jackpot. Within the same week. . I think it was 119 thousand. . At this point I was still waiting on my checking account to be verified. I called my bank and they said they havent received anything from chumba. It could take up to 5 business days.. . (I believe if I would have picked the jackpot after my checking account was verified I could have redeemed it. They wouldnt have been able to stop the process. Because my account would have already been linked) . . But I won the jackpot before it was verified so they made up a excuse on why they wouldnt verify it . . But anyways, I received an email from chumba congratulating me on winning the jackpot, and instructing me what I needed to do to receive my winnings, asking how I wanted to receive my winnings and asked what I was going to do with my winnings, and for a phone number to call me at so we could talk. They wanted to know information about me. (I dont check my email everyday so I didnt see it till almost a week later), after I noticed they sent me a email. I sent them one back thanking them and answering all the questions they asked, but I asked for there number so I could call them. I do hair for a living and was booked up for the next 2 weeks and it sometimes takes longer it depending on what my client wants done to there hair and if they done anything to there hair, at home, in an other salon, and if they colored it before. Everyone hair is different the texture, fullness, volume and length. It reacts to color and chemicals services differently depending on the hair type, diets, medications and what services they previously had done to it. Not everyone hair does the same you could do the same thing as before it it has a different outcome. . . I didnt want to miss there call and if I forgot to look at my phone or wait on there call because I was busy, I dont answer number thats not saved. I have 6 kids Im raising not all mine my brother 2 my husbands 2 and my 2. .(I didnt mention my brothers kids because we dont claim them we just raise them. . My husband and brother are always working my husband offshore and my brother on the road. So its me with 5 kids full time and when my husbands home we get his other daughter). . . . I know I would have forgotten. . . I explained all that to them in the email. I sent. Also (they have my old number, I used it to sign up for the game). I never heard anything from them, so a few days later I sent them my number and date and time to call. And I waited and waited and nothing no email nor a confirmation . There computer just sent automated emails back telling me they would get in touch with me. . After a day or two I contacted them threw the check out service. (when you buy coins you can talk to someone) It ask you a few questions before you can talk to a real person. One of the question asked you if you have a question about your redemption. (Something like that) when messaged them they couldnt help me and told me a team member would get in touch with me to help me and made a ticket #. They could help me with a purchase but thats was basically it. . This whole time I was able to buy coins and sweepstake cash. Over the course of 4 months from the time my account was open till they deactivated it, I spent 120 dollars thinking I could redeem my winning if I won big . . Well I finally got an email. Saying they had to verify my account someone would get in touch with me. Its almost a month that passed while waiting on my checking account to be verified. . Well no one did a week or 2 later my account was deactivated with no explanation. With out an email or call. So I emailed them multiple times on different days before receiving an email about having more than one Chumba account witch I Do NOT. .I have all the emails and the request # for the tickets (thats what they call it instead of emails).. I WANT MY WINNINGS! . . If I was sitting at the casino and won they would give me what I won. . . . I feel like as long as I spent my money to play I could. But the moment I tried cashing it out, they took there time verifying my checking account to come up with a reason on why I couldnt or why they wouldnt let me. Thinking I would play it down more than I did. I slowed down playing and I stop play for a day or 2. . . I had it up to 125 thousand at one point and played it down to 115 thousand. . After the 2 days could have been more of not playing, Thats when I realized my account had been deactivated. . . . Other thing, you have a service ***** where it showed you all your tickets, and the tickets they have solved and unsolved **** by them. My big winning was the ticket name it was solved. After I emailed them back. .so I should have been able to redeem my prize I gave them all the information they needed. I had another ticket open asking about my checking account cause I couldnt redeem my winning.

    I had won ********* playing Chumba Casino online on July 5 2023. At that point Chumba informed me that I needed to verify my bank account. Which I did. After I received an email stating that my bank account had been approved I checked my account to redeem the winnings only to find out from the "support at chumba" that my account was empty. I have all the emails and screenshots of all conversations with Chumba.

    This place is so rigged its noticeable. I have been playing it for some time now and it seems now at this point all it does is take your money ive made many videos to prove my point of it being rigged. You can spin it and see the images you should get when you stop it but when you stop it then it automatically changes the images to something else that they want. I understand playing is a personal preference but when you are scamming people out of their money to play your games then its a problem. I dont care about winning I have money. The point here is that its not fair that you take and do not give back to people who plays your games alot. I am ****** to the point with chumba scamming its not even funny for as much money as I have spent you could let a person win to feel good about giving you their money because now only would a person feel better they would come back and give you the money back do you get my point? Im angry like very angry. You can give me money to play on and not no 20 because I know for a fact the past few days ive spent about 1k or more playing your games to make the videos on how they are set up and rigged.     1. If you take it as I was angry at your employees your wrong beside now im angry but you havent seen what angry is! When a person like myself catches your scamming a** games yes it ****** me off it you take my language offensive sorry its a southern thing when we make points clear. It seems talking nicely and clear you guys over look and think that things are done when they are far from done. Threatening your employees NO I was threatning CHUMBA itself I do not know any of your employees personally nor have anyone made me mad enough to directly be angry at besides you now. You deactivated my account stole my money that was in my account and then had the nerves to tell me that this was over. ***** its far from over if this is how you want to play this out. 

    2. Im sure the legal docs you sent me telling me that you can steal my money in my account without sending it to my account since tis not yours in the first place that Im sure I can send that to someone to find it illegal.

    3. If you noticed my emails being angry did I not spend more money in the game? Did I not keep playing? NOW what I did catch and if you look at the account on how much ive spent I did make a ton of videos to show the scams you do I mean you make it obvious. I understand gambling is a ****** but not being rigged and set up. I have real casinos around me 10 minutes away they dont do what you do. When I click stop on something I expect to see the images that should have fell not different changed images that the system wants to drop! When a person cashes out either it be because they are tired of your games taking and not giving enough to just play to kill time or winning a little to cash out YOUR system marks them so when they play again all it does is take and take it will not do nothing and ive spent 2hrs to show that process. 

    My whole point of this is you recognize your issues because when people plays your games its free money to you regardless so what is your problem? Thats the problem you dont listen to people or try to resolve them. How are you going to grow without listening and fixing your internal issues? I can tell you this on a personal level at this moment I do not like you one bit on how you think and what you think you can do. I can upload everything and it will hurt your business more than you can imagine am I going to do that freely no I thought about it not that im bothered by anything but morally as a company you need to do better these are issues ive found and you need to fix how you run. 

    Now we have 2 options either reactivate my account and acknowledge my ager was at chumba not people and get over it which im sure you have gotten angry before and still do but I only get angry at the moment and vent and done and ill close this thing. Or you can send my money to my account and that be it. This stays and everything be sent out to show people what you do to them instead of trying to keep people. I mean really look at my spending habit there. If a person dont like you in reality dont you think they would not spend any money playing lol

    I submitted #** envelopes, with cards completed with wording that I got from the website, addressed and mailed them to the location that was given in the website approximately 60 days ago. Recently, I received, instead of a payout of sweeps coins, annemail stating that I did not meet the requirements and therefore would not receive any coins. The email indicated 5 possible reasons that this could have happened. I reached out to Chumba Casino on 3 occasions and asked for the specific reason so that I could correct it moving forward. Each response was the same generic email and I was never told what issue to correct. Not one person took the time to say exactly what the reason was. I even sent them photos of envelopes that I completed, the box showing they were the correct type, #** as well as a copy of a card that I conpleted and the outside of an addressed envelope. Still no response except the generic response.

    Jan 24th 2023 I contacted customer support at ******************** due to I logged off and logged back in later to realize there was a 215 dollar difference I went from 651 to ******************************************************************** to give them details to what had happen and a few other rings I did everything they asked they asked me to give them 24 ********************************************************************************* on Jun 30 ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************** how could they help me so I explained it all agin they told me the same exact thing didn't hear back from them so I asked how do I remove my card and bank information from there website they now will not respond to me yes I ****** more then I should but I never once blamed them for money I played and lost and that's alot I just wanted my money that disappeared then when clearly I realized yeah I'm not getting that back I simply asked how to remove all my card information so I would quit spend my money at there site but they refuse to tell me how to do that because they know they will lose alot of money I have since then put over **** to there site to win nothing I know I should stop but it's hard I ask and they wont tell me cuz they won't me to spend and lose all my money with them

    Chumba Casino is unable to access, and does not store, card information customers use in conjunction with their Customer Account. When making purchases, customers must enter their card information, which may be subsequently stored by a customers web browser. If a customer does not want their web browser to store such information, they can delete their stored web browsing data upon payment using the option provided at the checkout screen.     Yes in my complaint I'm having with a business case number  #******** they have said they are waiting in on my responses is what there last message said and I denied it so I made sure to message them agin because they said they were waiting on me well this is the response I got back I mean all I'm asking for is my money that was in my account when they for no reason deactivated it now I'm unable to log in and get it and I want to warn other people to not use there hard earned money on a site that is only going to take there money thank you I just want to show more proof as to there not even trying to work with me thank you have a nice day

    I am rejecting this response because: I have send you a email everyday  for the past 4 days and i get a message saying this mater is ******** investigation with are team please be patient......so I don't consider this matter closed I want my money that was in my account when you deactivated it....this matter won't be closed until we both come to an agreement and you aren't even trying to come to an agreement
