      I would definitely avoid this. I booked a rental of an air mattress and selected times for delivery and pick up. When I received the confirmation, my delivery time was not confirmed and I was told the partner would arrange it with me. The partner did not respond by email or text and when I called them, they couldnt find my order. Cloud of Goods does not have any way to reach a live person - their phone system is basically a voice version of their website. I canceled the order, but it was beyond their cancellation penalty time, so Im not even sure Ill get a refund and need to issue a dispute with my credit card company. This is experience has been a complete waste of my time.

      ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They claim they rent "top quality", "heavy duty" mobility scooters. That is a blatant lie. Their scooters can't even handle light rain, which they only informed me of after they'd delivered it. THEN, they refused to give me a refund. AND THEN, I found out that Cloud of Goods gives incomplete receipts such that *********** refused to validate the dispute (because the receipts don't have all the information they should have).TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The one thing Cloud Of Goods does well is scam their customers so well that even credit card companies won't protect you. Find a company that actually values their customers.

      I attempted to order ONE scooter and had many errors on the website... So many errors that it appeared no order whatsoever was entered. An email from "Cloud of Goods Customer Happiness Team" alerted me that orders are subject to the cancellation policy. (Also included is a phone number that is disconnected.) I responded via email and requested that the order be cancelled because of the order entry confusion. No response.Worse, my credit card statement shows Cloudofgoods charged me for TWO scooters. No response to my email on this.In another email I stated that I only wanted ONE scooter, had many errors on the website and was charged for TWO... Again, no response. On the website, there is an email for the **** So, I tried to get some help from him to resolve the problem. No response.When calling the number listed on the website, the phone que lasts for about 3-1/2 minutes and then asks you to leave a message. After several attempts, NO RESPONSE.I'm sure there are people that have been satisfied with their service. However, if there is a problem, prepare to be ignored.

      We rented 2 scooters in ***** and the 1st one had a metal piece sticking out which cut my friends thigh. Later that week we had both scooters break down on the ***********. They came out to exchange the 1st one. A half hour later the 2nd one died. The company worker complained that he had to come out again! It ruined our last night on vacation. We are in our 60s and both had many surgeries. Poor customer service. Old beat up scooters.

      Took elderly parents on vacation and used this service to rent them mobility scooters. Upon. Check out, it gave me a total after I used a coupon that was online. The coupon actually reduced my total to an amount I was OK with.Only to get home and find the email where the total did not reflect the coupon plus, I was charged double for damage, waiver as what was quoted. When I found this out, I called it took me forever to get through but once I did, they told me they would investigate. After a week of waiting for investigation, I called back and, they put me on hold and finally determined that an error was made, they offered a credit back to my charge, less than what I thought it should be, but I thought it was taking forever to even get that, so I said go with it. They said allow 3 to 4 days for the credit to show on my account. I give it two weeks and still nothing. When I called back, its almost like they had never spoke to me. So they had to investigate. When I told them , what I had already discuss with them he said hold on a minute. And then comes back and says I had already been credited. He would send me an email the next day stating the transaction details. Two days later, no credit, no email, so I called them again, again almost like the first time we spoke. He put me on hold and come back and says no your orders, correct there is no refund. company is totally not reliable or responsible. And not giving you any recourse at all, I was told if I didnt agree, just dispute with my credit card, what customer service is that? Highly recommend others not to use this company because they wont charge you what you were quoted , it will be more and then they just tell you the charges were right. Sad part about it is Im in the travel industry and was looking to refer all my clients to them for different products. But if I cant trust them, I dont want my customers to have to go through this. Just expect a full refund at this point.

      Avoid at all costs. Some of the least reputable and shadiest people Ive ever dealt with. I rented a wheelchair, they took my money, never got the wheelchair. **************** is just the runaround from someone with a foreign accent on the phone who can do nothing to help you.
