    On August 23, 2024, I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from a California-based company called Kytin that sells sock shoes (soft sock material fabric worn from you ankle to your foot with a rubber sole underneath your foot) and i paid $148.00 through the online retailer SHOP. The 3 shoes that were order, purchased, and delivered to my mailing address were:1) Mens Parasole/ Size 10/ The color Anthracite (dark grey) $50.00 2) Mens Parasole shoes/ Size 10/ The color Black Onyx (Black Shoes w/ blue stripe on the foot) $49.00 3) Mens Parasole shoes/ Size 14/ The color Black Onyx (Black Shoes w/ blue stripe on the foot) $49.00 Total purchase: $148.00 When the shoes were delivered to my address, I did check them and placed them in my closet and went on with my day. Then on Monday September 23, 2024, I decided I wanted to wear the pair of Anthracite Grey Size 10 shoes when I discovered that they sent me 2-right foot shoes in the size 10 Anthracite-grey instead of the correct shoes whichs is supposed to be a complete 1-left foot and 1-right foot shoes. Within the same day of September 23rd, I emailed Kytins customer support regarding the issue which 2 representatives responded. The 1st one responded and addressed me by the wrong name, and the wrong purchase order I provided. The 2nd representive responded and apologized and sent me a return label to mail back the 2-right shoes I received. On October 5, 2024, I mailed out the shoes through **** (tracking number: (9032 0108 9960 0080 0930 41) and requested to exchange them a correct pair. The shoes were delivered to the Kytins mailing address on 10/10/2024. I emailed Kytin corporate on Friday 10/12/2024 requesting a update on the returned shoes that were delivered to their address and informed them that I would take the next appropriate steps if this customer purchase-related issue was not fixed. I received no response from Kytin Corp, and I now i want a refund for the shoes due to the frustrating experience Ive received.

    Customer filed a complaint on 10/14/24
    This customer received full refund for the returned pair the next day 10/15/24.

    The delay in handling this customers return was due to a ****** delay in customer returning his exchange pair, which he received a refund for.
    There was no intended delay caused on the companys behalf, and the complaint was filed as we were handling the customers request.

    I have attached screen shots of the customer interaction and email confirming customers refund below.
    Please update your records to reflect this was taken care of correctly and in a timely manner.
    Please let us know if you need any additional information regarding this complaint.

    They will not make good on the purchase I made. I need a refund on the shoes I bought. They sent a size 6 and I have repeatedly told them I cant wear that size. Please help!

    We corresponded with this customer in a timely manner, and are confused by the BBB complaint.
    Customer emailed us on 11/21/23 stating they received a size 6, which she ordered, but cannot wear.
    We emailed he customer a retun label on 3 different dates requesting she return the pair of size 6 Parasoles she received. Please see screen shots of the transaction attached below.

    The most recent return label sent to the customer for return was never entered into **** Tracking system.
    The return was never placed in the mail or returned to our warehouse by the customer.
    We were unable to issue a refund, because the customer did not return the pair requested to return.

    I purchased a pair of shoes on 11/6/2022 for my husband and received them on 11/14/2022. Once my husband got home from work in December he tried them on and they were not what was expected. I reached out on 12/12/2022 to return them for my money back. on 12/16/2022 they were received back to them and I reached out on 12/18/2022 & 12/20/2022 and was told that they are awaiting the warehouse to confirm that they were received. I have reached out almost every day this week and now they are not responding.
