      Product never arrives & customer service refuses to help. Pure scam.I only spent $15 on a small online order and when it never arrived I kindly reached out to support. They did the whole check with your neighbors/wait 48 hours thing, and I did, and couldnt find the package with anyone. **************** refused to provide any solution, no refund, no replacement, nothing. Over a week they refused to provide help until they just stopped responding. I followed up and explained I would be filing a chargeback on my card. Oh boy, when I said that it seemed like they finally started wanting to provide customer service, lol! They will take your money and never give you a product. They do not have their act together when it comes to fixing their mistakes. Will never be shopping anything with their brand name again.

      I was a customer for many years. Earned several hundred points and then went to try and use them. It was a confusing process and I had difficulty finding the section to add them to my cart. Instead I added them to my subscription and then realized I could not add items I wanted to purchase to my subscription. Cancelled subscription to add them to my cart but they had disappeared. I realized they had all been split but you cannot use more than 1 at once. So I would have to place three separate orders to use my rewards (paying shipping 3X and negating the reward). Tried to contact customer service and they said, they could not do anything. I had saved up and planned to use for holiday gift. Worst customer service. They also shop in plastic bags now. They used to ship in recyclable boxes.

      Worst company ever! Can't cancel orders within less than 5 minutes of placing them! They charge you before they ever ship out your order! The website is awful and the only way to contact them is through email! They won't give you a phone number to use. Now this company has charged me for two separate orders only sending me one and trying to get help from them is useless. Do NOT buy from them unless you want your money taken without receiving what you were charged for!

      Purchased the Coconut ***************. Broke out in rashes and hives!! This brand claims to be vegan and free of harmful chemicals. However when it comes to the fragrance they are not specifc! I did some digging on tik tok and reddit and others are complaining of the same symptoms as well as hair loss! I dont understand how this brand can continue to sell products.

      I placed an order for 3 deodorants from Nativecos.com on 3/16/2024 and my order was shipped on 3/19/2024. I contacted Native customer support on 3/28/2024 asking what if my package was lost in transit as it had not moved since 3/21/2024. I received a quick response just telling me to continue to wait and that shipping is taking 3-10 business days, and I responded immediately asking at what point is it considered lost. I received no response.I emailed again on 4/01/2024 repeating my question of when my package is considered lost and why no one has responded to my email. In the meantime, I submitted the form on the contact us page, hoping someone other than ***** (the person that was not responding to my emails) would contact me. No response from either attempts.I emailed on 4/03/2024 to request a refund and inform them that they lost a customer, and then submitted another form on the contact us page to request a refund on 4/04/2024. I finally received a response, from ***** unfortunately, apologizing for her delayed response and stating she was issuing me a refund and sending a replacement order (she sent 2 of the 3 ordered deodorants). I requested multiple times to speak with a rep other than ***** because she was not responding to my emails and the one time she did, all she said was wait. I would never order from this company again; they do not care about their customers. The amount of time I have wasted on this matter is absurd.

      I have been using the Native shampoo and conditioner since it came out. My daughter and I both have been. My daughter has always had thick volumonous hair and now hers its very flat and thinned. I felt bad bc she said she was losing hair and I didnt belive her. I have always had thinner hair but it's never been this thin in my life. Its VERY dry and frizzy now. Frizzy like all my hair has burned off. I had been trying everything to fix my hair not noticing it was Native. I am SHOCKED nothing has been said about people losing their hair in clumps or by the tons! I stumbled upon a reddit and it finally clicked. Everyday after styling my hair I had to wipe off my entire bathroom counter because fallen hair was everywhere. Now... low and behold, as soon as we switched shampoo and conditioner, there has been very little hair shed when styling. Their brand says they use less that 10 ingredients but I think by using the term "fragrance" it allows them to sneak in much more unhealthy ingredients that we arent aware of. More people need to know about this.

      This online company is a scam. I ordered *********************************************************************************** 7 sticks of deodorant I did not order. When I originally placed the order a few days after I sent an email asking what the estimated delivery date would be and got an automated email response. So I waited and waited finally my package came and I open up the box to find 7 bars of deodorant I did not order NO THANK YOU NATIVE. They spend too much time sending out stupid email responses ******* then the correct products. I do not recommend you waste any time or hard earned money with this company IT'S A SCAM!

      Rain and cashmere is my favorite one by far and i've used a lot of different kinds, definitely a fresh scent that lasts i love it

      I purchased the body wash, but can't get the pump to work. I wanted to call to ask how to get it to pop up. My Mom's caregiver couldn't get it to work either. I did not find a phone number for them, and don't want to communicate via email.
