Terrible. I had pimples on my face that *** never experienced in my life! Im in my Mid 50s. This company refuses to stand behind their product and does not offer refunds. Save yourself $100 and skip the Proven Skincare line.Review from Maria M

Ordered from proven back in 2021, was very happy with the product and results at that time. Did not continue to order due to the cost. Recently reordered proven, and the cleanser is a different texture and now has a strong unnatural scent. The cleanser also seems to be more harsh, as sometimes I experience mild burning especially around my eyes. I was able to compare ingredients from 2021 to now and there is definitely more ingredients added. And what's upsetting is they are known for being a clean natural skincare, if that has changed they need to be transparent about it. I ordered assuming I was still paying for clean ingredients. That's clearly not the case. I'm upset I payed so much and didn't get what I thought I was paying for. I've also been using it for about a week, and so far no results. Go figure. I would love to get my money back, but apparently they don't do refunds. And from reading many reviews, it seems customer service is non-existent. Ordered just the cleanser to see if it would clear my face up. They sent me the cleanser. The formula was 27/CLN-410 And it worked great. When I reordered again they sent the wrong formula. I broke out horrible. I reached out to them . I told them I wanted this formula 27/CLN-410 They sent out a replacement and that was wrong again .Broke out horrible. I even ordered again emailed them that I wanted this formula. She said this time the cleanser would be the correct cleanser. Well again the wrong cleanser. Cant even get them to ship me the correct cleanser.Review from Heather M

I stopped using the formulation in July 2023. In August 2023 I canceled the subscription service on their website and hit the submit button. My face was red, itchy and began to peel. While in the middle of moving this fall I changed a few details on my profile in case I ever wanted to try and work with someone to help me find a better fit with the ingredients, but I thought the subscription had been canceled as I wished. I found out it was still active on December 1, 2023 when my bank account was charged out of the blue. I quickly canceled the subscription service again after they charged my account and began to deliver another another skincare box (that I clearly did not want). Tried to resolve the situation but they continued to send out another box and then said if I needed help with re-formulation they would assist. Obviously, it needs to be re-formulated it destroys my face. Why would I use something that irritated my skin? They clearly know the effects it has on me and are sending it out anyway. So I am being charged $106.72 and they are shipping a box out that they know will not work for me. They do not accept refunds so I will be throwing this product away as soon as I receive it. I hope this time they will stop charging me for something I no longer want. It's pricey and it does not work! The customer service is lackluster and unhelpfulReview from Lena Y

I actually think my skin got worse after this!!! I emailed and sent a photo of my skin before and after 6 weeks and the lack of improvement. They took 3 emails and 5 days to respond. That is unacceptable. I don't recommend buying here and think there are much better brands with better products and actually cares for their customers.Review from Sheila B

I didn't see any difference in my skin when using their products and cancelling isn't easy. I thought I had walked through the steps to cancel but ended up getting an email that my next shipment was to arrive. I emailed them that I had cancelled so they refunded me so I thought, great. However, they emailed again and said I didn't complete the cancellation process so they billed me again. I have tried emailing again that I expect another refund because I don't want the product and I thought it was cancelled. They are now ignoring my emails. I will never recommend this product to anyone. It's very aggravating that you can't call and talk to a live person.Review from Jocelyn L

I find it fascinating that as a customer I was not able to leave a review on their site. The star is for the day lotion and night cream themselves. The product isn't bad, but I didn't feel it was that much of a miracle worker. It's the website and customer service end that's the problem. Their customer service bot just repeatedly tells you it doesn't understand your question. If you ask for a customer service rep to contact you, they will not. To cancel means to go through a four minute process of repeated attempts to prevent you from cancelling. Including offering you a bundle that is more expensive than what you currently pay. Moving your subscription order date is not reliable on their system, and your formula may get made and charged when you don't want it to. I also didn't find much of difference in my seasonal, personalized formulas or many personalization option for their bundles.Review from Zero R

Terrible customer service! Agree with the other reviews online. There is no response in any attempt to contact them. Cancelling a subscription is impossible! Stay clear of this company.Review from Trish L

***************** Big Fat F I gave ******************** another try because I had liked the products for the first year I had a subscription with the company. I cancelled because they had added a strong scent to the cleanser which I did not like. (Since they claim "individualized formulations" one would think they could eliminate the scent but I was told No). Fast forward to now: restarted my subscription (** I did feel the products were effective) and they just arrived -- They sent me Someone Else's Formulation! A person not with my name, lives in a completely different state, and has different skin conditions! I have been trying to reach Proven to fix this error, and so far... Crickets! Sorry Proven, you've Proven yourself unreliable once again. :-(
