I was selling original artwork on Redbubble since 2/12/23 and on 1/29/25 they suspended my account for no reason. I uploaded an original profile picture to match my instagram account and they immediatly suspended me. I reached out on 1/29/25 for an appeal and messaged them about being suspended for no reason. I recieved an email this morning (1/30/25) that my account is not eligible for reinstatement. The did not speficy the reason why this happened but stated it may have been because of There was fraudulent activity connected to the account;the account was found to be in violation of our User Agreement and/or other published content policies;the account was connected to a previously disabled account.None of these are true as my designs have been all my own and, I never had an issue in the last years, and my account has not been fraudulent nor was ever connected to a previously disabled account. I cannot retrieve owed money to me for designs sold either at this point. They are literally stealing my money and I cannot believe a Redbubble acts this way. i bought 2 item online using a debit card, gift card from small settlement, on 12/11/2024 as of today i never got them delivered. This company has no phone #, no email to communicate, they only have a virtual communicator on web site of no help at all. I explain about the order never delivered but the answer is always wait two more extra days. Has been 45 days already.Initial Complaint

I am an artist on Redbubble. I work on a commission from Redbubble. When someone buys a product from their site that I have designed, Redbubble earns money and I earn a small commission. I have a shop with designs that were approved by Redbubble and were available for sale. I made a number of sales. Then, without warning, my account was terminated for "violations." No violation was specified. The email I received indicated there was either fraudulent activity on my account (no) or I violated their terms of service (also no). As requested, I submitted a selfie with my username and the date to have my account reinstated. They refused to do so, while also refusing to tell me why my account was terminated. What this means is that Redbubble earned money off me, but then terminated my account before they could pay me what they owe me. This is itself is fraudulent.Initial Complaint

On 12/8/24 I paid $59.69 dollars to ************************** for products. I never received the products nor did I receive a confirmation email (which they say all transactions will receive). The confirmation email contains the order number. I have tried multiple ways to get in touch with the company but they need the order number and I never received it. I then found a phone number for the company ***************) that says they will get back to you in 2 days if you leave your information. I called and never heard back. I placed an order with Redbubble on November 15, 2024. My card was charged $47.94 on November 17, 2024. I never received a confirmation email or the product (2 posters). This was my 1st time using Redbubble and my last. Shopping for xmas I saw item that I thought would be great that was to be delivered by ****. As christmas grew near, I became nervous not having received product.. I sent several emails and ******** messages only to be flat out lied to that it would arrive by Christmas, Looking thru tracking I noticed they stated item was shipped and yet it wasn't picked up until 3 days later and on a Friday none the less. I'm very upset at Noone giving attention to detail or looking into it rather than lieing to my face. I even stated that in case they never heard of it 2 day priority mail is an option. They clearly knew before item left that it would not arrive on time and chose to do nothing. I haven't received item but I'm more than willing to bet quality will be as poor as they're low shipping standards. I wanted to return products given they didn't meet their end of the bargain and they respond with voucher. A voucher...really? You have shown zero interest in meeting customers needs and hopefully more and more customers will catch onto your scamsInitial Complaint

I need to exchange this item for a Large. Order ********. The companys exchange policy states I can do this easily without returning the original. Ive submitted multiple requests but have not heard back.The size was too small and much smaller than advertised. I have no way of returning the original since I dont have a printer nor do I live near a post office. I expect you to honor your exchange policy and not require me to send back the original since it was falsely advertised. Dear Better Business Bureau Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to file a complaint regarding the recent and abrupt suspension of my Redbubble account on December 8, 2024. This action was taken without any prior warning or clear explanation, despite my sustained efforts to comply fully with the platform's policies. As a dedicated seller on Redbubble for nearly four years, I have invested significant time and effort into my account. My designs are carefully crafted, thoroughly researched, and consistently aligned with Redbubbles content guidelines. I have never faced any prior issues or violations on the platform. I suspect this suspension may have been the result of an error in their automated systems. For context, I recently uploaded approximately 25 designs within a short time frame after a period of inactivity, which may have triggered an automated flagging mechanism. Despite my attempts to contact Redbubble for clarification, I have only received a generic response without specific reasons for the suspension, leaving me without a clear path to resolution. This situation has been deeply frustrating and disheartening. Not only does it jeopardize years of dedicated work, but it also undermines my trust in a platform Ive supported for so long. I kindly request that Redbubble conduct a fair and thorough review of my account to rectify this situation promptly. Redbubble used to pay out an artist's earnings at the end of the year if they were below their monthly payment threshold ($20/20/etc), ensuring any earnings for that year were resolved. They changed their artist payment terms so that now they do not pay outstanding earnings yearly. For example, if an artist has earned $19.99 and doesn't manage to sell anything else, Redbubble just keeps the artist's money indefinitely until that threshold is met.
